- Nurazidah (1/5): never want to repeat booking.. - nothing i like.. very bad service, this homestay is are private..no counter at the property..so, you have to call them to check in..but when i want to check in, they didn’t answer my call..i call many times about 1 hour..i try to whatsapp them but no respon also..after 1 hour they reply my whatsapp, they ask me to call the booking.com and cancel the booking..i try to calm and them just let me check in..because its really to late to me find another place to stay..but they just denied, and bluetick my chat..i really disappointed with this homestay..i never find homestay like this in my life..
- Aleesa (1/5): bad - - The apartment was a disappointing experience overall. It was dirty, and the owner was not particularly friendly. We were unexpectedly asked to travel an additional 30 minutes from Arte just to collect the keys, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
Upon arrival, the toilet had an unpleasant smell, and there were cigarette butts left on the floor. Tiny cockroaches were crawling around the corners of the house, making the place feel unhygienic. The TV couldn't be used because the remote control had dead batteries, and the bedsheets were not clean—one of my group members was bitten by bedbugs.
Parking was not included in the price and had to be paid separately during the deposit process, which wasn't clearly stated upfront. To make things worse, the refund for the deposit took quite a while to be processed, causing even more hassle.
Overall, I expected much better. This stay was far from comfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless serious improvements are made.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent booking I made. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at the property as the host failed to respond to my messages and calls. I made several attempts to contact them to confirm check-in details, but they never replied or picked up the phone.
Due to this lack of communication and my inability to access the property, I kindly request a full refund for this booking. I have attached the details of my attempts to reach the host as evidence.
I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Please let me know the next steps and when I can expect the refund.

- Nurdina (1/5): not recommended - Only that it was located in the city The unit was moldy. Sink was broken and leaking. Toilet was clogged. Elevator was broken during my stay also. It was such a troublesome to get to the unit. Not to mention i found ashes of cigarette when it was supposed to be a non-smoking unit.
And they requested RM300 for a deposit, deducting electricity bills from it and said to be refunded 14 days after checkout, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT. WHEN WILL I GET THE DEPOSIT?

- Hanim (1/5): I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS AIRBNB AT ALL! - -Have to park outside then register at the guards to get your keys at the mailbox. Then, get back to your car and then get to your parking lot that takes forever to find. Even worse, you have to walk 2 levels down afterwards to get to the elevator. All that hussels just to get to your 'lovely' room.
-Got to the room. BEYOND EXPECTATION. Sink is broken, water heater is not working, fridge is leaking, no towels, no wifi whatsoever. Not same as potrayed in the pictures AT ALL!
-HIDDEN FEES ARE RIDICULOUS! They wont tell you these before you book this airbnb. But let me spill em for you : Parking fee - Rm10/day
Electricity bill!! - Rm25/day
And the WORST: Deposit of Rm300 and they will refund to you within 14DAYS!!! Like some sort of company to be doing that. Last time I checked the bank account was an individual name.
I will proceed to take this to tribunal if they are holding my refund for any longer. As the rooms are not potrayed as in pictures and in bad condition. I got all photos and videos of the room as my proofs.

BEDSHEETS AND SOFA HAS FLUID STAINS!! owner didn’t reply to your call and messages!! didn’t get refund of deposit immediately! bad service!! - Kamarul (4/5): Disappointing - The house is dirty, the bathroom is mossy, the toilet flush is not working, previous visitors do not flush so it's full of poop in the toilet bowl and smelly. Lots of dust and spider webs. I would not recommend this room.

I have to walk in to another hotel to accommodate my family’s, what a surprise sudden cancellation that inform me in last minutes. Very disappointed and sad.
