• Danielius (7/5): - Review the type of room you booking, even tho in some picture there were windows, the room was based in the basement with no windows, tho good for sleeping 😁 breakfast was really poor
• Megan (4/5): Privacy/safety issue overshadowed an otherwise average stay - The design of the property is nice, and most of the staff is really helpful. It was convenient that the hotel provided complimentary waters, razors, and toothbrushes. We had one big safety/privacy issue during our stay where another guest was given access to our room. That guest opened our door around 11pm at night while we were sleeping, which scared the living daylights out of us. We immediately went to the front desk and unfortunately the front desk did not handle this incident well. Turns out, the front desk had accidentally given a guest who was checking in the wrong keycard. We did not immediately receive an apology, and the front desk employee seemed to find the situation funny while he was trying not to laugh. We are very understanding people who also work in the hospitality industry — we know that mistakes happen, but his response to this incident was truly unacceptable. His only attempt to make the situation right was to offer a late checkout, which we did not need and we did not accept. I believe this is a training issue and hope the hotel’s systems and training will improve after this incident so it doesn’t happen again. Additionally, the AC wasn’t effective in cooling the room down, so it was quite hot, and the bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation. There is also very little space to unpack one’s clothes. Additionally, we opted to get our personal laundry done by the hotel. We were quoted one price, then charged more. Lastly, our shower gels were never refilled during our entire stay. We could have probably asked the staff for more, but we found it strange that everything but the shower gel was replenished during the daily room cleaning.
• Paulina (10/5): Idealne miejsce na bazę wypadowa do zwiedzania Hanoi - Bardzo elegancki hotel. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Dostępna usługa pralni, za pośrednictwem recepcji. Proste, ale bardzo smaczne śniadania, dużo świeżych owoców. Pokój, który wynajęliśmy nie miał okna. Ostatecznie był to plus, bo w pokoju było bardzo cicho, ale nie było takiej informacji na etapie rezerwacji. O ile ktoś dużo zwiedza i tylko nocuje w pokoju nie jest to problem, ale przebywanie w ciągu dnia może być dla niektórych osób niekomfortowe- warto skontaktować się przed przyjazdem z obiektem, żeby dopytać o pokój.

• Valerie (7/5): Good - Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel du Monde Classic. The room was comfortable and looked like the pictures. I thought the breakfast was pretty varied and tasted decent. The location is a little bit outside the Old Quarter, but I thought it was a good mid-location between the Old Quarter and the West Lake area and I liked being in a slightly quieter area. Check-in and checkout were both easy and the staff was nice and let me leave my bag behind the counter after checkout while I did some more sightseeing before my flight. The only downside was the room was a little dusty.
