• Christine (10/5): Un endroit idéal pour visiter Madrid - Un emplacement idéal proche des lieux à visiter dans un quartier animé. Le calme impressionnant de l'appartement petit mais très bien équipé. Des lits confortables. La communication avec l'hôte a été très agréable. Elle nous a facilité au maximum notre séjour. De petits restaurants très sympas et authentiques à deux pas. Petit détail a prendre en compte : l'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ce qui ne nous a pas gêné.

The property is everything you need when in Madrid. The only thing was that two days there was a refurb in the hall and it was a bit loud but I’m sure this is not a permanent thing and those people were very friendly as well

• Antoine (8/5): Superbe pour un séjour ou des vacances à Madrid en plein centre ville - Emplacement idéal très bien situé, gentillesse de la propriétaire, ambiance très madrilène, appartement petit mais cosy et bien équipé (il y a même un lave vaisselle, un lave linge et un congélateur) La douche : fuite sur un joint, ce qui inonde la salle de bains même quand on fait très attention Davantage de couverts serait idéal pour éviter de faire trop souvent la vaisselle
• Liu (10/5): - The location of this apartment is excellent. It allowed me to explore many parts of Madrid easily on foot, which made my stay very enjoyable. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, so we felt completely at ease during our time here.😊 The room was cozy and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small, which might feel tight for larger guests. Also, as others have mentioned, the building is quite old and there is no elevator, so you need to walk up to the third floor. However, for backpackers or light travelers, this should not be a big issue at all.

• Liliana (8/5): Apto - El apartamento ha sido remodelado en su interior, está muy bien instalado y ubicado cerca de estaciones de metro, posee aire acondicionado, es amplio, cuenta con todo lo necesario. El edificio tiene 3 pisos, es muy antiguo, y no cuenta con ascensor ascensor, lo cual es un inconveniente para personas mayores. Tener ese detalle en cuenta.

It is located in Malasana near the metro station very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars.It was very quiet at night. The apartment is in the 3rd floor with no elevator. The bathroom was really small with no ventilation. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

• Maria (3/5): Poor - Very good location and quiet Not clean, the shower was not very clean, the sofa was awful and the textile of the bed very dirty and I did not use it all all, we are not bigs paying 120 euros per night in order to be in such conditions
• Simon (8/5): Very good - I reported a couple of minor problems first thing on Monday morning and they were both dealt with by noon that day Lack of elevator and having to walk up 3 flights of stairs, especially with a heavy suitcase on arrival and departure

There was a problem with the microwave, so we couldn't use it. but the owner is already looking into it, so the next guests won't have a problem with it.

• Rebekah (10/5): Fantastic location in a modern and well equipped apartment. - The property is in a great location, it’s near everything and there is the metro nearby too. The apartment has everything you need down to even small things like extension leads which was very handy. It has great air con too. Check out was easy since we just had to leave our keys on the table. There is not much that we did not love about the property. The couch is a bit uncomfortable but that is a minor thing.
• Anonymous (10/5): Very nice stay - Nice apartment, well situated and allows for a lot of privacy! The staff are very nice and helpful. Perfect for one or two people. Not much, overall it was a great place. just be mindful it’s on the third floor with no elevator in case you have any mobility issues.
