- Cheryl (7/5): - Convenient location, parking available The smell of mothballs in the house was overwhelming. No laundry available to use. A large amount of the owner's personal items are in the house - including shoes, photos & nick-knacks and computer. No lamp in the first bedroom.

- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Dharshinie was a wonderful host who was incredibly accomodating and caring. She even cooked for us one night - a delicious Sri Lankan curry. Any need of ours - more toilet paper, new towels, new sheets and doona were all fulfilled with ease. Thanks Dharshinie!
- Harrison (2/5): wouldn’t recommend - Terrible area but was close to Heart Hospital as that was our purpose for being in Clayton. Wouldn’t recommend this property. Very old, 20 steep stairs to go up to bedrooms, bathroom & toilet. Floors very uneven & lots of stuff lying around it also smelt of curry!!!! Not what we expected for the price!

The excessive personal items owned by the host in the house - including shoes, personal photos, etc. with locked cupboards in every room. While some personal items and/or locked cupboards is reasonable, not to this extent.
