Sigrid (9/5): Perfetto per dolce far niente !!! - Modernes, komfortables, sauberes, gut geheiztes und ruhiges Apartment mit Allem, was man für eine kurze Auszeit benötigt: Bequemes Bett, Sauberes Bad mit Ablagetisch und Haken, Wi-Fi in allen Räumen, TV, Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster. Außer mittwochs (Ruhetag) kann man mittags und abends in der Fattoria im Erdgeschoß ausgezeichnete italienische Küche genießen. Parkplatz vorm Eingang; Bushaltestelle gegenüber; Bäcker in 200m, EDEKA in 1,5 km Entfernung. Freundlicher Gastgeber. Ich komme gerne wieder! Mille Grazie! Ich verstehe die negativen Rezensionen nicht. Es ist alles vorhanden, so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern erkennbar (nur die Stühle sind zwischenzeitlich gepolstert!). Aus meiner Sicht kann man eine Unterkunft nicht schlecht bewerten, weil man selbst überzogene Erwartungen (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen), hatte. Für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis daher 10 von 10.
