• Pascal (9/5): - Good location in the city center. Within walking distance to metro station SERDIKA and to the Women's Market. This large apartment is equipped with a comfortable bed and a big sofa in the living room. The kitchen is quite large too. bad sewage smell in the bathroom

• Luigi Alessandro (9/5): Appartamento MOLTO grande con 2 WC e tutti i Confort - Posizione Molto Buona a 15/20Minuti a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni culturali della Città e per uscire la Sera. Metro Serdika molto vicina anche per raggiungere il Terminal 2 dell'aeroporto (attenzione che il Terminal 1 , quello delle compagnie low cost non è ben collegato al Terminal 2 , noi abbiamo scelto il Taxi per comodità e per il prezzo basso (circa 12 euro fino all'appartamento con applicazione chiamata Taxi .me, attenzione ai Taxi che truffano i turisti). Camera da Letto con letto matrimoniale e Divano Letto molto grande, Wifi, 3 TV, 2 WC, 1 Doccia, 1 cucina, 1 tavolo da pranzo, stoviglie, frigo, microonde, Bollitore, Macchina del Caffè, forno. Casa molto Calda, acqua Calda sempre disponibile Sotto all'appartamento c'è un negozio di alimentari aperto 24h quindi ottimo anche per arrivi notturni o piccole necessità quotidiane. Secondo piccolo Bagno solo con WC ma di ottima utilità quando si è in più persone. IN casa ci sono tutti i confort per eventualmente rimanere qualche giorno in più (Frigorigero, Macchina del caffè, Lavatrice, microonde, forno, piano a induzione stoviglie ecc). Proprietario disponibile a rispondere e prelievo e restituzione delle chiavi molto semplice. Odori nel Bagno (entrambi senza finestre) e nel condominio, cuscini migliorabili.

• Nicoletta (10/5): - La cama y la comodidad de la cocina completa, había café en cápsulas, azúcar y todo estaba bien. Muy soleado y la ubicación fantástica a pocos m del centro. La zona es bastante segura. El trato del host inmejorable La ducha con el plato en el suelo, se inundaba todo. Algunos utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios y había algo de polvo en las habitaciones.

• Chiara (9/5): Molto buono - L’appartamento è 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla metro, posizione ottima per girare in tranquillità. Le camere sono ampie e pulite, la cucina dotata di tutti i comfort. Utile anche la presenza del secondo bagno (c’è solo il wc, ma soggiornando tante persone è comodo averne uno in più). Il bagno è grande ma la doccia non presenta il piatto doccia a terra, quindi bisogna fare molta attenzione perché sennò si rischia di allagare l’intero bagno. Per il resto è davvero un’ottima struttura.

• Marta (7/5): Było ok - Duży apartament, miał dwie łazienki Nie działał telewizor w sypialni- pisałam do właściciela, ale niestety nie odpisał. Nie było pościeli przygotowanej dla trzeciej osoby- pisałam w tej sprawie, również nie odpisał. I niestety nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience - ale to chyba problem całego budynku, bo jak się wchodziło, to już śmierdziało

• Gingiu (9/5): - Ottimo appartamento in posizione centrale, non lontano a piedi dalle attrazioni principali della città. Pulito e ben riscaldato durante il nostro soggiorno a dicembre 2025. Abbiamo affittato l'auto per girare fuori da Sofia ed è stato anche molto semplice trovar parcheggio accanto all'appartamento. Nulla
• Alba Fossas Julià (9/5): - Valoració molt positiva de l’allotjament: estava ben situat, era ampli i confortable. Els matalassos eren molt bons i permetien descansar bé. La cafetera feia que et sentissis com a casa dins d’aquella cuina tan espaiosa. Sens dubte, per repetir. L'olor del lavabo, però tenia més a veure amb les canyeries que amb l'higiene del lloc.

• Eleonora (8/5): - Appartamento grande e spazioso abbastanza pulito. Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e a tutti i servizi (metro, market e ristoranti). Self-check-in molto comodo. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone, ma solo la camera da letto è stata preparata. Abbiamo dovuto aprire noi il divano letto e prepararlo, dovendo andare a cercare (su indicazioni dell'host) sia la biancheria da letto che da bagno. Le comunicazioni con l'host inizialmente sono state un po' complicate avendo risposto in bulgaro anziché in inglese, e il traduttore sia di booking che di Google non ha tradotto correttamente quando ci era stato detto.

• Mattia (6/5): Qualità/prezzo accettabile - - posizione ottima (a due passi dalla statua di Santa Sofia, metro molto vicina e supermarket sotto casa); - casa molto spaziosa, con due bagni e due ambienti separati; - prezzo veramente conveniente. - odore sgradevole di chiuso e di fogna che è persistito per tutta la durata del soggiorno; - al nostro arrivo, l’host aveva disposto la camera per sole due persone, anche se noi avevamo comunicato saremmo stati in quattro e, contattato telefonicamente, non ha saputo risolvere il problema, difatti, ci siamo dovuti preparare l’altra stanza in autonomia ed abbiamo avuto a disposizione soli pochi asciugamani per tutto il soggiorno; - casa molto sporca, molte delle lenzuola e delle federe erano macchiate e non utilizzabili.

Contact with owner and information for entry was spot on (especially after realising the key goes in lock under handle 😁). Very short walk to shops and 1stop tram to big Mall if you need. Great stay

• Fefe96 (8/5): Ottima soluzione per un viaggio a Sofia - Appartamento pulito, dotato di ogni comfort sia per grandi che piccini. Host disponibile e attento ai dettagli, ha fatto trovare in appartamento delle capsule per il caffè, shampoo e bagnoschiuma a volontà, ombrelli per eventuale pioggia. Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro, sotto casa un negozietto - mini market e zona tranquilla anche la sera e dotata anche di mezzi pubblici( anche se non occorrono). Struttura con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, la consiglio vivamente.. Unica pecca primo piano senza ascensore e doccia con un mini box in vetro.

• Nash (10/5): Dream apartment - The photos don’t do justice to this place. It’s actually much better than it looks in the photos. Smooth check in and very clean place. Quite central. The metro station that takes you directly from the airport is few minutes away and cost roughly couple of Lev. It’s a bargain for the cost.

• LIUDMILA (10/5): Отличные апарты для семьи на несколько дней - Очень чисто, аккуратно, просторно - высокие потолки. Два санузла, очень удобно. На кухне все есть, даже макароны. Местоположение отличное, везде близко в шаговой доступности. Не было туалетной бумаги, пришлось писать хозяину и искать в ящике, который под ключом. Шумно - окно на улицу. Нет шторки в душе. Зато есть швабра )

• Szandra (8/5): - Nagyon szép, tiszta volt az apartman, kényelmes volt az ágy. Könnyű volt a bejutás. Közel volt a központ, a látnivalók, a boltok. A szállásadó hamar, minden kérdésünkre válaszolt! Kevés konyhai eszköz volt a konyhában főzéshez. Az egyik WC kicsit billeg, zörög használatkor. A függönytartó leszakadt. Nem volt melegvíz majdnem 3 napig, de ez nem a szállásadó hibája volt!

El sofà llit pel nen estava ja tot preparat al arribar. Té 3 teles però només en vam aconseguor fer funcionar una La zona blava per aparcar al costat és una mica confusa pels estrangers. Podeu comprar tickets a la botiga de licors 24h del costat... però rasqueu vosaltres un cop us hagin explicat com funciona i assegureu no equivocar-vos si no voleu acabar amb un cepo a la roda

• Christiaan (9/5): Superb - Everything nice and clean, nice bedroom and furniture, the house was wel done equipped. Washing machine good. Very modern. The mall is on walking distance 450 meters. Historic events around My wife gets some fight with the crane in the kitchen, felt of. We use the hot plate twice, difficult to use.
• Michael (10/5): Very good choice, once again in Sofia we choose This apartment again for sure - We spent 2 nights here after nearly a week in Bansko. Apartment is in a quite central location and surprisingly with large rooms with also a spare toilet which was a ++ especially in the morning!! Close to Serdica Metro station and some 20 minutes away from major attractions. Large Shopping mall some 10 minutes away as well. Another pro is that just near the main door there is a 24/7 shop with all amentities required. Finally owner very responsive and helpful. The only thing is that the cofee machine was faulty but it's just a small problem and not the owner's fault that was very helpful and responsive.
• Juliana (5/5): Dissapointing Host and management - The apartment is really spacious and all rooms have a door separation, so it’s really handy for privacy between rooms. The management was really bad. As a start we were told after check in time that the apartment wasn’t cleaned yet. We were traveling with an 80 year old so that was very inconvenient. However when we entered the apartment, it was cleaned - so we believe it was a mistake from the staff. Nonetheless there was a cleaner coming in and we had to wait until he did a clean check up. There has been months of complaining from other guests about the washing machine being filthy, and it was full of mold and black fungus from the bacteria’s, so I decided to ask the cleaning guy to fix it. The fact that this has been mentioned several times and still nothing was done about it is very sad because it shows the lake of care for guests and the property in itself. Later on, there was almost no kitchen utensil, no cutting board, no serving spoons, spatulas, etc. when we asked about it our host went radio silent (despite asking twice for it) Also, both of the bathrooms door lock doesn’t work, and it was annoying that you couldn’t even close the door of the shower (even without locking) as the lock was left outside when last used. So it was very uncomfortable to shower with an open door all the time. We also brought this to the attention of the host and couldn’t care at all as we got no reply. Lastly, the building is old - so there is a horrendos smell from the main gate of the building until you reach the apartment, not sure if this is something that can be fixed but Roth putting it out there. In conclusion, the apartment would have a great potential if it was in the hands of a more customer oriented caring management.

Below the apartment is a 24-hour convenience store for coffee, drinks etc. Tram stop is across the street. A daily pass can be purchased for use on Metro, bus, and tram. There is a large supermarket eight minutes walk away in the Sofia Mall. spacious apartment. Clear instructions to get access. The bed was comfortable. We could not use the washing machine because the detergent container appeared to have mold and / or rust. The living room sofa needs a shampoo. There were no bedside reading lamps. There were no kitchen towels or a draining rack.

• Antonín (9/5): Plesant stay, good for relax. - Well equiped kitchen, 3 TV, large riooms. Good location for shopping, close to the center. Quite noisy street.
• Laszlo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is centrally located. Just walking distance from several landmarks and sightseeing attractions. Easy access by public transport. The apartment is refurbished. Spacious rooms, kitchen with dining space. Generally was OK, it could have been a bit cleaner, including the kitchenware.
• Eugen (7/5): Good - The property is ok in many: good location in city center, relatively large, very clean, large TV sets (including in the kitchen!). But... The property was supposed to have a balcony and a parking lot (they were criteria in searching). Well - a small balcony there was..., about 1/4 sq. m. Good enough for a smoker. The real problem came with the parking lot. There is none the property can offer. You can buy a parking ticket with the phone, but there is a catch: only is you have a Bulgarian phone! The log story short: the took my car and in the morning I had to spend two hours and 120 leva (60 euros) to recover it.

Clean and very convenient for visiting the city, I highly recommend this property. The added value to the overnight stay, however, is the friendliness and availability of the owners who facilitated my arrival time [with a practical self check-in] but above all with a much appreciated free late check-out. • Eveline (5/5): Passable - Location. Cozy apartment. Quiet at night. (You will hear cars and tram, but no annoying neighbours / people / music, at least not during our stay. No clean bed sheets (!) Couch not the best to turns to a bed. No curtains in living room to make it dark to sleep there. Toilet inside the shower... Nothing to keep the shower water from going everywhere on the floor. No kitchen towels.

• Holly (10/5): Gem of a spot - Nicely laid out, large apartment with a full bath plus another seperate toilet. Plenty of room and supplies for our family of 4. Kitchen had a small bowl sink and no dish rack. There was dish soap but no way to dry the few dishes we used. Easy to fix.
