- Linda (8/5): Very good - Great place. Clean room with a small balcony facing the pool area. Comfortable bed. Modern and clean facilities. Almost sound proof, very quiet for being Colombia! There were no toilet seat, which I don't really understand. The rooms were not "cosy" but rather clean and strict. Practical, but not very cosy. There were no breakfast, but there are many great breakfast options in the city of Neiva.

- Diego (9/5): Good value for money and out of Neiva - It was clean with a comfortable bed and beautiful facilities. There's AC and hot water. It has double glazing. The pool and the gym are open long time. Now they offer breakfast inside the hotel (2022), so the criticism about that aspect is over. The location is out of Neiva, so the only way to reach it is by taxi (15.000 COP 2022 prices).
