• Famiglietti (1/5): - The apartment was very small, basically one room, but that is not even the problem. It was dirty in every angle, the sheets and the towels were stained of i don't even wanna know what. The bathroom floor was terrible, to not mention the shower, the toaster and mixer had crust in them. There was dust everywhere and the windows didn't close all the way, also the curtains were no use because they are see through and since the bed is directly underneath them we woke up at dusk. One last thing, the couch can't be considered a bed, it is as hard as a rock, and the piece that you pull out doesn't hook up, so we slept with dangling legs.

• Dominika (2/5): Nie polecam. Lokal nie jest wart tej ceny. - Jedynym atutem obiektu jest lokalizacja w centrum Londynu. Blisko dworców i przystanków. Było bardzo słabo. Opis oferty nieprawdziwy. Nie było pralki. Nie było suszarki do ubrań. Nie było telewizora. `nie było nawet czwartego widelca i musieliśmy jeść osobno. Obiecany "widok" przez okno to budowa i rusztowania w odległości 1,5 m od brudnych szyb i chodzący bezpośrednio za oknami robotnicy. Piłowanie szlifowanie walenie młotem cały dzień. Drzwi wejściowe oklejone przylepcem. Łóżko zarwane od strony ściany i cały czas spadałem. Rozkładana kanapa - cały czas wypadała część ruchoma. Kanapa brudna i nieprzyjemna przez to. Przez środek drzwi wejściowych na wysokości głowy przebiega kabel - można się zawiesić. Ogrzewanie to kaloryfer z urwanym kółkiem oparty o ścianę. Wszędzie jakieś zawieszone kable i kabelki. Wszystko zrobione ekstremalnie niskim kosztem.
• Manuel Jesus (5/5): Bien pero con muchas trabas - El sitio está muy bien situado tienes 3 grandes estaciones de tren justo al lado y muchos sitios para comprar para la cena o almuerzo calidad precio-zona genial. La calle estaba súper sucia daba muy mala imagen pero bueno solo vas a dormir allí y se puede pasar por alto, la papelera del baño estaba llena de compresas y papeles en el fondo y obviamente allí se queda tal mierda. El responsable del apartamento no da señales de vida el primer día no pudimos entrar en hall por que la cerradura no funcionaba y el responsable ni contestaba ni aparecía, conseguimos entrar porque salió otra persona. Y cuando estás tan lejos de casa pues imagínate que susto.

• YOANN (1/5): Inadmissible de louer un appartement dans de telles conditions. - Honteux de louer un appartement qui ne correspond même pas à la photo . Glacial. Juste deux minables radiateurs électriques pour chauffer les pièces. Les vrais radiateurs ne fonctionnent pas. Des pigeons ont élu domicile face a la vitre de la chambre. Des roucoulements toute la nuit. Barre de seuil qui ne tient plus. Une seule ampoule qui éclaire toute la chambre. Mal nettoyé. Cuvette des wc qui ne tient pas. Je demande une action avec Booking. Payer plus de 400 euros pour 2 nuits pour un appartement de ce type est inadmissible. Les deux radiateurs électriques nécessaires pour chauffer les pièces. La photo qui ne correspond pas à la réalité de la location. La propreté. Les pigeons juste derrière la vitre de la chambre. Les travaux derrière la chambre…. Le canapé lit qui est défoncé. Les deux matelas ne peuvent pas être complètement solidaires. La cuvette WC qui est cassé. La tv qui date des années 90 …et qui ne fonctionne pas. Je demande une action auprès de BOOKING. Inadmissible au regard du prix et des prestations.

• Lisa (3/5): Horrible flat. - • The location was very handy for our event we were attending and the only reason we had to stay and not find somewhere else once we got there. • The water was hot. • The beds were very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs and the pillows (only one each) were so ridiculously flat. • The toilet seat was hanging off. • The shower hose was taped together with electrical tape but water still squirted through. The shower stand was held together with clingfilm. • There were wires sticking out of the wall next to the light switch. • The blinds wouldn't stay open. • It felt like we were sleeping in a kitchen. • The noise from the next flat when they put their water on was so loud at night. • The entrance is dirty and dark.

• Perez (2/5): Únicamente sirve para dormir, si no tienes problemas de espalda. - La ubicación. El espacio era mínimo. Solicité una habitación para 4 personas. La cama era incómoda, solamente se notaban los muelles del colchón. El sillón no era completo, tenía dos partes, lo que hacía que la parte inferior se separara durante la noche. A parte, era muy pequeño para dos personas. Las sábanas estaban completamente sucias. Nos pusieron 4 toallas para 5 días y no se realizó limpieza en la habitación en ningún momento. No paramos de ver pelos y suciedad por todos lados. El baño era pequeño, no tenía papelera. En relación ruidos, se escuchaban las voces de los vecinos, los pasos, las tuberías cada vez que se duchaban o tiraban de la cisternas y a primera hora de la mañana, palomas. En relación a la ubicación, bastante bien. El metro de Euston al lado y muy bien comunicado con las otras líneas. Para abrir la puerta una odisea, no especifican el mecanismo para electrónico, tuvimos que consultarlo en internet. Le pregunté al anfitrión y aún sigo esperando respuesta.

Was stressful getting in had no signal on my phone (Vodafone network) and the code for the room I was given was incorrect was a hassle getting hold of host to gain entry to the room.

• Annuska (2/5): Vies en onplezierig - De locatie vlakbij de metro is fijn. Dit was het enige. Bij binnenkomst bleek al dat het appartement vies was opgeleverd. Maar ook waren veel dingen niet bruikbaar. De pannen waren allemaal onder het vet of krassen . Maar het ergste was de badkamer. Met een wc-bril die stuk was en los zat aan een kant. En de douche was vastgemaakt met plastic folie. Tijdens het verblijf bleek ook de doucheslang lek. Verhuurder hebben we hier ook over ingelicht, maar deze handelde niet. We hebben het toen maar met tape geprobeerd te stoppen.

Restaurants proches également, super le studio était plus ou moins propre, ménage sous le lit pas fait, derrière le canapé restait des détritus. matelas du lit pas confortable. carreaux de la fenêtre très sale. légère nuisance du métro.

Els llits són horribles i hi ha desperfectes a l’apartament (somier del llit, tassa del vàter, armari de la cuina…). No està gaire net i manaquen llums complementàries agradables (només té una petita làmpara).
• DENISE (1/5): - The location was the only good thing. We had no hot water the whole time we were there. The mattress had no support or cushion it was just hard springs. My son had an electric shock from a faulty plug on an electric heater. Awful place.

• Siew Ching (4/5): Unpleasant - Response from the host was timely before our arrival. The location is quite far from Kings Cross station, which the impression given was very close to kings cross. Very dark staircase and the lightings are not sensitive. The lights couldn't sense us effectively. The electric supply is not stable that prohibit us from even using the kettle in the room -- electric blackout. Even though there's attached kitchenette, the utensils and cutleries are very dirty -- with scratch and rust is visible. Sharing of kitchen and washing machine which was not mentioned clearly. The mattress needs replacement as we could feel the spring while sleeping on it. Pillows are extremely thin. Host promised a refund should we check out early but denied his promise later.
• Andrea (8/5): Buena ubicación con lo necesario para una buena estancia - La ubicación muy buena, cerca de estación de trenes, metro y autobuses. Un alojamiento con todo lo necesario para unos días de estancia. La comunicación con el encargado, no contestaba los mensajes, aunque envió a tiempo la información para entrar al alojamiento, el resto de mensajes al parecer no los leía y por tanto no contestaba. Con respecto a las instalaciones, el baño es pequeño pero lo compensa el ser privado de la habitación.

• Axe (3/5): - Gesucht wurden 2 Zimmer, angezeigt wurde dieses Appartement. Bekommen haben wir ein Minizimmer, bei dem das Schlafsofa nicht zusammen hält. Völlig überteuert obschon die Lage ziemlich gut ist.

But told us not to use through the night, heater did not retain heat as the window didnt stay closed, there was dust under the bed, under the sofa, shower screen was filthy could make finger mark on inside on the shower, black long hairs found within the towel and bedding. Heating eventually came on day before we left, inadequate lighting on the stairs, would take about 5 minutes after you got on to your floor to turn on, very tight squeeze on the stairs, struggled to get luggage up, no washing machine which was stated, did come home with a few bite, would not be going to again

• Alessia (7/5): Un piccolo appartamento attrezzato dove appoggiarsi tra una camminata e l'altra. - La posizione è ottima e l'appartamento è in una casa con la tipica struttura di una casa a schiera inglese. Anche se abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi con le chiavi a codice durante il check in, i proprietari ci hanno aiutato subito anche se erano le 23 passate. Il Wi-Fi è buono e anche la TV è godibile con i canali in abbonamento e quindi la possibilità di vedersi un film in lingua per rilassarsi dalle camminate in città. La possibilità di usare la lavatrice è una buona cosa anche se è in uno spazio condiviso. C'erano diversi pezzi di mobilio che si smontavano o erano tenuti insieme in modo un po' precario (la tenda vicino al fornello non stava aperta, il rubinetto della cucina si staccava, il divano letto era montato male per lo abbiamo dovuto sistemare, l'asse del wc ad un certo punto si è scollata, la doccia era tenuta al suo posto con un pezzo di plastica). Il bagno è piccolo (mio figlio seduto sul WC non riusciva a chiudere la porta perchè le sue gambe non ci stavano). Sicuramente per i nostri standard non era una metratura comoda per una famiglia di 2 adulti e 2 adolescenti alti.
• victoria (1/5): Never stay here - Location It was the worst place I've ever stayed in! Sofa bed was broken and dirty so my children couldn't sleep on it. Ir was disgusting. Rolls of dirt. Socks, rubbish. Surrounded by building works inside the building Tv had a cable but no plug socket Toilet seat broken Window was covered in bird poo and couldn't see out of it. We left as we couldn't stay here. Hoping for a refund!

• OlgaS (8/5): Cosy flat between St Pancras and Euston - A really really nice apartment best suitable for a company of 2-4 friends, clean and cosy. A busy street with pubs and cafes, 5 min walk from St Pancras (between St Pancras and Euston), easy to commute anywhere by public transport. We could settle before check in time. Plenty of towels and bed linen There's no washing machine that I hoped for because it was in the room's description. Not a big problem bec there's a good laundrette not far from the place but still needing to go to drop and pick up. The street can be noisy at night because of the pubs but it's not critical.

• Emily (2/5): Was not very good as I couldn’t sleep at all - The tv The sofa bed had broken there was wire sticking out the wall and the shower temperature didn’t stay warm it it was rather to hot or to cold and I was place on the top floor with two children one that has saver separation anxiety and was scared there’s no lift and had to take my bag and my kids and the pram up to the top floor all by myself and the kid had desterbed all the neighbours
• Paul (1/5): Really poor experience - I am not a person who likes to complain but this place was shocking. I arrived in the evening and when you walk through the hallways, the lights don’t work and it is pitch black. I had to put my phone torch on to navigate me up to my room. The room had wires exposed out of the wall, the tv didn’t work, the shower is either freezing cold or boiling hot (nothing in between) and there was also a weird smell throughout the building. You could hear every time somebody used the bathroom in other rooms as well. I booked in for 2 night but left after 1 as I couldn’t spend another day there. Not expecting my money back but would appreciate it if Booking.com would consider this. It was a really poor experience and not the cheapest place either.

• Asad (2/5): Would avoid next time - The only good thing was good location and the landlord letting me do check out an hour late on last day This place was horrible to stay in .counting things 1:bed mattress was very very uncomfortable 2: toilet is too small 3: it was on 2nd floor and building had no lift facilty and you could imagine i had a kid and heavy bag as i stayed there for 3 nights so not ideal for me 4th :Internet connection was so poor and very bad signals .5th there were hardly any plugs in the room .no plugs at all on the bed side for charger and finally all radiotrs were not working at all and we were given only a small electric heater .although it was bit cheaper as compared to other places but i did’t expect such a poor place to live overall .Would avoid next time specially if i am with family and kids

• Bogdan (1/5): Avoid this property. - THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. More like a B&B. The conditions can best be described as not hygienic. The property also refused to provide a VAT invoice. Non hygienic room: Stains and dirt on the carpets and sofa's fabric (the only clean parts were the bed sheets). Unclean common toilet/shower cabin. Immediately after check-in, I refused the booking and returned the key. I had to make another reservation somewhere else. At this point I have not been provided with any refund.
