• SABRINA SOUZAA (10/5): Appartement sympa et Centrale - L'appartement est très sympa. Confortable. Pas loin du métro Serdika. Décoration moderne. La salle de bain est trop petite. Le toilette il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour les jambes vu que cela est situé a côté du lavabo et son petit placard. Le rideau de douche est juste à côté du toilette. J'ai du le poser à l'intérieur de la poignée de la porte pour avoir plus de place assise. Sinon tout le reste ça va

• Letizia (1/5): Non andate assolutamente!!! - L’unica cosa buona è la posizione e il fatto che ci hanno consegnato la stanza alle 12 Struttura per niente come in foto, pulizia inesistente. I piatti e la cucina erano tutti sporchi e unti e ho dovuto lavare tutto prima di utilizzarli per non parlare del bagno. Minuscolo, puzzava di muffa da non poterci stare dentro e con un rotolo di carta igienica per tre giorni che non è stato rimpiazzato visto che non rifanno la stanza ogni giorno. Il letto scomodissimo in quanto è un divano aperto e si sente la divisione in mezzo e in più dormi con la testa sotto i segni di zanzare schiacciate sul muro e non pulite. Lenzuola sporche e piene di pallini da quanto erano state utilizzate, direi da cambiare. Come ultima cosa la stanza era veramente fredda e il calorifero ovviamente non funzionava. Avevamo freddo nonostante usassimo tutte le coperte disponibili e per scaldarci sennò non si riusciva a dormire accendevamo il forno e lo lasciavamo aperto un po altrimenti era improponibile, c’era più caldo fuori che dentro in casa e fuori c’erano 14 gradi.

• Iris (7/5): - Esta muy bien situado y el precio es muy bueno Tuvimos un problema al llegar, la box donde van las llaves no funcionaba eran las 21 de la noche, tras varias llamadas videos enseñandole que NO funcionaba la caja o el codigo ya me dijo como acceder a la habitación pero no podia salir de ella, no tenía manera cerrarla. Me dijo que tenia que esperar al dia siguiente a las 10am me puse borde por que no me parecia normal, llegar de viaje y no poder ir a cenar o al día siguiente perder la excursión que tenía por que no tenía llaves de la habitacion, consegui a las 21.45 que vinieran a traerme llaves. Estas cosas pueden pasar que no funcione la caja y tener que esperar, pero tienes que estar preparado para que alguien pueda atender una incidencia.... No hay sábanas solo dos fundas nórdicas... eso tampoco nos gustó.

• HEE YEON (9/5): Very comfortable staying - Easy to access to all the places that I wanted to see and visit. Very convenient location. The room key didn't work and I left room leaving the room unlocked. But I didn't concern that much because the access of the hotel itself was secure.

• Alla (3/5): Не стоит своих денег - У этого отеля есть два больших плюса: 1. Великолепное расположение: все основные достопримечательности, метро, трамваи, магазины - все в шаговой доступности. 2. Наличие собственной мини-кухни. На этом плюсы заканчиваются, начинаются минусы. Большинство этих минусов относится к "garden house", искренне надеюсь, что в остальных номерах ситуация лучше. 1. Сильный запах затхлости и плесени. Открытое окно не помогает. Скорее всего, это из-за того, что помещение крошечное (10-12 кв.м с высотой потолка около 2 м., с маленькими окнами, к которые никогда не проникает солнечный свет). Выдержать этот запах довольно трудно. Фото запаха приложить не могу, но прилагаю фото с черными пятнами на раковине умывальника, походими на плесень. 2. В описании написано, что помещение - 18 кв.м. Это не так. Максимум - 10-12 кв. м включая туалет и душ. 3. На постельном белье были непонятные катышки (фото прилагаю), очень хочу надеяться, что это просто не очень качественное и не очень хорошо постиранное белье, а не следы жизнедеятельности клопов. Но спать было неприятно. 4. Замок закрывается только при поднятой ручке. Пришлось звонить владельцу, чтобы он это объяснил. 5. Владелец разрешил ранний заезд в 13:00. Но когда я зашла в номер, через пять минут появилась горничная, и сказала, что заезд с 15:00, и ее не волнует, что мне разрешил владелец. Пришлось уйти гулять. Хорошо, хоть вещи разрешила оставить. 6. При наличии кухонного уголка удивило, что нет сахара, чая, кофе. Была только соль. 7. Также прилагаю фото так называемого "внутреннего двора". Полотенца - это те, что вам потом дадут. Не уверена, что это гигиенично. Также видна так называемая "садовая мебель". Можно ли на ней сидеть - не знаю. Именно такой вид будет у вас из окон. 8. Также удивило требование мыть посуду и пылесосить (см.фото). Я всегда поддерживаю порядок, но все-таки, это работа горничной, а не моя. 9. Ну и еще о соответствии описания реальности: a washing machine - нет, a seating area - что это?, a garden view and outdoor furnitute - фото приложила, socket near the bed - не нашла свободного. В общем, минусов намного больше, чем плюсов.

• Rosa Magdalena (6/5): Incómodo para pasar más de una noche. - Al entrar da muy buena impresión, la elección de los colores de las paredes, cerámicas, lámparas, etc hace un buen conjunto. Lugar tranquilo. La cama muy baja y en pésimas condiciones el colchón. El sistema de la ducha es incómodo, el agua debe ser constantemente impulsada hacia el sumidero o retenida con una toalla en el piso.

When I entered, there was 2 cockroaches and 1 large spider, I told the owner about this and they did nothing. It was extremely cold and the heater was not working. The room was small, a single bed and only one pillow.

• Annalisa (10/5): - Una casa tipica bulgara in una posizione centrale, ben servita da supermercati e negozi. Appartamento confortevole con uso di cucina. Bagno un po' piccolo ma con ciò che serve durante la permanenza. Proprietario disponibilissimo a darmi tutte le info necessarie per il corretto funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e indicazioni per il check in perfette e molto semplici. È stata davvero una bellissima vacanza, ritornerei ad alloggiare qui! Tutto ok!

• Anna (7/5): Central location - The property is perfectly located, within a short walking distance to the city center, the Serdika metro station and the famous Saint Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. There is a Lidl nearby which is really useful since the facility is equipped with a kitchenette (oven, stove, sink and fridge). It is easy to access the facility with the instructions given shortly before our arrival (self check-in with a key box). The room is well equipped : kitchenette, bed, table, tv, wardrobe and a bathroom with a towel heater. There are only 2 rather small windows and only one can be opened. The room smelled moldy (a big mold stain could be since hidden behind the wardrobe). I also saw 2 cockroaches which I’m really scared of. But considering the low price I paid for 3 nights, I can’t complain much.

• lozinski83 (8/5): - Wszędzie jest blisko, bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Dom odnowiony, jest czysto, wszystko co powinno być też jest. Jest to miejsce oddzielone od ulicy więc jest spokój i cisza. Wifi działało bezproblemowo i szybko. Łóżka były wygodne, szaf pod dostatkiem i gniazdek elektrycznych też. Nie polecam brać pokoju nr 3 i 4 (nr. 4 To apartament dwupokojowy) komuś z małym dzieckiem na wózku ponieważ są one na piętrach gdzie wiodą bardzo wąskie i strome schody, za każdym razem musieliśmy składać wózek żeby go wnieść na górę. Do domu wiodą dwie furtki, pierwsza otwarta, druga zamknięta za pierwszym razem musieliśmy się domyśleć że drugą furtkę otwiera się przyciskiem który znajduje się przy pierwszej furtce która jest parę metrów wcześniej, dla jednej osoby jest to niewykonalne, jak mieliśmy już klucze problem zniknął.

Вирогідно йде з ванної, але він постійно присутній, бо коли на вулиці прохолодно - довго не провітриш. Замок на закриття працює тільки якщо піднімеш ручку вверх. Хазяїн про це сказав тільки коли написала: help me, півгодини самотужки промучавшись. Проте любʼязно 2 рази нагадав, що виїзд до 11:00))). Постіль «поношена», рушники вологі з сирим запахом.

• Judit (2/5): NEFAST - La ubicació Somier trencat, llençols molt vells, no podíem agafar la clau de l'habitació quan vàrem arribar perquè el caixetí no funcionava bé, n'hi havia un altre d'obert i vàrem comprovar que la clau de la nostra habitació era la mateixa que la d'una altra habitació, amb el que això pot arribar a comportar, em poso en contacte amb l'establiment mitjançant l'aplicació de Booking i al día següent, a mig matí quan ja estàvem fora de l'hotel visitant la ciutat, l'establiment m'envia un missatge dient que he de tornar la clau de l'habitació perquè esperen altres clients i que l'hem de deixar al caixetí correcte, ens parteix el dia, perquè hem de deixar de fer el que teníem previst, miraculosament el caixetí que conté la clau de la nostra habitació funciona, que es la mateixa que la d'altres habitacions. No hi ha productes de higiene (gel de dutxa, xampú,...) tal i com es descriu. Especialment escandalosa, la mostra habitació estava a la planta baixa, doncs quan a l'habitació que hi havia sobre nostre algú trepitjava el terra, inclòs descalç, se sentia molt de soroll constantment, no perquè els clients fessin soroll, sinó perquè la instal·lació és així. En 4 dies no han buidat escombraries, canviat tovalloles,....res. NO RECOMANO L'ALLOTJAMENT.

В номере есть утюг, фен, посуда, чайник, тостер и кофе машина . Очень приятно удивил теплый пол в ванной комнате . Комната оформлена приятном бирюзовом цвете! Очень внимательный владелец, у меня было позднее заселение и возникли проблемы, владелец сразу ответил на мой звонок , дал Аникин инструкции и решил проблему ! Немного неудобный диван. Отсутствуют вешалки для одежды !
• Alexander (3/5): Bad communication and gaslighting by the host, when there is a problem. Okay accomodation otherwise. - The accomodation is central, the check in and check out was easy and convenient. The heater works well in the garden house.There is a small kitchen, so you would be able to prepare smaller meals. I stayed in the garden house. After seeing some reviews saying that there is mold, I checked underneath the mattress and found plenty. Confronting the host with it via Mail, asking for switching out the mattress, for another room or for a partial refund, he just told me that there is no mold and the mattress had just fallen on wet ground during its delivery, therefore the stain. That I shouldn't worry and that there is no other room available. Total gaslighting. The room has two small windows, only one can be opened (with small mold stains around it, see picture). The mattress is laying on a closed wooden board, so there is no circulation underneath. The shower has no curtain so the whole bathroom is under water after showering and needs to dry off. You really need to make sure you leave on the light and ventilation in the bathroom and keep the door closed. It definitely was mold (see different pictures). You can just make your own judgement. Also on my second day, the front gate didn't open - which can totally happen, it's just a matter of how communication goes, solving the problem. I called the host, telling him that it doesn't open. He just said that he was there 5 minutes ago and that it opens. I said it doesn't. He told me that it does (gaslighting again) and to pull harder, try lift the gate during turning the keys and so on, it still didn't work. He said that he doesn't know what to do now. I told him that if he was here 5 minutes ago, he should come over to solve the problem. He said that he can only come in an hour and I should just wait and keep trying. After insisting that I want to get out, he said that he would come. I waited for another 50 minutes, until he calls me and asks, if it still doesn't open. I said it doesn't and then he said that now he would come. So he came (after me waiting for 1h 20 minutes) and tried to open it. Of course it didn't work.

• De Rossi (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno a Sofia - La posizione è ottima, è uno spazio protetto e silenzioso, una casa davvero graziosa con diverse stanze piuttosto insonorizzate tra loro, non ci è mancato alcun servizio, check-in comodo e rapido, stanza accogliente e pulita Una pecca secondo me è stata la mancanza di presine in cucina e qualche utensile in più; suggerirei di sostituire il lenzuolo di copertura del divano - letto con uno appropriato, con elastici, che non si tolga completamente durante la notte anche perché nemmeno da teso copriva completamente il divano

Termosifoni funzionanti Bagno veramente minuscolo, inoltre nessun piatto doccia, per cui il bagno si allagava durante la doccia. Lenzuola non molto pulite. Inoltre, erano presenti formiche sia in bagno sia sul letto ma in quantità minore. Non hanno cambiato le lenzuola e gli asciugamani alla mattina.

The bathroom is too small and the shower is made with a curtain and a hole in the floor. The water does not go down and stagnates, so the bathroom floods easily.

• Guergana (5/5): No repetiría - La ubicación muy céntrica, muy buena comunicación por metro y tranvía. La cama era cómoda. Hay tiendas de alimentación cerca, una cafetería muy agradable. Hay fuentes de agua mineral caliente para beber en la calle muy cerca. La cocina estaba con muchas manchas de grasa por las paredes, armarios, encimera. Ponía que había microondas y lavadora, pero no era cierto. La jarra eléctrica estaba con restos de probablemente leche quemada en el fondo. La cafetera con restos de leche. El baño tampoco estaba muy limpio. La ropa de cama era super vieja y desgastada. Había radiadores, pero casi no se notaba la calefacción y fuera hacía bajo cero. La puerta de la calle estaba siempre abierta. La puerta de la casa no se podía cerrar con llave, no funcionaba. La puerta de la habitación se cerraba con una llave muy simple, parecía que se podría abrir con cualquier cosa. No me sentí nada segura por todo esto.
• Giulia (7/5): Posizione perfetta - Zona centralissima, posizione perfetta. Struttura moderna e accogliente. Stanza ben riscaldata. Host gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato depositare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out. Abbiamo preso la stanza più piccola, quindi il prezzo andava bene, però le lenzuola non erano pulitissime e la doccia davvero molto scomoda. Anche il letto e i cuscini scomodi, va bene per pochi giorni.
• Dominika (7/5): good for short stay for one person if you don’t expect much - location there was mold on the wall and in the bathroom, room was very humid and there was only one small window, also there were stains on the duvet cover
• David (3/5): The noise in Room 1 is livable - Check in instructions clear. Central location. My first adverse comment after 100s of stays while budget travelling in Asia and Europe. Room 1 cannot be slept in while anyone walks in the room above. Footsteps above echo loudly through the floor, exacerbated by squeaking floor boards. Other minor annoyances are common and we simply deal with them without fuss, like thin pillows, a few ants, our misunderstanding about no kitchen and small room. Be assured, it is not an apartment as advertised. But thankfully the guy in the room above was not overly active. The host told me it was “a 115 year old building and it is normal for there to be noise in wooden floors“. Upon follow up, the host also said “the noise is not as much as you think it is “. Other rooms might be ok, but make sure you give Room 1 a miss.

• Merve (7/5): Havalar daha sıcakken tek kişi konaklamak için çok ideal. - Konumu gerçekten çok iyi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Tek kişi konaklama için de çok uygun bir yer. Müstakil olması da çok hoşuma gitti. Bahar aylarında gitsem, yine burada kalabilirim. Hava güzelken konaklamak çok daha keyifli olabilir. Tesiste beni karşılayan kimse olmadı. Odada bazı teknik sorunlar olsa da hızlı şeklide çözüldü, bu önemliydi. Oda soğuktu, portatif ısıtıcı vardı ancak çok ısıttığı söylenemez.
• Nicola (5/5): Tanie rozwiązanie na parę dni w Sofii - Obiekt wygląda bardzo ładnie jak taki domek który wylądował wśród innych nie wiadomo skąd. Pomysł jest bardzo przyjemny. Niestety nawiązując do innych opinii które czytałem przed wyjazdem włosy są obecne na pościeli i to nie jest przyjemne. Dodatkowo trafiliśmy na sąsiadów którzy mało chodzili wieczorem nad nami.. ale bardzo słychać każdy krok a słychać przede wszystkim jak ktoś chodzi po schodach.

The built-in heating was weak, had to sleep in my sweater because the extra heater was too loud to use at night The shower...the drain isnt tilted and no curtain also the showerhead was leaky so the entire bathroom floor was soaked. There was a tool there to push the water towards the drain, but it was a mess...

• Nicole (10/5): Super consigliato - Struttura molto accogliente, ideale per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. La posizione è eccellente: tutto è raggiungibile a piedi o al massimo in circa 20 minuti con una piacevole passeggiata. La proprietaria è super disponibile, si è occupata anche di prenotarci un taxi per il rientro in aeroporto alle 5 del mattino. L’unica piccola pecca è la dimensione del bagno, piuttosto ridotto: doccia, WC e lavandino si trovano in un unico spazio. Tuttavia, si tratta di un aspetto facilmente sorvolabile.

• Iva (4/5): Very disappointing - The location is excellent! The room smelled bad, like there is mould in it. Little black hairs on the bed sheets on entry. The drain in the bathroom doesn't work properly, the shower sprayed everywhere 😒 Should be managed better

• Anita (10/5): Great place for a few days and remote work - The room I booked had more utilities than many other places I've stayed at. It had everything I needed for a stay of a few days where I had to work from there and I didn't want to eat out all the time. It was clean and cosy. The price was great as well! The things I didn't like are not worth mentioning because you cannot expect the best of the best for the great price you are paying. I was happy with it.

The only downside was that there were no cups available for drinking coffee, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, still a great place with minor room for improvement.
