• Guadalupe (4/5): No recomendable - Estaba cerca del centro Para empezar no puedes pagar a través de booking sino de otra plataforma con la que tuve bastantes problemas a la hora de rellenar el contrato que te hacen firmar y por el que además te cobran (que lo bloquean) 200€ en concepto de fianza (me comentan que pueden tardar hasta diez días en devolverla) . La entrada era a las tres (yo iba a trabajar y lo necesitaba a esa jora) y pasadas las tres y media les llamé y me dijeron que era a partir de no necesariamente tenía que estar listo a las tres y para rematar cuando hicimos las gincana de ir por las llaves a otro sitio encontrar cajetín y conseguir que se abriese llegamos y la calle estaba cortada por lo que no pudimos aparcar el el garaje del lugar. La solución era o devolver el dinero cobrado para parking o volver a la calle del cajetín y buscar el otro lugar pero yo no tenía tiempo para perder pork ya eran las cinco de la tarde quedé hicieron entre los distintos retrasos. Para rematar durante toda la noche hubo un escándalo en la calle y no pudimos dormir así que no creo que vuelva y espero que, al menos, la devolución de la fianza y el dinero del parking sea rápida
• Gillian (9/5): Wonderful - I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Malaga - Property was exactly as described and had everything you could think of. The location was amazing - just a 5 min walk from the centre of everything. It had a lovely pool and deck area on top although not open when we were there but we were made aware of this before we booked so no issue with that. The pick up of the keys was a faff - we first had to go to the central office in Malaga where there was a computer issue and the staff member took quite a while before he was able to check us in. We had to leave our bags there as the early check in wasnt possible. We were then told we couldnt pick keys up from there and had to do this elsewhere. Luckily it was just around the corner from the property we were staying in.

• Erika (8/5): overall very nice stay in a nice apartment with great location and helpfull staff - - very good location, close to city center and beach - apartment is spacious, kitchen+living room is very sunny and has enough spots to sit - 2 bathrooms, very clean - we asked for new frying pan and a pot, because they were in bad condition and we got them - no problem with comunication with staff - maybe thin walls, you can hear everything from the street and hall outside the apatment, but we did not have real problems with sleep - there was not any detergent for washing machine, need to bring some with you if you do not want to buy whole box for few days (but there were 3 tablets for dishwasher for our one week stay) - i would appreciate to have at least salt, sugar, oil and some basic spices in the kitchen

• paolo (8/5): Bell'appartamento con qualche pecca - Appartamento con un bel salone con angolo cottura, silenzioso a 5 minuti dal centro. Ho segnalato appena arrivato che in l bagno sulla parete vicino al wc vi era una traccia di escrementi.... non solo non sono interventi ma neanche si sono scusati. Ogni camera aveva solo 1 asciugamano per il viso è non c'erano solo 3 stampelle e neanche una sedia.

• Do (9/5): Bel appartement proche du centre. - Emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Appartement très propre, moderne et spacieux, avec deux salles de bains. Nous avons aussi loué le garage pour la voiture, juste en-dessous de l'appartement. Javier et Marcos répondaient rapidement aux demandes par whatsapp. Le check-in se fait online via un formulaire envoyé par whatsapp. Au début cela ne fonctionnait pas et c'est une IA qui répondait, avec des erreurs (par exemple le prix du parking). Une fois le problème signalé ce sont de vraies personnes qui ont répondu. Les oreillers n'étaient pas confortables mais le reste était très bien.

• Malwina (6/5): - Korzystna lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta, spokój. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. W rzeczywistości apartament gorszy niż na zdjęciach, niewygodne łóżka, ciepła woda z bojlera więc oszczędnie z kąpielami zwłaszcza jak przyjeżdża się w większym gronie.
• Marcel (9/5): Heerlijk, zeker een aanrader! - We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit vakantieappartement. De communicatie vooraf was duidelijk en prettig, en ook het ophalen van de sleutel verliep soepel en zonder gedoe. Het appartement zelf was schoon, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dankzij de centrale ligging was het een ideale uitvalsbasis om Málaga te verkennen. Een groot pluspunt waren de twee badkamers, waardoor onze tienerdochters hun eigen privacy hadden – heel fijn tijdens de vakantie. Absoluut een aanrader! Er zijn echter ook een paar verbeterpunten. Zoals ook in eerdere reviews genoemd, hadden wij ’s nachts last van geluiden uit het steegje naast het hotel. Naar ons idee verbleven daar zwervers, wat voor wat onrust zorgde. Daarnaast viel het ons bij aankomst op dat de hoofdeindes van de bedden ontbraken, terwijl de uitstekende schroeven nog in de muur zaten. Dit kan gevaarlijke situaties opleveren. We hebben dit direct bij de verhuurder gemeld.
• YOLANDA (6/5): Poco cuidado y ruidoso. - Que estaba en el centro, era amplio y tenia aparcamiento. Aunque era amplio y estaba bien equipado, su estado de mantenimiento era mejorable. Las camas ya no tenian cabeceros, la puerta de nuestro baño tenia la cerradura rota y no pudimos usarlo durante varias horas. Los baños eran amplios pero no tenian espacio donde colocar las cosas de aseo. La limpiera no era correcta. Encontramos unas toallas usadas en un armario. Las habitaciones daban a un callejon con escaleras donde solia ir gente por las noches. Ruidoso.
• Evita (8/5): Great apartment, but problems with communication. - Great location- 20 min walk to the beach. The apartment is spacious- 3 separate bedrooms, and the kitchen is well equipped. Problems with stuff- during arrival. I registered online, and something went wrong - I wrote to booking about my problem, and I got a reply that everything was fine - registration was successful. But when I arrived, I stood on the street with the children, because it turned out that it wasn't ok after all. And we were not given keys to access the rooftop pool - I corresponded with the staff several times, but received a response that all instructions had been sent. The problem was not resolved.

• Ian (8/5): We would stay again and recommend to others. - The location was excellent and we were able to walk to all the main venues, shops and museums, so transport was not necessary. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs. The family loved the Paddle out and would have loved to pool had it been open and in more seasonal weather. The collection of the keys from an office was not convenient and would have been better at the property.

• Dominique (9/5): As described and pictured. A beautiful apartment within walking distance to the shops, harbour and beach. Perfect for co - The pictures are very accurate and made for a wonderful holiday. I would recommend! On the day of arrival, the hosts, Holidays 2 Malaga (H2M) contacted me and provided details of where to collect the keys. Our communication was in English and via either the booking.com app and then by WhatsApp. It was very easy to communicate. The key collection point was a two minute walk away and very a very easy process. On our last day, we were struggling to organise a taxi to there office, situated at the sea front, just along from the tourist information point. I WhatsApp the hosts and Laura ordered us a taxi, kept our cases for the day and then helped us organise a taxi to the airport to. She was lovely and very helpful. Ideal location, 10-15 minutes walk from the main shopping area, beach and port. Supermarkets were located 5 minutes walk away. It was lovely to walk into the hustle and bustle, then retreat back to the apartment for some relaxation. There is a communal lift, which makes for easy access to the roof top pool and with getting the luggage to the apartment. When we arrived, we did have a moment of horror when we saw that the air conditioning was not on and was set to 25 degrees. However, switched on, that is more than the perfect temperature. It kept the apartment beautifully cold. It does turn off after a couple of hours, but just press the on switch again. It circulated nicely through the apartment and was perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, new and nicely decorated. Three bedrooms, two double and one with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is en suit with shower. Then off the hallway, there is a bathroom with shower. The water pressure from the shower was amazing. Each room has a large sliding wardrobe and bedside tables. The beds were slightly hard, but very comfortable. The sheets were spotlessly clean and beds made for our arrival. The kitchen/ dining area is very large and has a sofa and tv. The beds were a little hard, but that is personal choice. Otherwise very comfortable, with fresh spotlessly clean sheets. At night, we did hear two local residents having an argument on two of the evenings, in the early hours, which did wake us up. The shower drain struggles when the shower is on turned on full. What we did was pull the shower handle out half way, half pressure for the first minute or so, then pull it out to full after that. The drain then had a chance to start pulling the water. Not a big issue at all and just prevents any water leaking out of the shower onto the floor. The apartment did have 3 foldable seats on the wardrobe, however there were four of us. They were brilliant and easy to carry up to the pool to sun bath and enjoy the space up there. Another one or two would have been lovely. Or if there were communal seats up there, that to would have also have been nice. But again, this is only a very minor point for improvement.

• Niko (8/5): Niko - The communication with staff was easy and they were helpfull. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and great. Location of the apartment was also excellent. There were three of us staying in the apartment, so it was not always very convenient to have only one key for the apartment.
• Shane (5/5): Nice modern apartment let down by inadequate heating, misleading "pool" reference and poor support. - Nice, spacious modern fitted apartment, fairly close to the centre by foot in a pretty secluded area of the city The water in the shower doesnt stay warm very long. I was travelling alone so there was no one else using the hot water and i got maybe 15 mins in the shower. The heat pump was hard to figure out and i have 2 of these back home. When i contacted the support number, they gave me a long explanation of how to reset the device, wait 5 minutes and then restart, and if that didn't work i needed to find a fuse box to reset it there. (I have no idea where the fuse box is ) When asked if someone could come and help me with this I was ignored,. Then the pool fiasco... The listing clearly stated that the pool was open all year. This is the only reason i booked this apartment. But when i go there it was closed. We met another resident who told us its closed for most of the year. This was NOT stated anywhere when I booked and support told me i should have read the fine print. They were ultimately uninterested in a solution and when i contacted booking.com to help resolve the matter, the hotel told them i hadn't even complained. Luckily i saved all the whatsapp correspondence and Booking.com was really fast at coming up with a solution so 10 points to them. Im sure if youre a family or group, you dont need the pool and its summertime, this apartment would be great. But if youre visiting in winter, think twice.
• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, modern and well-kept apartment, the advantage is comfortable beds and 2 quite large bathrooms. Super equipped and in a very good location (approx. 10 minutes walk to the center of Malaga). Contact with the staff is also hassle-free, especially with Mrs. Paula. I recommend!

• Bendik (8/5): great apartment, overall very happy with our stay - Great apartment, very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and nothing felt cheap. Location was superb, no noise worthy of mention, and the city centre was easy to reach by foot. The employees were very accommodating and polite. We were unlucky with the weather during our stay, temperatures peaked at 16C during the day so it was pretty cold. the AC seemed to only work on demand for a maximum of 3 hours at a time. Half our group therefore felt the apartment was quite cold. This should be less of a problem with more normal weather in Malaga.
