• Lyle (8/5): More than adequate. A good introduction to Naples. - Breakfast across the street at a cafe. Standard - good coffee and cornetta (croissant). Outside tables. Good people watching. Restaurants near by for dinner were reasonably priced and good. Within walking distance of the Archeological Museum and other interesting attractions. I had to download and learn WhatsApp on the spot in order to communicate with staff, who were very nice and didn't speak any English. But that's okay, it prepared me for many more communications in WhatsApp later. They might tell you how many flights you will need to walk up, for people who find that challenging.

• camarda (8/5): - La stanza era pulita, ben illuminata, anche il bagno pulitissimo, televisore funzionante. Il posto è silenzioso, a volte la notte si sentivano un po' i rumori degli aerei, però per chi non dà fastidio, si sta bene, è molto tranquillo.

• valentina (9/5): Bella scoperta per un weekend lungo - Ho soggiornato qui per 4 giorni, prenotando 3 stanze, considerando che eravamo in 5 amici, e l’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ben curati, il che rende il soggiorno molto piacevole. Ciò che fa la differenza, però, è la gentilezza del personale, davvero super cordiale. Ottima anche la formula della colazione al bar: brioches e cappuccio ottimi. Tutto perfetto, lo consiglio senza esitazione! Nulla

Comodo il bollitore e le tazze ma mancava zucchero, cucchiaini, qualche bustina di tè e magari un po' di caffè solubile (sarebbe stato perfetto)

• Ahmet (8/5): Neapele göre iyi 😊 - Tesisin konumu mükemmel bir noktada heryere yürüyüş mesafesinde ayrıca sahipleri kibar ve yardımcı insanlar (Roberta) bir sürü bunaltıcı sorular sormuyorlar ayrıca interneti hakkında hiçbir şikayet yok internet tatil için çok önemli birşey. Kimseyi görmek zorunda değilsiniz online checkin yapıp belirlenen prosedürlerle anahtarınızı alıyorsunuz. Biz herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Ayrıca minibarın çalışıyor olması ve safe kasasının ücretsiz verilmesi bir avantaj. Odalar küçük ama (zaten bunu biliyorduk). Sigara içme alanı güzel yeterli ama başka odaların pencereleri maalesef bu alana bakıyor. Sigara içende rahat etmiyor tahmin olarak o odada kalanda. Yalıtım az ve diğer odalardan sesler duyuyorsunuz. Kahvaltı sokağın karşısında bir kafe de yapılıyor ama maalesef ya çok sıra oluyor yada Kommunikation problemi yaşıyorsunuz.
• Katarzyna (9/5): Good value place with friendly staff - Good location, friendly staff, very good WiFi and access to safe included. Fridge and kettle was there so option to make your own tea etc. Very good pizza place next door. Breakfast very basic (1 hot drink and 1 pastry) but very tasty. Tiles were grey so not immediately visible but if you look close you could see black mould around the shower, so definitely something that owner could improve very easily. However overall good value stay and would recommend it.

La gentilezza estrema dei proprietari❤️; I cornetti caldi per colazione e il sorriso all’accoglienza del bar Foria di fronte; Il letto super comodo; L’assenza di rumore la notte; Il terrazzino fuori(anche se all’arrivo non era stato palesemente pulito); L’ingresso con il codice; La camomilla in camera con il bollitore(solitamente si trova solo il the) Il fon super fantastico I saponi in bagno; Tutti i quadri con i “significati” di Napoli appesi alle pareti dei corridoi e delle stanze. La pulizia un po’ approssimativa(ma faccio lo stesso lavoro, perciò su questo sono iper critica😬) La mancanza di prese multiple; Il frigo bar senza nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua; L’odore di “umido” e le macchie gialle su muri negli angoli

• Carlos Jose (8/5): Buen sitio para quedarse unos días. - La situación que yo buscaba era idónea para lo que quería. Es un barrio no problemático. El trato de Francesco es excepcional. Ha sido una gran ayuda. Los croissants que ponen en Café Foria (donde se desayuna son estupendos. Alrededor hay varios restaurantes para comer que están muy bien. Da corrado y la hamburguesería a unos 100 metros. A unos 35 minutos del centro.

• Cristina (7/5): Nel complesso positivo, con qualche aggiustamento la struttura può ricevere qualche punto in più. - La colazione è in convenzione con un bar di fronte alla struttura. L'unica opzione disponibile è per un caffè o cappuccino con 1 brioches. Il succo di frutta viene servito con una differenza. Il caffè è ottimo così anche le brioches, sempre freschissime. Ottimo il fatto di avere una doppia porta che si apre solo con la carta elettronica in dotazione e che rende più sicuro il soggiorno. Il bagno cieco della camera è piuttosto umido e con muffa nella doccia. La ventola molto rumorosa, qualche dubbio sul fatto che funzionasse regolarmente. Manca uno spazio reale per appoggiare spazzolini e creme in bagno ma anche in camera, dove i comodini sono sostituiti da delle mensole e il tavolino è appena sufficiente ad ospitare il bollitore in dotazione. La serratura della nostra porta non si chiudeva al primo colpo e serve aprire e chiudere di nuovo. Maniglia da fissare. Il servizio al tavolo del bar in convenzione ha spesso dei ritardi e alla fine conviene prendere tutto al banco e portarselo da soli al tavolino.

The host was extremely friendly, well-organised, and always willing to help, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The hospitality was excellent and really added to the overall experience. Everything was handled with care and attention, which made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and well-managed stay. Nothing to comment

• Maruf (7/5): Fine for a short stay. - Clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and responsive. Since there is no lift, carrying heavy luggage up the stairs can be quite a daunting task. I wish they had some common facilities for a B&B like a kitchen. The location isn't the most ideal. Soundproofing isn't great.

• Georgepapadop (10/5): Great one, highly recommended - Room was comfy and clean, no bad smells etc. the bathroom was great and clean with modern stuff, room had smart TV comfortable bed and air-conditioning. Also the breakfast was decent for the price of the room. The host was super helpful not only for the room but also for the city. Also the room was in a great spot for transportation like metro bus and train and you could also walk to the historical city center Nothing to say here, since the room was over my expectations. Only bad thing is that there was a bad smell in the building, but once you went in the floor where the rooms were, the smell was not there anymore.

Direct connection with the airport by bus a few meters from the house. Quiet enough even though is nearby a busy street. Breakfast is a little bit tricky. Although the host was very helpful, we didn't feel that we were welcomed by the staff of the cafe across the street, even though we always ordered less than we were entitled by the coupon. Also a second keycard could help if someone wanted to leave the premises and leave the rest with electricity in the room.

• Marija (8/5): Very good - We want to praise the staff, Marco was always at our disposal. The accommodation is in a quiet area, 20 minutes walk to Cento storica. There is a smell of moisture, especially on the ground floor, where you have to go through to get to the room on the first floor, and it is minimal in the room. The apartment was not properly cleaned. That is the only minus.

Bus stop to go to the airport is across the street, just like the bar where you have the breakfast. There are many good restaurants on this street, also train station is less than 1 km away. Host Marco is very nice. This area is also safe so I can easily recommend Palazzina Avallone to anyone. /

• Rotem (8/5): It’s ok if you are couple with no kids and you have to stay for one night - It’s a small building divided into several rooms (like hotel rooms) and not a single apartment. We had Two rooms so it was not so easy with the kids. Rooms where small . No street view. The bathroom was excellent! The beds where comfortable. It is located in a very ugly, poor area of Napoli. Not an area tourists wish to stay in, specially at night with small kids. It was very hard to drive threw the narrow streets with a car. There is no parking at the place. You have to park in a garage three blocks away . One of the Two rooms was not clean . Rests of food where left in the fridge. We had to wait from 13:30 to 15:30 until someone came to make us check in . It was not funny to wait outside in this neighborhood and at a heat of 42 degrees Celsius.
• Denise (8/5): Good short term stay option for couple but in loud/sketchy neighbourhood - There is a bus stop just on the main road in front of the B&B which is nice. The metro station is only a 14 min walk and can easily get you to where you need to visit. The building is secure and requires multiple doors/pins to enter. The toiletries are good and the bathroom is modern and clean. There is an airconditioner which helped with those days of extreme heat. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the bedroom. I found large clumps of hair on the floor upon arrival along with dust in the corners of the room. It might have just been an oversight as the bathroom was clean. We received vouchers to have breakfast at a cafe across the street. The coffee at the place is good but the bread is hard and sugary. The wifi is slow and the TV is not a smart tv. It has a couple of apps but is very hard to use and the content does not load so you can only choose what to watch from the recommended list, no search function for Netflix. The neighborhood is kind of noisy at night (fireworks cracking after midnight) and not very well lit so it does not feel safe. Difficult to cross the street as cars go fast and don't respect the crosswalk.

Small breakfast right across the street. Marco was very helpful. We stayed one week and they cleaned our room once during that time. Only minus was too small pillow.
