• Steve (9/5): - The central location is excellent to see the historic centre of the city. The buzz around here was marvaleous, everything that we wanted to see was within a 3km walk for us, so very convienent. Having the Metro nearby makes getting around simple. Not that it was a problem but understand it is 3-flights of stairs to the lift, this is managable

Solo como comentario : hay que subir escaleras como de dos pisos hasta el ascensor y luego bajar o subir otro piso . A mi no me molestó para nada .
• Jihane (10/5): Lovely host, great location, clean and comfortable. - Loved the location, perfect to get everywhere. Too many nik naks that made it hard to put anything down. Very kitschy but that’s coming from a designer so I’m probably too picky. Too much furniture so hard to open suitcases. Could probably eliminate two shelf units.

• Yasjka (9/5): Great, quiet location and felt like home - The location is great and right in the centre of Vienna. It was great that it was at the back and no noise at all; very quiet. The apartment makes you feel at home and is in an historic building. The bed was comfortable and also the shower was nice. I was happy that the bedroom had an airco as during my visit the outside temperature was hot. It nicely cooled without blowing over your back. The apartment has a fridge and can (electrically) cook or make coffee/tea. Basically the location is around the corner of Stephan's Platz with the main church and access to subway system. It would have been nice to have a place to better rest, like a comfy chair. The curtain was a bit difficult to close/open but then worked fine. It would be nice to more easily open a window to provide some fresh air.

• Sam (8/5): After we were in a room, it was a nice place to stay. Just annoying that one of the reasons we stayed there was for the - Was clean. Facility was working well. I don’t think we were put in the place we signed up for. We needed an elevator as described. There was an elevator, but you had to walk up 40 steps to get to the elevator. Then take the elevator to third floor and then down 14 steps to get to our room. There was not anybody there that could help us with our bags.

• Khalid (10/5): Exceptional - Met the owner and he was such a nice person who explained everything I needed to know about the apartment. The location is amazing as well and close to everything. The apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable during my stay. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
• Graham (8/5): Great location pity about the number of steps. - Location was excellent. It was very quiet in the apartment even though it was New Year’s Eve. It was warm and cosy and the bed was comfortable. Even though the apartment is small it is as expected in the heart of a European city. The host met us at the property as planned and was very informative. When we asked by email we were told that there were “a few steps” up to the lift. There is actually 29 dimly lit steps up to the lift which takes you to the 3rd floor, then a further 13 steps down to the apartment. If you are older, have mobility issues, a heart condition or bringing heavy suitcases this should be taken into consideration.

• Deepak (9/5): Vienna is a magical and majestic city and St Stephen’s Apartment is the place to be - The owner made our stay as comfortable as could be. The few extra touches like, an electric fireplace in the bedroom, a welcome gift Christmas tree ornament, the Mozart chocolates, the cat throw pillows, the light up Christmas Tree etc were well appreciated
• Andrey (10/5): Very nice stay - Unbeatable location in few steps from the St. Stephen, so you feel yourself in the middle of everything. 10 walking minutes to Albertina und KHM. Metro station behind the corner provides fast connections by public transport. Lots of wonderful restaraunts, bars and cafes are in few walking minutes. The place is really vibrant but with windows in courty-yard appt is absolutely quiet. The host met us in front of the door ahd was very nice and friendly. Appt is not too large but very good organised and decorated with love and taste. Excellent mattress (we prefer hard), fast wi-fi, spacious shower. It would be nice to be back! Lack of possibility to leave the luggage by late departure. It would be useful to have the tea-cups in addition to smaller coffee-cups.
• Mong (9/5): Superb - The spaciousness of the apartment. It has a separate toilet from the main bathroom. The washing machine and kitchen was handy to have. Location was convenient in Stephansplatz, shops and restaurants were just downstairs of the apartment. There were a flight of stairs to the first floor to get the lift. This means carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs. The lift stops half a floor below or half a floor up from the apartment, again the heavy luggage had to be carried. Those with light luggage shouldn't have a problem.
• Bruce (8/5): Location, location, location - The stay started well with a thorough introduction to the place by Andreas. While it is a small apartment, it's location was wonderful giving us access to top sights and experiences within a short walk. The facilities were spotless and had sufficient equipment for some basic self catering. We did find some excellent cafes close by that were not the mega tourist ones. The metro rail service is close by giving easy access to other parts of Vienna. The apartment has comfortable bedding, a good walk in shower and a modern washing machine that were all appreciated. Only the small size but that was easy to live with given the location.

• Lavonne (10/5): Ideal in every way - Everything about this property was perfect. Clean, quiet, roomy, comfortable, well-appointed and right in the City Center, a few steps from St Stephens Cathedral/plaza and all of the amazing amenities nearby - including a convenient metro stop.

• Robert (8/5): Well located accommodation in central Vienna - Great location being very close to St Stephens Cathedral and metro station. Well provisioned kitchen plus with clothes washing machine was a bonus. Very roomy shower was nice. Just a bit strange with the only place to sit being in the kitchen, which wasn’t that big, plus no external windows meant no view even though we were on the second floor.
• Ellada (10/5): Central, clean and comfortable! - The apartment was super comfortable, old building but renovated, right in the city center. Everything was super clean and the linen smelled nice and fresh. As some people say, the apartment has limited natural sunlight but there were plenty of little lamps to make the space feel cozy. I also like that the shower and toilet are separated, and the shower is very spacious. Sleeping pillows were really comfortable too!

• Leanne (10/5): Central, beautiful, welcoming apartment in a gorgeous area. - The location was exceptional. Less than one minute from Stephansplatz, the apartment is in a gorgeous building with many professional offices so it was quiet and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed, and we even received laundry detergent to wash and dry a load of clothes on our journey. Any questions were answered very quickly, and we really had everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Vienna. The only unfortunate thing for us was receiving one set of keys, which meant we always had to go to the apartment together, go up three flights of stairs to drop one person off, if the other person wanted to continue visiting the Christmas markets, or go shopping. There were several times I thought it would be nice if we each had our own set of keys so we could be a little more independent, but it was not that big of a deal because the apartment was in the center of everything
