• Amanda (7/5): - Location was central, would have appreciated a toaster, pool and facilities made for a relaxing and pleasurable vacation. No cooking facilities, when I asked staff for new towel I was advised that it was a private apartment and they were unable to provide me with any towels.

Sharon was responsive in arranging a suitable time to collect the keys and was able to give really clear directions that ensured check-in was smooth. Stacey was also amazing in helping me when I locked my phone in the apartment when I left for my flight home at 4 am and could not have been more helpful. The apartment is nice but relatively basic. Comfortable king-sized bed and good pillows. The apartment is in a quiet corner of the hotel and you can hear the waves if you leave the sliding door open. Parking is very easy to access and you can get good meals by the pool. Easy 5-minute walk into the main street and direct entry to the beach from the hotel. I'd certainly stay again and highly rate the team at the Elysium. No issues - very happy with my stay and the hotel in general.

• Piper (6/5): Balcony furniture would have helped and not impressed with having to take refuge out to bins - Unfortunately, and it was my fault I expected an apartment and not a studio as advertised. Whilst there where plates etc there was no sink and any washing was done in the bathroom. We very much enjoyed are stay but wished we had booked an apartment instead of a studio.

While it may not seem convientent the host was grat and she gave us some really good tips for our stay Facilities were great. Choice a of a few different pools The pool bar was great with happy hour drinks and the food was good as well

• Lyndsey (8/5): Pools galore & beach access - 3 pools to choose from. Convenient bar with happy hour in the middle of the pools. Comfortable, private room that looks onto a field. It's part of the Pullman hotel, so the reception staff were friendly and helped direct us to the room. Is a nice place to relax. It also has direct access to the beach, so you can walk along it to the main strip. Nothing not to like, but to improve things, it would be nice to have a sink and bin in the kitchen, plus shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. Perhaps a draft excluder along the front door to stop the geckos and insects walking in.
• Sophie (10/5): Fantastic stay in beautiful palm cove - Fantastic stay at this studio apartment at the Pullman. Facilities were great and pool area was lovely. Plenty of space and pools to choose from. The apartment was very nice, with large bathroom, decent balcony and everything you needed to make a simple breakfast or lunch- fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, wines glasses etc. location was perfect - right on the beach, 5 min walk to main strip of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

• Karunesh (6/5): Location of Property Good But not the location of the room - Location of property Location of room. It was supposed to be garden facing but there is an open field in the name of a garden. Leaving the bathroom window open resulted in a Frog joining us for the balance of the trip
• Michelle (9/5): Relaxing tropical stay - The bathroom was an interesting design but I loved it. It was generous in size and i loved that the shower was a walk in and not over a bath. The bath was lovely too and large enough to submerge comfortably and relax in. The decor was tropical and eye catching and it had all the comfort and furniture needed within the room. The selection of pools within the property were beautiful and all restaurants are within a short walk. We loved our stay. Being an apartment i expected a little more in the kitchen and prep area so that i didnt have to eat out for every meal, like a toaster or even a sink to wash the dishes that are there, the only sink is in the bathroom.

• Jeff (7/5): Good - Key pick up was awkward located away from accomodation. Power failure in Palm Cove meant no restaurants opened the first night so had to make do with what we had. Lift not operating etc. Second night the resort did not offer any meals as no Chef available . spoilt what could have been a nice stay.
