Аквааэробика, йога, стрейчинг, волейбол, мини-гольф, зумба, восточные танцы, даже было фаер-шоу. Еда очень вкусная, каждый вечер, помимо основного меню, готовили на улице разнообразные блюда на мангале. Целый день бесплатные напитки, чай, кофе, соки в барах. А еще на территории свой собственный аква-парк и несколько бассейнов - дети и родители в восторге. Есть несколько магазинчиков с сувенирами, сигаретами и морскими принадлежностями. Немного старенькие номера, но все было и работало. Кровати большие и удобные, балкон с прекрасным видом, телевизор, холодильник, душ, горячая вода, никаких насекомых. Очень любезные администраторы и все работники ресторана. Вообщем для 3* все замечательно. Выходить за территорию отеля вообще не хотелось. В отеле нигде нет интернета, кроме как на ресепшене.

- Brett (1/5): Fraud on a massive scale, we are hoping to take this up with booking.com to insure that this gross misconduct is stopped - Our cleaner for room 3052, Amr from Olives restaurant and three people from shops behind Olives restaurant helped to overcome this resort from hell The bed linen was awful, it was so discoloured, mottled and old, it could only be described as filth. Fortunately after tipping our cleaner of room 3052 the sheets improved and she done her best with what she had to her disposal.
The bedrooms are misrepresented, this has been the main complaint from every guest for the whole two weeks, this practice is so shocking and I can’t believe a reputable company booking.com supports this gross fraud.
Most residents have experienced various issues of upset stomach to the poops, I believe one of the main causes is beach bar, which is next to toilets, they offer additional food for an extra cost which is ok but the hygiene is far below standard.
The food and beverage standard of entire resort is poor with many residents opting to leave to eat or not at all. Fortunately Amr who takes pride in his hospitality helped to overcome the resorts glaring deficiencies in hospitality.
The staff who jump on every new resident for trips, massages etc try to extort money from these residents whilst they are often tired after transfer and not even been given satisfactory rooms. Example of this a family of 5 was £600 pounds for island snorkelling trip who later booked through booking.com for £69, another atrocious nefarious practice.
The evening bar and entertainment is in a large hut and very very poor, most people get hammered on there cheap lager and spirits to overcome the trauma of there stay here.
There are flys and mosquitoes everywhere whilst you sunbathe or eat in the restaurant, when staff clean to overcome some of these problems with limited resources they stir up a nest of filth.
So to top it off we asked if we could hold our room for a late checkout so our luggage was safe, could grab a shower before leaving, we were abruptly told we are fully booked, this is the general attitude of all staff in a slightly elevated position.
- Russell (4/5): Not what you see in the photos - The pool was next to the apartment. First off we booked a twin that was meant to have 3 beds. The photos showed quite nice rooms but we found out that this was the 4* sister hotel next door. Our room was tiny with 2 ancient beds a broken fridge and when we arrived there was no towels or tea station as advertise. The All inclusive alcohol was like paint striper, only the beer was drinkable. The food, lunch and dinner were exactly the same and gave me Egypt belly which I rarely get when staying self catering. Although I have complaints about what was advertised and what we got. We still made the most and knew from the price we paid we weren't getting the Ritz. The reason I bring it up is because a lot of the guests had the same complaints, some spending £2500 for their holiday. The Photos you use to advertise the rooms are false advertising and we probably would have booked a different hotel if we had seen the actual rooms.

Although we're used to booking to 5 star hotels, we gave your property a chance based on reviews we've read online.
Ok, so here's the deal. The hotel is certainly not 5 stars, but it has the same accommodation and amenities of a 5 star hotel.
If you want room service, and all the 24 hour service delights such as Hilton, Sheraton or Marriott offer, then this is not for you.
However, if you want great service, and don't mind small rooms and be right on the beach at an affordable price, then definitely give this place a try.
The positive side is the hotel is right on the water, and the service I found to be just as good as national brands.

Especially the guy in the reception named Ahmed, should work as a house keeping staff, not a receptionist. Hotel is not clean and the most important thing is that all room photos that you see are fake. You will not stay in the rooms that you see in the photos. And olsa bathrooms are extra dirty. We booked all inclusive but that means the same meals everyday and all was tasteless. They serve only soft drinks but bad quality coke etc. that was all. And the last thing, they have agreement with different hotels and people come from different hotels for the use of beach but that means you can not find a place with your towel. Finally i can say that if it was free, i would never go this hotel again. Its the worst hotel and staff that i have seen.

- Benoit (5/5): This property has so much potential, great location, good facilities with lovely staff. The food and drinks is what real - Great location and the property has all the facilities of a 5 star resort. Pools, great access to beach, bar etc… However all faculties need updating and unfortunately the service you receive from most bar staff and restaurants staff is extremely poor. Not from lack of wanting to try but a massive lack in training. This is a management issue rather than a staff issue however this results in such a bad experience for guests. The food was honestly the worst we’ve ever tasted and literally every single guest their complained. The eggs were the only good thing about breakfast. Diner if you were lucky you would get a nice piece of BBQ chicken other than that people were literally loading up on rice because every thing else was horrible. The Manager even came to apologise for the food at the start of our stay before we even said anything so they fully know the quality they were serving was horrible yet they did nothing about it. They promote that they do cocktails but the best you’ll get is a screwdriver. (3 quarters vodka with a splash of juice) I love a strong drink as much as the next person but in 45 degree heat that’s just dangerous. Every drink they poured was 3/4 alcohol with a splash of mixer, again the staff just didn’t know any different due to no training. Although the manager himself acknowledged there was no balance. Let’s not mention the warm beers or waiting 6 hours a day for bath towels as they don’t have enough for every room. It’s such a shame because the staff are lovely and want to do their best but have no direction and spend most of their time apologising to guests. We were advised by management that during peak season their service and food is better then off peak, this makes no sense at all. Not one person other then maybe the reception staff have had an hospitality training.

Dilapidated adaptations must be replaced and periodic maintenance must be done. Young workers must be trained in tourism work from the ground up. They are a group of beginners and do not know how to deal in the field of tourism and entertainment from the ground up The large swimming pool must be cleaned, as it is completely unclean and unsanitary A transaction policy must be defined and a price list unified when payment is needed. What will be provided? The prices there are determined by the desire of the people in charge of them, so they exaggerate the prices on what is not real, such as a service provided or a product, specifically with the Egyptians. There must be an administration that is fully aware of good treatment and hospitality I do not fear visiting the place again There are better places in Hurghada, better treatment, and the cost is almost the same

- Pete947 (5/5): For the price I paid it was what I expecting. - The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was well placed for the dive center I was using on my holiday. The room needed updating some of the furniture was a bit dated and needed change in. The shower needed modernizing as it was either hot or cold nothing in the middle.

I would like to note the special attitude of the staff to the guests: waiters, maids, managers at the reception - all were extremely polite and always tried to come to the rescue. And I can't help but notice very tasty breakfasts and dinners, the cooks were very friendly. We had barbecue meat or even fish almost every night. Spacious bright rooms, proximity to the sea within walking distance and the pleasant sound of palm trees are all that will allow you to relax in Hurghada nicely and fully. Nothing :) ✋
