Номер чистый, со всем необходимым для короткого периода проживания. В рекламе номера содержится фото общего для двух квартир коридора, которым фактически нельзя пользоваться. Очень узкая душевая кабина, протекает по углам.

• Heidi (9/5): - Wir hatten bewußt eine Unterkunft ohne Frühstück gebucht, da wir die umliegenden Straßencafés genutzt haben, um dem bunten Treiben zuzusehen und dazu gab es genügend Möglichkeiten. Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig, sicher und komfortabel. Antonio ist eine Seele an Mensch und hat gute Tipps.

Collection of keys was well organised and a lovely gesture of fruits & chocolate as well as water on arrival after a long day travelling. Apartment is cosy , everything you need is there and we felt safe. Nothing :)

• EvieH (9/5): Excellent central apartment, with wonderful hosts! - The location was great, really central. The apartment was spotless, and beds very comfortable. Complimentary water and fruit which was a lovely personal touch. The host provided excellent communication regarding instructions of how to gain access to the apartment. I had a late flight on my departure day, and Antionio very kindly allowed a late checkout as there were no other bookings that day. This was much appreciated :) The only sink was in the bathroom, so any used dishes needed to be washed there. This didn't bother us as we only used cups, but might be a concern to anyone wanting to self cater.

Ein Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Couch und einigen Küchenartikeln (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, aber kein Kochfeld). Ca. 5 Gehminuten weg ein gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz (31 EUR für 48 Stunden), der nicht in der Umweltzone liegt. Schöne Appartementanlage, die an einem kleinen zentralen Platz liegt - Plaza San Francisco. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants (auch zum Frühstücken). Ca. 8 Gehminuten von der Kathedrale. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Antonio.

• Julia (8/5): Kein Luxus, aber tolle Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt. Man wohnt Tür an Tür in einer Wohnsiedlung mit Einheimischen und ist in 2 Minuten mitten in Málagas turbulentem Nachtleben. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio per Google Translate über WhatsApp war sehr gut und ausführlich. Wir haben unser Auto auf seinen Tipp hin für 14€ pro Nacht bei einem Parkplatz-Vermieter in 4 Minuten Fußweg geparkt. Für knapp 100 € pro Nacht haben wir hier definitiv weniger Luxus gehabt als bei allen anderen Unterkünften auf unserer Andalusien-Rundreise. Das war uns aber vorher klar, Málaga ist ein teures Pflaster.... Die Lage und die Sauberkeit waren uns dann wichtiger als Ausstattung und Größe. Am letzten Tag duften wir netterweise später auschecken, obwohl nachmittags neue Gäste kamen. Wirklich sehr netter und bemühter Vermieter! Die Dusche ist echt klein, große Menschen können sich darin kaum umdrehen.... Die große alte Ledercouch im Wohnzimmer war völlig durchgesessen und nicht einladend. Dem Raum und der Aufenthaltsqualität würde es gut tun, wenn dort statt eines Sofas einfach ein kleiner Esstisch mit 2 richtigen Stühlen stände. Und man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man hier bis auf eine Mikrowelle keine Möglichkeit hat zu kochen. Auch Geschirrspülen im Waschbecken ist nur so eine Notlösung. Aber es gibt sooo viele tolle (Frühstücks-) Restaurants in der Nähe. 😋

The host Antonio was very polite, he wrote to check in with me, and also offered to help with every question I had about the city. He also left fruits and chocolates for us when we arrived. 3. The appartment was clean and cosy.
• Miles (7/5): Stay was OK but probably wouldn’t stay again. - Good location and good communication from owner. Air-conditioning did not work well. The aircon condensation drips into a container in the bedroom. I was forced to create a makeshift repair to stop it from making the dripping noise.

Lovely apartment block in safe residence. It was very small so there was no real space for cooking/ eating which didn't matter for us as only there two nights but if you are looking for a proper apartment wouldn't be ideal.

Great contact with the flat owner Antonio, everything was prepared for our arrival even though we arrived earlier than listed in the check in hours. Flat is very clean and well equipped, there was even some food, water and coffee to our disposal. Excellent central location in Malaga. Flat was very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Flat owner was super responsive and caring. I have got all necessary information already one week before arrival. We could have late check-out what helps a lot with arranging our agenda for the last day. Worthy mention is some fresh fruits and water as well coffee and tea waiting for us. Really recommend that apartment!

• Andrej (10/5): Excellent apartment for a couple in Malaga - Amazing location at the edge of the old town, so all the most interesting streets and restaurants are nearby, but because the flat is not in the old town, it is super quiet and family friendly. There was no kitchen, but we had a coffee machine, fridge, kettle, basically everything you need to get a tea or coffee, also cups and spoons for that. The host was very friendly, and he showed us on the map some good restaurants in the city.

• Dawid (9/5): Superb - Antonio contacted with me via WhatsApp before our arrival and provide information about check-in. It was so easy thanks to key dispencer and late hour wasn't an obstacle. Apartment was clean and neat, also bedding was fresh. Coffee, tableware, warm water, towels, hygiene products and toilet paper were at our disposal. Gratitude to Antonio for fresh fruits prepared for us. Normal-sized table with chairs would be more useful instead of sofa and coffee table in daily room. It's just our opinion and sugestion but it doesn't have an impact to overall assessment because apartment was as described.

• Georgiana (9/5): Pleasant stay - - Location in the city center - 2 room apartment so quite enough space combined - coffee machine and other kitchen-like facilities - the owner/admin is very helpful and nice - clean, as a general rule but more attention to the dust present on the table, on the wood facilities etc. - be prepared to clean yourself after you every day, including garbage and supply yourself with toilet paper, for instance, if needed, since nobody come to check the necesities - the shower very confined
• Olive (8/5): Very good - Location in the old town - pretty Plaza and courtyard - near attractions, cafes, shops, attractions abd within walking of the beach/sea. distance .Comfortable beds, great to have a kettle/coffee maker and Antiono left a very welcome bottle of water/fruit/chocolate to welcome us. The seating area was small , compact but perfectly adequate for two. The towels and bathroom heated rail was great to have to take the chill away Antionio contacted us by Whattsapp and his entry instructions were accurate and easy. Also check out was 10am and he contacted us offering to extend this to 1200 if we wanted - very generous - as getting the apartment ready for the next client takes time and we appreciated this. This is a really well located apartment for a shirt stay to enjoy Malaga and a very thoughtful owner. Thank you The shower was very small but we had hot water. .

Excellent communication with the owners, very easy to access the property. Would definitely stay here again. Quite small, although it didn’t bother us at all there are limited facilities for preparing and eating your own food. Also again it didn’t bother us as we know Malaga well, but there was no information provided regarding recommendations of restaurants, what to visit, a map of the area etc.

• Annamaria (7/5): Good - We loved the location, close to the center. Fruit on arrival was a very nice touch. Also good facilities like hair dryers, iron and plenty toiletries. The bed was quite uncomfortable and neighbors were very noisy so we didn't have good sleep during our stay. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom. Would be nice to have an extra set of towels as there was no cleaning during our stay and would have been good to change them after a couple of days.

The location of the apartment is ideal, at night you have peace and quiet but you go literally 3 minutes down the street and you arrive in the beautiful historic centre. The check in and check out process was easy and smooth. Antonio was extremely helpful with tips on where to find the best food, where to go, what to see, where to check out one the most amazing sunsets in Málaga (Palacio Hotel rooftop bar;)) The place is quite small but it has everything you need!! Most definetly recommended! Everything was great! No complaints!

Coffee machine with coffee pods, tea and some fruit were provided by the host. The host was very helpful and was available for answering questions about the city, beaches and so on. The windows look at the very small shared back yard. Therefore the apartment was a bit noisy sometimes and it was difficult to get fresh air through the windows. Also, the beds could have been more comfortable.

• Zeljka (10/5): Very nice cause place to stay - Very nice property enough for two people at perfect location and very nice host. Communication with host was so easy and starlight forward. Place is so clean, cause and perfect to stay longer if you need. Location also, is perfect, all attractions are so near walking distance, train station to airport 10 min walk, bars, restaurants very near. Also, have to add, as complimentary you will get bottle of water, big one , fruits, sweets and also plenty of coffee capsules and coffee , tea for your stay. Supermarket Dia is next door in case if you need anything. Will recommend to my family and friends this place for sure. Not really didn't like but if you want to cook don't expect any cooker or toaster in the property but for us fridge, microwave and kettle was enough. Maybe just a suggestion little toaster will be a benefit.
• Stephan (10/5): Nice little place in the vicinity of all attractions in Malaga, but still very quiet. We enjoyed it. - The location is perfect, close to everything you want to see in Malaga, still very quiet. The room goes to an inside courtyard, so there is not much sunlight entering, which is normal in Spain. We got a water bottle and some fruits, there was enough coffee and tea for our stay. Communication worked well, we got all the details how to find the keys and all worked out fine. The only problem if you travel in winter is that the apartment can get quite cold - unbelievable being in southern Spain, but there everything is made to keep the place cool in the hot summers. So do use the radiators in winter, once we figured this out we were no longer cold.

There was not a kitchenette but microwave oven, small refrigerator, plates, coffee caps and wine glasses were helpful. Special thanks for a complementary of fruits, coffee capsules and bottle of water! Location is also good in a quiet courtyard near the old town. No view from the window but it is not a problem for short stay.

• Eva (8/5): Pleasant stay in Malaga centre - Nice location, easy access to city centre. No kitchen but there is fridge, microwave, coffee machine and basic utensils. Complimentary coffee is good. The beds are not the most comfortable and the neighbours can be loud. Parking close by can be full and it takes some time to find.
