• Sonja (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt - Der Ausblick auf die Donau war sehr schön . Unterkunft der Wohnung leicht zu finden. Gastgeber antwortet zügig! Preis Leistung gut! Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben spontan die Wohnung gebucht.

• Peter (10/5): Sad to leave, after such a beautiful stay which, was beyond our expectations. - We arrived quite late and it was cold outside. We arrived to a beautiful, warm, comfortable building. Perfect. There were three of us, one couple plus one friend. Bedrooms were perfect, large double bed and a 3/4 size bed for single person. Everything was simple but perfect. Lovely shower, comfortable beds, refreshments with an honesty box. Location 10/10. Only 5 mins to the most beautiful views along River Danube. Just add to all these positives, we booked this because price wasvb better than most other places. Awesome. Everything exceeded our expectations, all three of us want to return sometime. Nothing. It was perfect for what we needed.

Recommended! - The apartments are spacious, super clean, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable and nice stay. Communication with the host is smooth, friendly, and effortless. We especially appreciated the on-site parking, which is very important to us. The self check-in process is simple and convenient. Highly recommended! -

There was quite a thick layer of dust on the fridge and we found hair in the cupboard with plates. Also there was small confusion about paying taxes, we were asked to pay tax separately but the tax was included in the booking price already.

• Jakub (5/5): Slaba hygiena a velmi spatna komunikace s majitelem. - Hezky zarizeno a krasny vyhled. V ubytovani bylo zima, museli jsme zatelefonovat, aby nam prisli zapnout topeni. Po rozestlani posteli jsme zjistili, ze nebyli ciste povlecene, na prosteradle byli chlupy a fleky. V kuchynske lince spinave nadobi, houbicka a uterka. Sporak taky spinavy. Syn majitelu byl zapnout topeni, tak postel prevlekl, ale to, ze jsme meli spat v posteli, ve ktere nekdo uz spal je velmi nehygienicke. Majitel se vubec neomluvil a nebyl ani ochotny priznat chybu. Taky nebyl ochotny ani vratit zadnou castku z ubytovani.

• Hermann (5/5): Schöne Wohnung, aber mit "Nachbesserungspotential" . - Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick und liegt sehr günstig direkt an der Donau. Wunderbar um zu verschiedenen Zielen zu radeln. Die Wohnung war definitiv nicht sauber gereinigt. Fenster mit Fingerschmierern, die Kapselmaschine verspritzt und verschmutzt, die Duscharmatur verkalkt, Kühlschrank / Eisfach vereist und dreckig, abgestaubt wurde da schon länger nicht mehr. Die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als spärlich, z. B. nur ein einziges Kaffeehaferl, kein Kochmesser (also Gemüse schneiden mit dem Taschenmesser...), u. a. Flaschenöffner und Schere und Eierbecher und Salatbesteck fehlen. Und 1,50 für ein Kaffeepad zu verlangen (eine normale Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht) ist schon grenzwertig. Als wir reklamiert haben, bekamen wir aber die Pads kostenfrei. Der halbe Kühlschrank ist "vorgefüllt" als kostenpflichtige Minibar, nicht praktisch. Wir haben den Kontakt zum Vermieter gesucht, die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig. Es wurde nochmal nachgereinigt, aber wir haben selbst noch den Rest geputzt. Küchenutensilien wurden leider nicht nachgeliefert. Wenn man die Wohnung vernünftig reinigt und die Ausstattung komplettiert ist das wirklich eine toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Wachau.

• Sami_ (9/5): Ładny apartament w cichym miejscu z widokiem na Dunaj - Duże komfortowe mieszkanie z widokiem na Dunaj. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Cicha okolica. Polecam Płatny barek zajmuje pół lodówki. Lodówka nie jest duża. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z płatną herbatą i kawą. 1 euro za torebkę herbaty to trochę przesada. Brak klimatyzacji.
• 카노흐 (5/5): 글쎄요... - 뷰는 좋습니다. 주차도 좋구요. 단 아쉬운건 식기가 너무 부족합니다. 그릇도 제대로 된게 없고 칼은 커녕 요리를 해먹을 수가 없을정도 입니다. 뷰 빼곤 볼게 없는 집. 그리고 6명이 잔다고 했는데도 불구하고 침구류등 너무나 부족합니다.

For the apartment of this size they should have two toilets. At least that one was separated from the shower. Can't complain for this price ...

It was big enough for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) - Excellent. 🙂 It was big enough for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids), very clean, it has a large parking area, the apartment has a pleanty of space, all the facilities in the kitchen to eat and cook, a balcony, and the Danube view with boats and ships passing by. Cash box available (€20) to change money and leave the right amount if you consume anything from the bar. Hassle free check-in/ check-out. I'm not sure if the linen was recently changed because the smell wasn't fresh. 🤔

• Andmio (8/5): 5 days 180km and 1700m height difference - Please notice "booking" is cheating you, on your reservation there is information that local taxes and "Spa tax per night" are included, what is not true, They are adding to the bill that position and then you have to pay the same after arrival. On the reserwation there is amount for one day tax for one person, later you have to pay for all nights and persons.
