• Florian (6/5): - Das Hotel hat sehr großes Potenzial, grundsätzlich schöne Zimmer und tolle Dachterrasse, gutes Frühstück Der Wechselkurs wenn man keine Pesos hat ist katastrophal. Da wird das Zimmer gleich mal 10€/Nacht teurer. Wenn man sich darüber beschwert wird das auf die Bank geschoben. Schade, man fühlt sich da betrogen. Das Bad war nicht ganz sauber, es waren noch viele Haare da. Wir hatten nie genug Badetücher für uns, obwohl wir das täglich angemahnt haben. Der Pool am Dach hat einen extrem stark saugenden Abfluss am Boden, unbedingt aufpassen mit Kindern.

• Aurélie (8/5): Hôtel bien situé, service de restauration à revoir - La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. l'hôtel est proche du MALECON ce qui agréable pour se balader à pied. la piscine en rooftop est top. Je n'ai pas apprécié le moment du petit déjeuné qui se prend dans un "snack" situé dans l'hôtel. Le personnel est très strict sur les horaires (je suis arrivée à 9h45 suite à un soucis avec la chasse d'eau du WC de la chambre, la vendeuse m'a fait remarqué que la fin du petit déjeuné c'est 10h pour les fois prochaines. je n'ai pas renouveler l'expérience, de plus seuls deux plats étaient disponibles à la carte. Ce petit déjeuner est sans intérêt. Ce même "snack" propose des plats à la vente et ferme à 21h le soir mais la cuisine ferme à 19h.... nous avons du diner à l'extérieur. Le personnel de l'accueil est très strict sur l'heure du check in.

• marjorie (8/5): With a few policy changes, you can reach more customers. - The breakfast was correct; the room was clean and spacious and a direct secure connection between the parking lot and the room. When you come with three people and the first night, we received only 1 towel and explaining we are with three and the second night we received two towels. We used the pool towels. The beds are good but not long enough. During check-in, we were faced with an exorbitantly high exchange rate. The price was in dollars, but the exchange rate to pesos was completely out of proportion. We simultaneously stated that we would report this to booking.com. Naturally, the friendly receptionist could not change this. She is carrying out instructions from the hotel owner, who felt that this exchange rate was justified. When a spot became available in the full parking lot and we parked our car there, we were told that we had to move the car because that was the owner's spot. I have owned a business myself; my car was parked at the far end of the parking lot, and my clients' parking space was at the entrance. It is a matter of perspective.

• Tameca (10/5): I would definitely choose Stay Here Suites when I come back to DR. - The staff was really nice and attentive, i has do use Google Translate here and there but for the most part they understood and spoke some English. The breakfast that was included was cooked to order, with a wide range of choices. They also served fresh juice as well if you choose that option. The rooms were nice, clean, minimalist how I like it, not cluttered and the room was decorated nicely. I loved everything about the property.

Y el desayuno genial varios opciones y todas muy ricas y dan solución si uno debe hacer check out temprano. En resumen volvería siempre que visite Santo Domingo Lo único que no me gustó no poder bajar el coche al garaje por llevar un coche bajito aunque que me dieron solución ya que tienen estacionamiento frente al hotel y nunca tuve problema si me hubiese gustado bajarlo al garaje y tiene estacionamiento frente al hotel todo ok

La atención del personal que nos recibió fue extremadamente amable y atenta, al igual que la persona que estuvo al día siguiente. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y además nos dieron un cóctel de bienvenida único, un detalle que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. ¡Súper recomendado! Todo me gusto .

I also eat in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good. I have no complaints about this place. It was quiet, secure, comfortable, the staff were helpful and the food was good.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms and only got 1 deluxe room and a normal one. I booked the hotel because it had a pool but upon arrival we were informed that the pool was closed. The rooms are only cleaned upon request, the same goes for toilet paper, it is only brought upon request. In room 202 the shower holder and shampoo dispenser were broken, there was no hot water in the sink. toilet seat not fixed properly . I repaired the shower support myself. There were no cable channels on the TV, only internet to watch Youtube or Netflix (if you have a Proriy subscription), but the internet signal was weak and with many interruptions. The staff at the reception and restaurant do not speak English. The restaurant menu is very poor and expensive. One day there was an infernal noise of pikameres and we had to leave the hotel

Los baños están bien equipados y son cómodos de usar Es muy positivo que cuenta con garaje para los clientes La terraza de la cubierta, la piscina y el gimnasio: Excelente! Hay algunas habitaciones que tienen los equipos de aire acondicionado justo delante de la ventana y éstos hacen mucho ruido. Por suerte el personal nos cambió la habitación y pudimos descansar bien el segundo día. Recomiendo lavar las almohadas (no sólo las fundas). Son muy cómodas pero algunas "huelen" a usado

Además, solo hacían servicio de limpieza si se solicitaba. De lo contrario, no arreglaban las camas o cambiaban toallas.
