• Eman (8/5): - Amazing location, few minutes walking to city center. Declious breakfast! The lady owner is very friendly. Simple old fashioned cosy rooms, matching the prices. Not crowded which gives the space to feel relaxed. It is only the pillows, they are very thin and uncomfortable. Wifi can be down sometimes.

• Birgit (8/5): We Trip Cochem / Mosel - Gutes Frühstück, hervorragende Lage. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wasser im Bad dauerte ewig bis es warm wurde. Matratzen und Bett sehr gemütlich.

Top war das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant: Zander mit Spargel und Salzkartoffeln - zwar teuer aber sehr lecker und eine gute Portion Frühstück gab es erst ab 8:30 (Personalmangel), da wäre ein Wasserkocher fürs Zimmer mit Nescafé und oder Tee klasse gewesen. Leider gab es auch nicht die gängigen Fernsehprogramme.

• Simone (8/5): - Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Auch das Restaurant hat ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Man kann dort sehr gut essen gehen. Auch Hunde sind dort sehr willkommen. Der Aufpreis von 30 Euro für zwei kleine Hunde pro Nacht finden wir schon etwas übertrieben.

Diervriendelijk hotel, met een heerlijk ontbijt! - De gastvrouw is aardig en lief voor mijn hond, de prijs voor hond is goed en mag in dezelfde ruimte eten met andere gasten en het ontbijt is fantastisch! Het bed was onverzorgd met enkel 1 hoeslaken op het matras + een los zeiltje eronder en 1 sloop om het hoofdkussen. Geen gordijn voor 1 raam. Het restaurant was ‘s avonds op twee dagen gesloten.

• Jens (8/5): Für einen Kurztrip voll ok 👌 - Gut gelegen und es gab Ladesäulen für E-Autos. Hausherrin war sehr nett und beim Check-in sehr entgegenkommend. Licht auf den Zimmern sehr spärlich und Steckdosen teils defekt (das Gehäuse gebrochen usw), was mit geringen Aufwand und Budget zu reparieren wäre. Wenn jemand das Wasser benutzt, ist das im ganzen Haus zu hören ( Boiler ?).

• Daniela (10/5): Alles top! - Wir waren nun das zweite Mal hier (vor ca. 3 Jahren zu viert und unserem Hund) und wir sind wieder nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum von Cochem. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, dass Frühstück ist ein Highlight und man kann auch einen Tisch reservieren, um dort Abends im Restaurant zu essen. Sehr hundefreundliche Menschen dort! Alles in allem eine 10 von 10! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man viele Stufen hoch muss, für unseren Felix ist dies ziemlich schwer mittlerweile und wir müssen ihn die ganzen Stufen hochtragen, aber das macht unsere Bewertung definitiv nicht negativer! Dies ist dort nunmal so und das wussten wir auch vorher!

• Jana (8/5): - Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Wir waren viel mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs. Die Radwege sind sehr gut ausgebaut. Leider gibt es wenige Gastätten mit gutem Essen und Service. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Gastätten Onkel Willi und Weinhaus Gräfen.

• Pauline (9/5): Comfortable room in a great location - The property was in a good location, within walking distance to the centre. The room was clean and comfortable.
• Katalin (5/5): - Good location We visited this place as a Hungarian–Dutch couple with a small dog. Upon arrival, I stopped my car on the sidewalk and went to the hotel reception to ask where the parking was. It took them about five minutes to find someone who could speak English. They told me I couldn’t park because a bus was taking up all the spaces, but that it would leave at 3 PM. I waited in the car until 3, and at 3:10 I asked if the bus would be leaving soon, as I was still waiting. The lady working there very rudely told me I could park next to the bus since I had a small car. I didn’t say anything, just parked (though it wasn’t easy). At check-in, when my boyfriend spoke German, she suddenly became friendly. As a Hungarian who has worked in two countries and five hotels, I believe English is mandatory if you’re running a hotel. If someone doesn’t speak German, English should still be completely acceptable. The room was extremely small, the shower was about 50 cm from the toilet, and the street-view room was horribly loud. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the traffic. Cochem is beautiful, but if I ever return, I will definitely stay somewhere else. Also, €15 per night for a 4 kg dog in such a tiny room where we could barely pass each other felt unreasonable.

• Ursula7719 (9/5): Prima - Zeer vriendelijke dame. De auto mochten we al eerder laten staan. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Heerlijk geslapen en een 300m van het centrum. Smorgens al vroeg drukte over de baan maar snachts heb je daar geen last van. Er is geen lift aanwezig dus wel wat trappen doen als je op de 2de verdieping ligt

Erg goed ontbijt met kwaliteits producten Duitse gastvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken bij eigenaresse. Dame die ons maan- en dinsdag hielp bij ontbijt en check out was daarentegen erg vriendelijk. Badkamer erg klein en 1 waterballet na douchen in de hele badkamer. Kamer (aan voorkant) heb je erg veel last van het verkeer. Te kleine, niet verduisterende gordijnen

Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster zum Pinnerkreuz und der Sessellift waren toll. Leider konnte man bei geöffnetem Fenster wegen des Straßenverkehrs nicht schlafen. Das Bad ist leider sehr schmal ausgefallen.

Leider war ein Abendessen an dem Abend nicht umsetzbar für mich. Zweimal hat man mich vertröstet und dann wieder abgewiesen. Hat mich an dem Abend ziemlich geärgert. Habe zum Glück in einem anderen Lokal noch etwas zu essen bekommen. Kann passieren, Kommunikation war aber ungünstig. Kam mir als Gast des Hotels abgeschoben vor.

The location was nice because it was a quick and easy walk into town but without the crowds of people. All the staff were amazing and very helpful. English friendly, which was great since my German was a little rusty. I hope to stay here again! Thank you for the amazing visit! Maybe include a fan in the room if I had to suggest something. It's really hard to find anything bad there.

I was travelling by motorcycle and the hotel had covered motorcycle parking which is out of sight from the main road which is a definite positive. Continental breakfast was very nice. While the building is old and charming the rooms have been well upgraded. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location is great especially if travelling by car because of the convenient parking. There is nothing to complain about at all!
