- Jose (8/5): Good buck for your bank in busy chapinero - The apartment was good, bed was very comfy and near many restaurants. The area feels a but shady but is not. Is just the grafitti and felt safe when I went out for dinner at night. The security guards on the first floor were very friendly A bit too much noise came in because they dont have an actual extractor for the kitchen so there are some small grills in the window by the kitchen so the cold and the noise does slip in quite a bit
