• Carol (5/5): Great location. Disappointing interior. - Location was great and views along Plaza Nuevo and across to the Alhambra were fantastic. Photos on booking.com of the sofa, dining table and chairs and bed are misleading. They are shown looking brand new but they are far from it - the chair covers are cracked and torn as is the bed base (although the mattress was comfortable). The sofa was covered in various throws to hide the stains/dirt. The boiler worked fine but was leaking and had a saucepan underneath it to catch drips which we had to empty otherwise the cupboard and kitchen floor would have flooded. Part of the bathroom ceiling was damaged and hanging down All brought to the attention of the host on our first day and comments were to be passed on by the agent but we heard nothing back and still haven’t over a week later.

• Nakketa (5/5): Pleasant enough but could be improved. - Excellent location, really great customer service via WhatsApp. Had a lift which was excellent for suitcases. Quite clean and spacious. Part of the roof in the second toilet (two toilets separated by a shower in the middle) was collapsed and covered with tissue. Decor was dated eg faux leather of the bed worn and shedding.

• Manuel (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in Granada,great location, very clean, and perfect for exploring the city. - Fantastic stay in the heart of Granada. The location couldn’t be better—right in downtown with easy walking access to all the main sights, plus plenty of great restaurants and shops just around the corner. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and well cared for. Everything was convenient and comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

• Esperanza (9/5): Buena estancia - Ubicación y limpieza No nos dejaron entrar hasta las 15.00 en punto que se activó la llave. Tuvimos que esperar en la puerta lloviendo. Y a las 11.00 teníamos que estar fuera. Cada vez son menos horas.

• Manon (10/5): Séjour trop court pour 3 personnes - Appartement 2 chambres: J’ai adoré que tout soit rose, même la vaisselle! La communication avec le propriétaire, les informations préalables. Le chauffage dans toutes les pièces rendait le tout agréable. Le lave-linge fonctionne bien, il manque seulement un étendoir. Internet fonctionne bien aussi!

Lo mejor es aparcar en un parking cercano, pero no nos avisaron de que había una salida más cercana y nos tuvimos que dar un paseo cuesta arriba con las maletas. Que no había un trapo para secarse las manos en la cocina. Que no hubiera atención personal.

• Roxana (8/5): Hermoso apartamento - El apartamento super cómodo, limpio, muy bonito decorado y en muy buena ubicación. Las camas y almohadas muy comodas. El alojamiento contaba con todos los elementos necesarios para una corta o larga estadía. No tiene parking pero conseguimos uno cerca a 17 € por 24 hs Los ruidos de la calle. Debajo funcionan unos bares y habían jóvenes bebiendo, hablando y riéndose a gritos hasta las 2 de la madrugada. Difícil fue conciliar el sueño hasta esa hora.

Na praça próximo ao AP tem vaga entre 20h até as 7:30h, fora isso multam. Recomendo o estacionamento HH Maristas, bom preço e proximidade. O apartamento tem tudo, inclusive sal! Muito especial! Confortável, limpo e cheiroso. ATENÇÃO, O APARTAMENTO NÃO POSSUI ELEVADOR!!! Eu não prestei atenção a esse detalhe mas consegui subir as malas. Está no primeiro andar e é maravilhoso, então valeu a pena. O aquecedor de água do banheiro precisa ser modificado. Já avisei a gestão.
• Sam (1/5): Avoid avoid avoid - Location is the only good thing Damp walls and ceiling, ruined furniture. Bed horribly uncomfortable. Whole apartment is in dire need of maintenance. Moldy wood stored in a cupboard. Air conditioning does not work and looking at other reviews this is an ongoing issue they have not fixed. We left early after one night. So much noise all night in the living room so if you're planning on using the sofa bed in there forget it. Everything just felt generally unclean. It's not worth saving the money stay anywhere else. Owner did not respond to complaints we just got generic bot responses.

• CHUNYI (9/5): - The apartment is located at the heart of Granada with view of Plaza Nueva and a little of Alhamabra . The instruction of getting the key was clear. The elevator was a little scary with some sounds but it worked. The space is perfect for two. You could hear people laughing and singing at Plaza Nueva until midnight, but you would not hear in the bedroom. There's a bit of a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The cover of the chair needs to be replaced.
• Anne (8/5): We had a good stay here with easy access to the centre. - Everything we needed was included. Its location was good and the property was clean and well furnished. Good general communication with the management company. We had problems getting into the property as full instructions had not been forwarded despite my request although the problem was solved relatively quickly and efficiently. Their system of the eye electronic key was the most difficult I have come across. Too pink!

Confusing accessing key on opposite side - spent a while trying to get into the wrong door! Lift is small and scary - made all sorts of noises. Low roof on stairs - smacked my head a few times. Odd bathroom layout. Parts of apartment looked unfinished and random rubbish in cupboards. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

However noise from street at 6am/7am was awful as well as noise from.flat above flushing toilet meant it was not a peaceful stay Noise from bars and upstairs toilets . Chairs in lounge looked like taken from a skip.
• Graham (7/5): Fabulous location and views great apartment but with minor issues. - I read other feedback on the key collection and it was fine. Location, central to everything, view over piazza and the Alhambra fab. 4th floor narrow staircase but lift ok, clean, heating worked for 2 of the three nights. Great for 2 people, although there is a sofa bed. Very well equipped. So close to everything, it’s easy to pop back and forth during the day. I enjoyed my stay. The is no point having remotes that do not work. Heating/ aircon, remote in bedroom. Being a nicely decorated and equipped flat, some of the furniture was tacky I.e. Tape on the leatherette chairs, the base of the bed peeling. I was back packing and needed the internet to set my ongoing plans up. I only use internet properties. Within seconds I advised them the internet was not showing as a network on my devices ( never an issue elsewhere), all I got was WhatsApp messages telling me message passed to hosts and how they want to look after me, followed by what appear to be AI or computer standard reply. Then more AI type we love you message. Little point unless someone actually deals with the issue. Just meant I had to sit in bars to use the net.

• Bing (4/5): Just choose somewhere else please - The location. That's it. Complained twice about the draining, got some AI response and no customer service concern towards the leakage. The entire place smelled so damp. The sofa bed squeaks with every little movement. If you care about having a liveable environment to come home to, do not pick this place. Please just pay a few extra euros to get a more decent place, I promise saving a few pennies with this place is not worth it.

• Jitka (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was comfortable for us and fulfilled its purpose. The apartment is in the center of the city, So it is clear that the place is somewhat busy and this has to be expected. Fortunately, the location of the bedroom is outside the busy area, so we slept comfortably without being disturbed by the happenings in the square. The Alhambra and other monuments are very close to the apartment. We had a little trouble opening the door, but then we figured out the system and in the end it was fine.

There was not that much noise from the street in the bedroom as well to be able to work or sleep. In the bathroom, there were some fixes on the ceiling. And some of the furniture was quite damaged/used.

• Denise (7/5): Great location for a winter break - avoid in summer - The location and view are wonderful and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The hosts were responsive and helpful too. It was hard to relax in the living area because of the volume of the noise, even with the windows closed. I wouldn’t want to stay here in the summer heat with windows open, it would be deafening. Having said that, the bedroom is very quiet when the windows and doors are shut. The decor is shabby, not unexpected considering the price, and the bathrooms are a particular low point (wobbly, tilted sink, insufficient counter space), along with the peeling wallpaper and skirting board in the hallway.
• James (5/5): The hidden " Jewish Museum of the Sephardic Jews" provide an amazing history of this area; - The location was fabulous; however, given the noise and neighborhood smells, I would have preferred to stay just a block or two on the other side of the City Center; the apartment was well equipped (However, I did not know how to use the coffee machine) and we could have easily made breakfast or snacks inside That the windows were old and did not close tightly; thus we heard recycling and city noises all night long; and there was quite a draft breeze into the living area: The TV was nice to have, but there were NO English channels, such as BBC; and we were not able to keep current with world news: The train the the airport is NOT direct; bus schedule filled up quickly so we had to hire a private car to the airport (which was a delightful ride and driver)
• Adina.a (4/5): Great and not so great - - the host was extremely kind and understanding, he helped us with all the information needed; - the position is excellent, right in the centre of the city. - there is a mouldy smell in all the apartment; - even though we were 3, there were only 2 pillows and 2 towels; - the wallpaper was falling off the walls; - the bathrooms are private and shared, at the same time; - there were black spots of mold in the bathroom.
• Stephanie (10/5): This is place to stay - Well, just looking at the photos should give it away, but when you're finally there you realize just how fantastic this location is. Bright living room with a view of the square below and just perfectly centered between the alhambra and fine dining. Host was easy to meet and gave great parking tips.
