• James (1/5): DO NOT STAY! - Location Apartment had not been cleaned, dirty bed, items in the fridge, bin, dirty shower. Heating was broken, stuck on full for our entire stay. No response from owner!
• Mel (1/5): Disappointed - Building works in kitchen owing to recent flood. Needed to alternative accommodation. Message sent in Swedish which is useless if you cannot read the language telling us apartment cancelled followed by several messages in English how to access property. Confused and disappointed.

• Jane (9/5): Lovely, character apartment in the centre of town. - The location was great. We parked in the 24hr car park at the station which is just a short walk. Nice to be able to walk to castle, shops and restaurants. Loved the wonky floors! We struggled to open the main door when we arrived but got the hang of it once we knew to turn the key anti-clockwise! The shower was slow to drain and water ran across the floor.

• Ian (5/5): Beautiful renovation, great location, cheaped out on finishes, provisions and general care for guests. - Great location, beautifully renovated. Up two flights of crooked steep dangerous steps. Two small rolls of toilet paper, had to buy more. Small, cheap flimsy towels. Only one thin pillow per guest. Clothes washing machine, but no dryer. So had to use a small, cheap flimsy drying rack which did not even allow clothes to dry in 24 hours. No closets in rooms. Small, cheap beds. No washing powder for washing machine, had to go out and buy.
• Jill (10/5): Helsingor - Huge apartment in Helsingor, easy parking nearby and near the town centre. Very dodgy stairs to climb up but that's the age of these beautiful buildings.
• Anne-mette (8/5): Lovely charming apartment - Very nice and spacious flat. Comfortable beds and lovely shower. The place has been renovated to a high standard The WiFi was really poor and kept failing despite being rebooted regularly. Would have loved some extra towels and a bath mat.

• David (10/5): An excellent short stay. “Amazing” is a hard description to live up to but this “Amazing Apartment” is amazing! - The apartment is literally a couple of minutes walk from Helsingor Station and right in the heart of the town, minutes from shops, restaurants and a little over 5 minutes walk from the wonderful castle and Maritime Museum. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, especially the beds and bedding. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom worked well and the views from the windows - roofscape and streetscapes - were very pleasant. the coffee machine was a lovely bonus. The building is an old one and the stairs up two flights are rather uneven. There isn’t a microwave (that we found) but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Amazing renovation, beautiful kitchen, luxury bathroom, all amenities needed (washing machine, dishwasher, tb,,,) super easy and fast communication with the owner and a welcoming gift! all perfect, we will return nothing about the apartment. It could be noisy in the street at night
• Mariska (10/5): Wonderful and really convenient - It is a beautiful well decorated appartement in the city center. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, the castle and the ferry. Quiet during the night and good beds. Very complete and clean. To summarise: can really recommend! Nothing I can think of
