The suite was clean, comfortable, modern, and had an incredible city view that made the stay even more special. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They guided me properly from arrival until check-in, and communication on WhatsApp was quick and easy. The facilities were excellent, especially the overall atmosphere of the property. Everything felt comfortable, secure, and well maintained. It was a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had during my travels. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kuala Lumpur and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience near KLCC.

Only positive point is the location Do not be fooled by the "amazing deals" or the flashy photos on Booking.com. Crown Suite is a professional scam operation, not a hotel. If you are planning a relaxing trip to Kuala Lumpur, stay as far away from this place as possible unless you want your vacation ruined and your money stolen. Why you must AVOID this place: * THE ULTIMATE CATFISH: The photos of the Petronas Twin Tower views and the "delicious breakfast" are complete lies. They are stolen images used to lure you in. There is no view, and there is no breakfast. They will literally tell you to go find food on the street. * FILTHY & DANGEROUS: The room was absolutely revolting. We found cockroaches crawling in the kitchenand—most disgusting of all—snot-stained pillows. It is a health hazard. * SHADY "STAFF": There is no reception. You are met by unkempt, unprofessional individuals who look like they were pulled off the street. They don't speak English and have zero interest in helping you. * CYBER-FRAUD ALERT: This is the most dangerous part: they sent me a phishing link via WhatsApp claiming it was for a refund. This is a blatant attempt to hack your bank account or credit card.

We liked the location (close to Patronus Towers, KL Tower, KLCC Park, Kampung Baharu village, Metro stations), Spacious rooms with big windows, amenities (Kitchen, Washing Machine, TV, A/C, Hot Water, Swimming pool), Comfy bed. Hosts were polite. Good food options nearby (Kampung Baharu is a food paradise for local food - 10 mins walking) Wifi didn't have Internet enabled, noticed cobwebs near windows, noticed wet ceiling above bedroom. Washing machine wasn't able to completely dry our cloths even with the intensive dry mode (didn't have this issue with earlier room for the same hosts).

En toen we de kakkerlakken zagen direct melding gemaakt. Ze kwamen met een spuitbus spoten wat in de keukenkastjes en gingen weer weg. Het cijfer is hoog van het complex, want als je jouw sleutel inlevert willen ze dat je een review schrijft met alles hoge score en ze maken er een foto van.

If for work or you know exactly what style of accommodation this is, t - The location was good The property should not be advertised as it is. There is no concierge, 24 reception, room service, dining area, and things such as games room, option for packed lunches, etc. It needs to be advertised like a basic airbnb an made clear there is no hotel structure/service, housekeeping etc. There was no one to assist with simple things such as greeting you, assisting with luggage. You get told to go up an elevator to the 25th floor and look for an apartment where someone has hand written notes for check in, uses their phone to confirm (no computer), handed a key and that’s it. Everything. Else is simply sent to you as a template in WhatsApp. When Wifi didn’t work in the pool area, the only assistance is to ask security who didn’t care. The floors in the apartment were so sticky when arriving that even after 2 days being there, the residue still existed. And when wiping towels over the sticky floors, it showed how dirty they were. Maybe the cleaners need to change their water more often between apartments. There were several cockroaches too, plus the tiling in the bathroom was extremely slippery. With minimal water on them, we ended up permanently leave towels on the floor as it was dangerous. The room smelled exactly like a hospital the entire time we were there so whatever chemicals are used for cleaning, that smell lingers and is not something you enjoy walking into. The washing machine heating/drying function didn’t work either. The TV had a soundbar underneath that was disconnected. When trying to reconnect, it was using old RCA inputs, not HDMI. So why is it there with a power cable wrapped around it. Shows no care and no maintenance for this place. The walls are thin so you hear everything especially from the hallways and the volume of people coming and going is high. My girlfriend felt uncomfortable staying there and I agree. This place may have looked like some of its photos when brand new but nothing like it now.

• Ravi (7/5): Prachtig uitzicht zoals op de foto’s met een amazing infinity pool met nog mooier uitzicht. Goed contact met de beheerde - Het uitzicht. De ruimte in de woonkamer. Veel keukenkastjes in de keuken. De locatie. Letterlijk 10 min lopen naar de mall. Ook zwembad met uitzicht super mooi. De beheerder is prima via whatsapp bereikbaar. Wanneer we vroegen naar extra baddoeken werd het ook zsm afgeleverd. De badkamers sanitair alles. Allemaal erg verouderd. Mag wel een upgrade krijgen. Er was schimmel in de badkamer omdat er niet genoeg wordt gelucht. Er was ook geen dagelijkse schoonmaak. Ik weet nou niet meer of dat inbegrepen was. Ook geen vuilinszakken ed beschikbaar. Of we hadden het niet gevonden. De meubilair in de woonkamer ook erg fragiel. Bankstel had een muffe geur. Een televisie in de woonkamer zonder stroomaansluiting. Stond er voor de sier.

• Hakan (1/5): Disaster - We did not like this property. There were bugs everywhere. The property was not clean at all and was very messy. The water was not draining properly, which left dirty water on the floor. It definitely wasn’t worth the price considering the Kuala Lumpur market.

• Miller (6/5): Good location, good pool, otherwise skip. - Meeting the manager to get keys upon arrival was chaotic at best. Multiple phone calls were made, scant directions on where to park, or where to meet were given. Other property managers inside the same tower were stationed downstairs and were the only ones giving us guidance. Once the property manager meets you downstairs, you are escorted upstairs to what appears to be an "office" to get the keys and pay for the property. This "office" was for lack of a better word GROSS It felt rundown, too crowded with people and desks, almost as if it was a mafia boss type situation running the place. Once we accessed our suite it was quite dirty, especially the kitchen, dining and living room. Dead bugs and dust on the table (fully set up as though ready for a dinner party at any moment). The fridge hadn't been cleaned in a while with handprints and finger smudges all over the outside. The inside was questionable to even keep leftovers in.... The location and pool area were literally the only saving grace to this place. Otherwise, it's a big SKIP for us.

Appartement heeft kakkerlakken en is absoluut niet schoon en hygiënisch, tv deed het niet, kraan kapot, afstandsbediening kapot! wij heb volgende ochtend direct deze Appartement verlaten en met heel veel moeite onze volledige geld teruggevraagd. Ik kan helaas feen foto’s toevoegen door systeemfout in de app van booking.com ik vind het heel erg dat booking.com dit soort appartementen toelaat en niks voor hun klanten kunnen betekenen. Gekukkig hebben wij volgende ochtend meteen een andere hotel kunnen vinden. Boek geen appartement mensen!!! Gewoon liever een hotel met 5 of meer sterren.
• Martysa008 (8/5): Great location but average comfort - Location was great, next to Petronas Towers. Pool had nice view of the Towers but crowded. A.C was good. Bed was hard and water leaked from shower onto tiles in bedroom making it very slippery in one spot. No channels on the TV, just YouTube.

• Bang_DA (4/5): Superbe vue et proche des commerces mais propreté à revoir! - Superbe emplacement à côté de Suria KLCC et des tours Petronas. L'incroyable vue de la piscine au dernier étage. La réactivité des réponses pour les demandes. On nous repond même après minuit. Les échanges se passent uniquement par WhatsApp. La propreté du logement laissait à désirer, il y avait la présence de cafards. On a eu des problèmes de plomberie et d'eau chaude. Heureusement qu'on nous a changé d'appartement. Attention, sur booking, on a réservé pour 6 adultes mais il n'y a que 5 couchages dans les logements. On a dû systématiquement réclamer tout le nécessaire pour une personne supplémentaire. Il faut faire la demande pour le ménage tous les 2 jours..

• Clarence (9/5): Best location in KL - Perfect location opposite Petronis Tower and able to walk everywhere, 5 mins walk to subway and shopping centre. Apartment was well stocked and had a washer dryer. The view from the pool was incredible as it looked out on the tower, visit at night for a spectacular sight.

Specious Apartment!! - The Hotel is located in the heart of KLC , accessible to everything , 1 min walk to the twin tower just opposite the manara too which my room was facing it , the roof top infinity pool is astonishing u will spend hours just to take memorable pictures from there . I personally like it the staff was helpful and responsive whenever we need them !!

• Nishell (1/5): Our specific apartment is run down, not maintained well nor cleaned well. - Only good thing is it’s location. Unhygienic, dirty and smelly. Dirty and mould in showers and toilets. Couch in the lounge is old and dirty. Kitchen had old utensils and couldn’t stand the smell coming from the sink. No cleaning was done for the duration of our stay(7days). Overall it was an uncomfortable experience, if it is looked after and cleaned properly this would be a good place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend.
