• I (6/5): - Pros: Good sized, well set out apartment in a convenient location to public transport. Cons: Linen was unclean and very poor quality. Most of the mattresses need replacing (I spelt on the lounge rather than the master bed). Overall, the apartment needs a good deep clean.
• Ivan (7/5): Would be perfect with more aircons - The location was great The fact that there was only 1 aircon and the bedrooms had a small fan. It was an extremely hot time of the year and the children couldn’t sleep because of the heat in the rooms
• Gerard (3/5): Our stay was not really the type of holiday that we were expecting but can be fixed in the future. - Location wise is good. It’s near the heart of Surfers Paradise. Secured car park. As soon as we arrive in the accommodation, the aircon on the living room was not blowing cool air. We checked the aircon filters and they were all dirty full of dust. So we had to clean it ourselves for the aircon to work. Also, the boxed fans in the bedroom are all dirty and dusty and again not blowing much air. The shower head was broken as soon as we try to turn it on and there were some leaks as well.
• Mandi (10/5): Awesome Accommodation - Such a convenient place to stay. Clean, comfortable and close to the best of the Gold Coast. Great communication and instruction on finding and entering the room and parking. Parking probably a bit tight for a large car with a generous turning circle required
• Aaron (9/5): Superb - Very clean and tidy apartment. Location is A+. Very close walking distance to the hub of Surfers. Plenty of towels for us which is a bonus. Great communication with checking in Very tight squeeze in the under ground car park

• Matthew (10/5): Paradise Oasis. - Location was awesome. It was a short 5 minutes walk to the shops, beach and entertainment venues. Accomodation was clean. toiletries and towels provided. Big space for families.and groups! Room.is well lighted and ventilated. Fans all working and Aircon in the lounge available. Windows can be opened to let air in wheb it gets hot and fan provided as well. There are a lot of seatings available. Kitchen is well stocked with cuttleries and kitchen items. Fridge is cold even with a pitcher with cold water ready which was great on a hot day. Washer and dryer available. Bathroom has both shower and jacuzzi batg which was great. Directions to the accomodation was a bit confusing as tge name of place is not the same however it was easy to navigate as soon as you get to accomodation. Communication with host were great, detailed and timely. Nothing, despite accomodation being aged all facilities are working.and if not alternatives were provided to make sure guests are comfortable. It was a great get away!

• Kazf (4/5): An oven in a well located area - Great communication from host. Very well located. Nice pool area. Fully equiped kitchen with large fridge and everything you could need for a family stay. Spacious layout An honest, thorough breakdown for anyone travelling with family. Please note that this accomodation only has one small air-conditioning until in the far corner of the lounge area, not even located towards the hall area in order to service more than one corner of the entire apartment. The bedrooms were so hot we had to move mattresses into the lounge room so the kids could sleep. The adults had to face sweating it out all night in broken sleep. The fans in the bedrooms are woefully inadequate and just serve to move hot air in a circle. Which brings me to the fans themselves, not only unsuitable to the job of cooling down a room, they are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to the point of being a reportable safety hazard! Even with prior warning from the owner I was not prepared for how far these fall short of being anywhere near safe for children entering or exiting the top bunks, the blades are inches from the top step (photo attached). The bathrooms are dated and the extractor fan didn't work properly and was covered in dust (photo attached), the main bath still had sand in it and the jets had some mould, the shower tray was also mouldy (photo attached). Overall the cleaning was insufficient. The tumble dryer lasts 20 minutes then needs an hour to cool down before you can use it again. This was reported in an earlier review a year ago, and is still not fixed. No Wifi, although I was told a modem was late on order, however "no wifi" seems to have been a review issue for about a year now also. Overall I was disappointed with this apartment and would not recommend for anyone travelling in spring, summer or autumn. Probably ok for a winter trip.

• Mike (1/5): Inspect your room upon arrival, especially the amenities and beds you're sleeping on. - Location in Surfers Paradise was perfect. The swimming pool area was nice. Veiw of river from room was beautiful. When we arrived in the room, everything seemed really good by looks, we were in the room for all of 5minutes (unloaded luggage) before heading out to the spa, that was broken so went to the pool. After swimming, we went back to rooms, bathroom & toilet were poorly cleaned. Then come bedtime, The pull out beds supplied for my children had blood and urine stains all over them. They were absolutely beyond disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on those beds, let alone someone's child. They had no clean pull out beds to swop at all. We were offered extra blankets to put over and hide the stains only. We ended up going and buying an air mattress for kids. The room was surface clean only. Dirtiness under, in, and behind furniture. It was not a comfortable stay at all. Inspect your room upon arrival, check your beds and amenities before starting your stay, Because we had gone into the room prior to bedtime, (luggage drop off) they said that was classed as using the room and couldn't move us!!!! For some reason, I can not upload photos, but I do have photographic proof of everything I have stated!

• Lisa (6/5): Overall good value for a large group to be able to stay all under one roof, and walking distance to all surfers paradise - Great location wise, central to everything, has everything needed for a comfortable stay.. Main bathroom could use a update, wifi was out, and maybe more seating in common area as being a larger group we couldn’t all hang in the main area.

• Beau (1/5): Bad - Room was dirty and dusty, hair in sinks and beds. Cigarette butts in pot plants on verandah. Owners wanted to come and re-clean but we were not happy for that. Booked another motel and left with no refund.
