- Alessandro (8/5): - The place is quite near the city by car, and it's near a littel lake,reallyvquite and relaxing.the apartment was really clean, and the house master available amd reactive. The bookingbprocedure is annoyng, as well as the code to unlock the door to ne put on a micro keyboard in the key.. we were in three and there was 3 spoons,3 forks and 3 glass and so on, quite few to be used for dining there. There is 150€ deposit that they wanto to complete the chek in.. It was a nice stay excpet for everything related to payment and booking..

- Silovská (7/5): - V přírodě, přesto blízko městečka a nedaleko do Innsbrucku. Příjemná restaurace přímo v objektu. Vše čisté. Nevhodné pro 2 čtyřčlenné rodiny, jedna ložnice má 3 lůžka, druhá 3 palandy. Ve velké ložnici navíc není žádný úložný prostor. Při řešení potíží s rozbitým požárním hlásičem nám i přes 3 telefonáty personál nepomohl.
- Peter (6/5): Innsbruck is a great place to visit - Restaurant was very good - and the room was good with kitchen facilities Too far from Innsbruck with a bus service only available once an hour- room could have done with complimentary tea and coffee as breakfast is not available at the hotel.’ Access to room via code can be difficult to master until you’ve had a bit of practice.

- Światły (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja zarówno dojazd lub dojście do Insbrucka bo jest ok. 5 km. Czyli można sobie zrobić spacer lub komunikacją, która zajebiście funkcjonuje. I w góry blisko, cisza i spokój. Korty tenisowe i chyba można poskakać na nartach bo jest skocznia obok. Ale nie wziąłem nart do skoków to nie pytałem czy można. Ja w każdym razie bardzo polecam. Nie dotyczy mojego pobytu.

В душе гель для душа просто валялся на полу, видно, что бутылка должна была кривится к чему-то. Элементарная подачка для шампуня и геля отсутствует в душе, и стакана для зубных щеток тоже нет. Сантехника уже требует обслуживания, подтекает, а души поливает все вокруг
- Claudio (3/5): Unsicher und kein Personal vorhanden - sehr abgelegen - nicht empfehlenswert - Die Zimmer waren recht geräumig. Die Apartments sind sehr einfach, Betten nicht besonders bequem, aber für eine Nacht zur Durchreise wäre das Hotel ausreichend gewesen. In das Gebäude kann allerdings jeder einfach hereinlaufen und die Zimmer sind dann mit Codes am Torschluss zugänglich. Leider hatten wir übersehen, dass man die Tür der Zimmer auch von innen abschließen muss, um sie zu sperren (sehr ungewöhnlich). Mitten in der Nacht standen auf einmal zwei völlig betrunkene junge Männer im Eingangsbereich des Appartements, spielten laute Musik und behaupteten sie hätten einen Code für dieses Zimmer. Zum Glück haben sie sich schnell verzogen, nachdem ich ihnen klar gemacht habe, dass wir diese Unterkunft reserviert haben. Nichts ist passiert außer das wir aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden. Trotzdem sehr beängstigend, dass Fremde einfach so in die Zimmer bzw. Appartements hereinspazieren können. Es gibt absolut kein Personal in dem Haus - in Notfall wäre man hier ziemlich ausgeliefert. Katastrophales Konzept. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen, daher absolut unsicher.

- Jayanth Kallur (9/5): Good stay, but the backend team is not good at communication - The room was spacious and clean The surrounding location was also beautiful due to snow There's a lake nearby where you can go camping if you want The employee at the location was very helpful Poor communication Our payment didn't go through because they tried to perform pre authorization without informing. As a result even the room rent couldn't be paid. Our card wasn't being accepted by their system which worked for the rest of our trip through Austria. The team wasn't really collaborative in solving this problem through messages or email. Only after we took the help from someone else they gave us the check in information, which was roughly 4-5 hours before our arrival.

Es gab überhaupt keinen Kleiderschrank, obwohl genügend Platz in jedem Zimmer vorhanden ist. Wir waren zu fünft mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Kleidung mussten wir auf den Boden legen. Er gab nicht einen Handtuchhalter oder Haken im Badezimmer um Handtücher zu trocknen. Der Platz war da, die Ausstattung nicht. Dafür war die Wohnung viel zu teuer.

One shower didnt have a curtain, and both showers were leaking on the floor in the bathroom, that was a bit annoying. Coffee maker was slow, in the rooms at night was hot and dry, that a bit was annoying as well, we did leave windows open duaring the night.

- Ioannis (8/5): Nice apartment within a hotel - The rooms are really large and the two separate bathrooms with toilet are very convenient. Room was clean and warm enough when we arrived. Although there are not many parking places in front of the hotel, there is a big parking are close by and additionally there is enough space to park right in front to un/load luggage. Some basic ingredients for cooking could have been there (e.g. salt & pepper). There were enough plates for all guests but only flat ones and extremely big!!! So given the limited area in kitchen, it was hard to use those huge plates and a real challenge to wash the dishes! Also a broom and a dustpan to keep the place clean (or just in case of a "kitchen accident") would have been nice.

The facility was clean, the views were great, the staff were very helpful. The little restaurant serves great food. The Kitchen was well equipped. It was really value for Money.

Also small things like for example few towel hooks in the bathroom would be nice to have. As it is primarly ski appartment during winter, some space for boots and skis would be nice add on!

Chtělo by to důkladnější úklid, velké množství prachu, žmolky na matraci (působilo to jako spoustu drobečků pod prostěradlem), nulová pracovní plocha v kuchyňce - možná přidat více vybavení kuchyňky.

- Hans (7/5): - Im unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant, welches im Hotel untergebracht ist aber nicht zum Hotel gehört. Die Abtretung zum Restaurant ist sehr hellhörig und man kann die gesamte Geräuschkulisse aus dem Restaurant hören.

- Danila (9/5): appartamento ampio e pulito - posizione comoda e tranquilla, appartamento ampio e pulito, self check-pratico. Fermata dell'autobus davanti alla struttura, parcheggio comodo. Centro città raggiungibile in auto comodamente. cucina poco attrezzata, con pochi utensili e stoviglie. Richiedono una cauzione con carta di credito che viene rilasciata dopo una settimana dalla conclusione del soggiorno: lo ritengo un tempo troppo lungo, per verificare se ci sono danni basterebbe un giorno dopo la partenza.
