- Dianthe (10/5): Super clear, good value for money - We had a great time staying with Clive and Dorothy in Tulse Hill! The home was super clean, quiet, tidy and the beds were comfy. They had tons of cooking utensils which we appreciated, given we stayed for 1 month and cooked a lot. Everything was great

- Veronika (9/5): Super - Domáci bol veľmi milý, všetko nám ukázal. Na izbe máte dostupné uteráky. Lokalita tichá, autobusová zastávka veľmi blízko. Jedine čo na môj vkus mi vadilo, boli príliš mäkké matrace a schody v celom dome dost vŕzgali. Inak všetko super.
- Wilhelm (10/5): aanrader - dicht bij bus en treinstation. vrij gebruik van de keuken dichter bij metro, maar bus werkt ook goed

- Kayleigh (8/5): Comfortable and convenient stay - We had a great stay in Tulse Hill. Clive greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and got us settled in quickly. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it was clean. Even though it’s a shared space, it was quiet throughout our stay, and we never had any issues accessing a bathroom when needed. We also stayed is a good size room for a couple sharing. It really was a really pleasant and convenient place to stay! It’s close to several bus routes, and getting to Brixton Tube Station was quick and easy. Also, there was a lovely Thai food restaurant that is a must try!! There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the space, but if we had to mention something, the bed and pillows could use a bit of an upgrade for added comfort.

- Shivangi (10/5): - Grand Tulse Hill villa truly exceeded my expectations. The place is beautiful, neat, tidy and very tastefully decorated. A special mention to Clive for being extremely generous, hospitable and helpful! He was very accommodating when we reached earlier than the check in time and made us feel super welcome the whole time. The house is also at a great location - just a short walk away from a bus station that takes you to Central London and to the Tulse Hill station as well. Would highly recommend the place overall! 10/10!
- Andrew Marshall3 (8/5): Great Welcome - Great welcome to the villa, top floor room with lovely view , clean room and place The mattress could be softer for my hips! Realise they need to check identity and take deposit but not needed this for previous booking.com bookings
- Dominique (8/5): Oui j’y retournerais.
- Viktoriia (7/5): - Spacious room
Mini fridge, fan and a kettle in the room
Good location (you can get to the city centre by bus in like 45 minutes)
There's a park nearby
Nice garden No coffee maker (there was instant coffee though)
- Ishaq (10/5): Spacious and welcoming guest house with great transport links to see London - The hosts were very friendly, they showed us round and encouraged us to use the full space of the home which felt very welcoming. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the area was very close by a park so with the good weather it was a really nice location. I don’t usually stay at guest houses but the friendliness and amenities of this stay has definitely made me want revisit if I’m ever in London again
- Stephen (9/5): I chose it based on high review score. It meets my expectation. - Great value and near to bus stop and train station Bed is too soft for my like.
- Marina (9/5): Cute room outside the city centre with good public transport. - The room war really pretty, nice view, clean. The hosts were really nice as well. The accomodation was in a relatively quiet area on the outskirts of London, but a variety of busses as well as a train station are only 5 minutes away.
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Bethany (8/5): close to brockwell park and bus routes if you need to get to Brixton tube station, comfortable stay, secure room, good v - -shared bathroom was very clean and no issues
-large shared kitchen and accessible garden to use
-bedroom on the first floor was comfortable and had a door lock which is very good in a shared space
-kettle and tea/biscuits/coffee in the bedroom if you didn’t want to go downstairs straight away
-Clive was very welcoming and showed us around, Drury messaged us regularly to check we were okay with everything This is not a negative comment I just didn’t realise until we were there that several other rooms in the house were being used by other guests, it didn’t really impact our stay though as it was overall a very quiet and calm stay , other guests were clean and we were mainly out in London exploring :)
- Abbey (10/5): Perfect base for exploring London - Super close to the train station. We used the apartment as a base to find a flat and it worked perfectly. The stairs were very creaky
- Varvara (10/5): This place is fantastic! - This place is fantastic!
A beautiful Victorian-era house with a spacious room on a quiet street. The train station is just around the corner. It’s perfect both for a short stay and a whole month of living.
The host has incredible energy, wishing Clive only the kindest and most respectful guests, like us! -
- Maureen (9/5): Comfortable clean friendly family type home stay! - I stayed here with my 11 year old son. We loved our stay and enjoyed meeting Clive and the people in the house. We appreciated all the facilities available in the house and proximity to the train and busses I cant think of anything really
- Nour (10/5): Exceptional - Clive was super nice and will definitely will be rebooking when we go to London again !
- Valentina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abdeljalil (7/5): Good -
- Antonio (8/5): My short stay in Tulse Hill. - I like that the place was clean, secure and good value for money . what I didn't like was the bathroom situation. Also the heating was very low.
- David (9/5): Superb - Hosts helped us with everything we needed. Nice zone, near to train and bus stations
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Clive was super nice and welcoming. The house was clean and tastefully furnished (they even had nice plates in the kitchen) Also it was in a nice area so my mum and I felt safe. All the bus stops/train station are nearby so it was easy to get into the city centre.
- Theo (9/5): Superb -
- Stefania (8/5): Great stay in Tulse Hill! - The room is spacious, the shared bathroom and the common areas were very clean. Good value for money!
- Jennifer (8/5): I would definitely stay here again if I was in London! - It was close to the tube and bus stations, welcoming environment, beautiful home, good price Beds were not that comfortable
- Tina (10/5): Perfect - Perfect location to busses, train, and supermarket. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, amazing apartment. Super clean, very friendly and helpful. Very easy place to stay. We hadn't booked just a room before, and this was a perfect first experience.
- Ma (10/5): perfect place to stay in London. Definetly going to come back. The location is fantastic. - Cleve makes guests feel at home! He wants everybody to feel good and appreciated, significantly improving our stay! The house is super clean, and all the staff are friendly and communicative!
- Sharmian (9/5): The guest-house suited our needs perfectly and it reflected the care of its hosts for their guests. - A generous-sized, room is wonderful when travelling with suitcases. Comfortable bed with good linen - essential and appreciated. Bathroom was impeccably clean and spacious, and there was use of kitchen (with all that could be needed, including a clothes-washing machine). The residents/staff were very kind and helpful in every way. NA
- Julian (9/5): Great location for south London. Great checkin - Extremely clean. Very comfortable Only that not ensuit
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Mahmoud (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Dee, Clive, and everyone in the house were excellent. Lived like a family. Their human relation was very good. The room looked exactly as advertised. They had a challenge with the heating system but managed to provide portable ones for the room to guarantee our comfort.
- Ineke (8/5): It was a good stay in a place that could feel like home. - I loved the location close to Brockwell Park and Tulse Hill station easy reachable by foot and with public transport. I liked the type of house with a lot of green on the front side and a backyard where nice too. There are people who live permanently in the house and who are co-hosting for Drury. They where very friendly people and i had a better communication with them in person then i had with Drury through booking online. I didn't liked the crowdedness at times. Loud screaming kids and running arround wildly the first days of my stay. The last days of my stay there where problems with the boiler, so i had to use cold water and couldn't shower for the half of my stay. But that last one was really unforeseen. They are working on it. And i've received a partly refund of my booking due to the not working Boiler.
- Abigail (8/5): Very good value for money with friendly hosts. - Very lovely home. Very clean and well presented. Hosts were fantastic and very welcoming. Happy to help and accommodating.
- Lewis (10/5): Exceptional - The residents were really welcoming and nice to speak with. It's perfectly located between the station and Brockwell Park. The room was clean and house had all the amenities. Communication with Drury estates was excellent. n/a
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - I am a single mom with an infant and was weary about taking a baby into a house share, nervous about stepping on peoples toes. But everyone was so lovely and welcoming. The place is gorgeous, homey, cozy, and super clean. They take great pride in their living space.
Very close walk to park, trains, & shops. Cute & safe area and close enough to Crystal Palace park.
- Foluke (8/5): I enjoyed my stay! The host was very accomodating - I really liked how available and nice the host was and the comfort of the space. Too crowded at times and cleanliness not the best
