• Matthew (9/5): - This is an attractive, recently updated apartment in the midst of Trastevere. It’s in a nice, safe building with lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The host is an excellent communicator, and is very helpful. The AC is elite, which was nice after a hot day of sightseeing.

• Remo (9/5): Very nice but would have appreciated to know beforehand that apartment was situated on the fifth floor. - That the apartment was on the fifth floor! That the elevator broke down and had to use the stairs for 2 days and one person of our party had to stay home because couldn’t walk down or up stairs.

• Giovanna (9/5): Our host, Virginia, was super helpful explaining the property, access and nearby eating places and locations thoroughly. - Good location, surprisingly quiet with easy access to public transport. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and the property was immaculate. If we wanted to watch TV (which we didn’t!) the seating was a bit awkward. Minor issue. Could have done with an extra towel.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo wygodne łóżka - Świetnie położone mieszkanie, blisko restauracje, bary, sklep i centrum Trastevere. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i prawdziwe kołdry zamiast dwóch prześcieradeł do przykrycia ;) Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, zapewniono zapas kapsułek z kawą. W łazience kosmetyki pod prysznic. Personel bardzo miły. Polecam z czystym sumieniem :) Łóżka były zbyt wygodne - rano trudno wstawało się na zwiedzanie ;) Oczywiście żart. Jedynie podłoga mogłaby być czystsza (chwilę przeszłyśmy w białych skarpetkach i już nie były białe). Reszta bez zarzutu.

• Maria (10/5): Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment in excellent location. - Extremely comfortable and clean apartment located in very good location just a few tram stops to the historical centre. Trastevere area is bustling at night with great dining choices so this area worked well for our young family. We explored historical centre by day and enjoyed the easy stroll to restaurants at night. Downstairs is a fantastic gelato place, open piazza (with playground and market), lots of shops and restaurants but noise was never an issue. Highly recommend this accomodation. Nothing, was perfect. Thank you to our hosts for making it a beautiful stay for us.

• Lori (7/5): Cool neighborhood with lots of great restaurants! - The apt was in a great location of Trastevere! Gelato right next door, restaurants, and a piazza full of life. There was even an outdoor movie night the evening we arrived! Plenty of space for our family of 4. Many attractions were within 30 minutes at a leisurely pace (just over the Tiber River). Due to the heatwave in Italy, we lost power several times when trying to wash clothes or heat a pot of tea. Fortunately, locating the electric panel to flip the breaker and restore power was easy. This was a small inconvenience and understandably beyond the owners control. Just advising that if you’re staying during the heatwave, be sure to turn off the ac in one room while washing clothes. 😊
• Anita (8/5): Lovely visit in Trastevere - Easy check in to a lovely apartment with very comfortable beds. In a great location with lots of bars and places to eat just downstairs. Tram stop just around the corner so, easy to get to the historic centre. Nothing, perhaps a few more towels and an umbrella for the occasional shower.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Very comfortable and fantastic location - Very comfortable accommodation in the heart of Trastevere, on a road with lots of restaurants, a piazza and a great gelati place just next door. Very close to lots of public transport options. Virginia was lovely and we were grateful for the flexibility to check in early. Beds were super comfortable and the blackout in the main bedroom was very good. Door locks and lift operation were a little stressful. Bathroom a bit small.

The location is perfect , lots of nice restaurants and cafes close by and all tourist attractions are easy to reach . The Vatican is 20 minutes walk only . Windows facing courtyard give the rooms privacy and silence as opposed to busy streets. Good WiFi and kitchen totally equipped if you want to eat in . Nothing

Very good restaurant next to the building (Tulipano Nero) and excelent gelato right next to it. A minute walk from bus and tram station. Very nicely set appartment, well equipped and clean. Internet was not working for 2 of 4 days of our stay.

Everything about the apartment was great, even if the kitchen table and chairs and nightstands could use a little updating. ☺️ I didn't like the fact that parking was next to impossible to find. It's better to use public transportation and taxis to get around in Rome.
• Carolyn (10/5): Overall, loved this apartment. I would stay here again and recommend it. Location great. - This apartment was very clean, very quiet and had a welcoming feel. I can't comment on AC because we were there in March, the heat worked well. Kitchen well equipped. Senior couples - the 8 or 9 stairs were manageable. Enough comfy pillows to arrange myself in bed. The shower was a little tricky. Needed to find the exact placement of valve so that water was at a good temperature. I resolved my bed issue by sleeping on top of the comforter.
• Ellyn (9/5): Great location and space in Trastevere - Great location to visit with our daughter studying at the American University of Rome. Short walk to great restaurants. Apartment was very nice and clean. Had all of the supplies we needed. A little confusing finding the women who had the key. She doesn't speak English and we don't speak Italian so it was hard to communicate with her. But once we found each other, everything went well.
