Communication with the host was very easy and helpful, so for a short visit I would describe it as perfect! Nothing unpleasant.

Pas mal de petites choses manquantes ou non fonctionnelles même si pas graves (vaisselle/couverts en trop petite quantité, une boule de billard, des pions d'échec manquants...la grande plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas, la guirlande du mur non plus...). Les matelas sont de très mauvaise qualité, les robinets de la salle de bain mal fixés. Et nous avons fait la connaissance d'une souris : rangez vos aliments secs dans le four !)

La casa è carina e ha del potenziale, ma purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata nel complesso sotto le aspettative. La cosa più spiacevole è stata trovare un topo in casa: ci siamo accorti della sua presenza perché aveva rosicchiato il nostro pane lasciato in cucina. Ho contattato il proprietario che mi ha risposto in modo gentile, ma spiegando di essere già al corrente della situazione. È stato apprezzato il tono educato, ma una problematica di questo tipo dovrebbe essere risolta prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti, ma al nostro arrivo alcune superfici come mensole e piano cottura non erano particolarmente curate. Il pavimento inoltre scricchiola molto e si sente praticamente a ogni passo. Durante il soggiorno erano presenti anche lavori all’esterno che iniziavano molto presto al mattino, quindi il rumore ci ha svegliato più volte all’alba. Nel complesso la casa è gradevole, ma dà l’impressione di essere gestita con poca attenzione ai dettagli. Con una manutenzione e una cura maggiori potrebbe sicuramente offrire un’esperienza migliore.

• Chad (10/5): Great location easy walking for sightseeing. - The host was great, very nice. Let us park in the garage, washer and dryer on property, which is nice. Transit very close by.
• Aldin (1/5): Not worth the price - The location was great and the appartment has plenty of space for a family. Also its very clean. Garage for the car. The floor creacks annoyingly. It gives you a discomfort with every step you take. The floor isnt straight, i expect there may have been some waterdamage which causes this. All the facilities where mediocre. The pool table misses the 8 ball, the glasses and mugs where dirty, the waterpressure was low and if you try to regulate the temperature it just goes from very hot to very cold. If you have patience you might find the sweetspot where it is okay. Also the response time through chat is very limited and slow. The communication is in short sentences. Everything about the appartment was just okay and thats the problem. It really isnt worth the € 300, - we payed for a night.

• Tomás (10/5): Comodidad, tranquilidad y buena ubicación en Bruselas. - sin duda la ubicación. También el apartamento era tal y como salía en las fotos. Muy buen comunicación con el anfitrión. Se nos hizo tarde el check out y no nos puso ningún problema, al contrario, nos trasmitió tranquilidad. Para nosotros fue todo perfecto. Si tuviese que decir algo malo...diría las escaleras del final, un poco estrechas, pero nada peligrosas.

• Laurent (6/5): - En fait ma déception ne vient pas du logement lui-même qui est très bien mais le problème est qu'il y a eu une fête en dessous (ou à côté) de ma chambre jusqu'à 4 ou 5h du matin ! Quasiment impossible de dormir tant il y a avait du bruit (un comble pour un appart où justement les fêtes sont interdites). Bref appart hyper sympa mais pas moyen de fermer l'oeil (c'était un vendredi).

Dairede yürürken tahtalar gıcırdıyordu ve bu ses çıkmasına neden oluyordu. Bulaşık makinesi yoktu. Merdivenlerin aydınlatması yoktu.

• Kaltuma (8/5): - The location was perfect. Near train station and attractions close to the city centre, nicely equipped with most things you need. And the host was fantastic 👏 I recently stayed at this loft, and overall, it was a great experience. The hosts were accommodating, and the space was clean and comfortable. One thing that did stand out, however, was the request to remove the bed linens before departure. While this wasn't an issue, I did notice that one of the pillows and one of the duvets had noticeable stains. The pillow, in particular, was quite soiled, which was a bit off-putting. On a separate note, if you're planning to use the electric chargers with UK-type sockets, be aware that you'll need an adapter with two pins, as the Belgian sockets have two round pins We ended up purchasing one from a local shop for €10, but it might be worth bringing your own to avoid any inconvenience. Despite these, the loft itself was lovely, and I'd consider staying here again. Perhaps the hosts could look into refreshing their linens and ensuring they have the right adapters for guests.

• Alain (6/5): L’emplacement et le parking très bien. Manque d’entretien - L’emplacement et le parking Le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine. Le manque de lumière dans la salle à manger. Le mauvais fonctionnement du système douche / baignoire. Le rideau de douche douteux. L’absence d’étendoir pour sécher le linge bien qu’il y ait une machine à laver. La fête du voisin du 1er étage qui nous a empêché de dormir une grande partie de la nuit. Nous avons dû modifier notre programme pour nous reposer un peu. Nous avons demandé un dédommagement au propriétaire, toujours pas de réponse de sa part. Il serait bien que le propriétaire passe deux ou trois jours dans l’appartement pour se rendre compte des différents problèmes.

• Aja (5/5): Lovely place with some improvements needed - Very good location, kitchen equipped with necessities and a coffee machine which was greatly appreciated. Nice balcony and very spacious. Liked the no shoes rule so the floor was clean. The host although very nice, wasn't responsive on booking you have the message him through whats app although he says he will respond on booking in 15 minutes. This became an issue for us when the the other residents blocked the way in to garage and he didn't respond on booking. We had to park on the street for the evening and pay parking. We were here during the heat wave so it would be nice to have some kind of fan or something to cool down the loft since it was 35 degrees inside. We didn't expect ac but something would be nice since it gets really hot.
• Graeme (9/5): Superb - Great location, a lovely 10-15 mins walk to the Grand Place past shops and fountains, churches and bars (I know right), so you'll choose where to have dins on the way! The parking garage is huge so even fit our Landy with a roof box. The flat is on the top floor so 2 flights of stairs up and is safe and secure. Couldn't ask for more. Although we didn't meet the owners, everything was easy to access and they responded in seconds to questions. My mother in law is old and wasn't a fan of the two flights of stairs, but it's a loft, it's what to expect.
• Victoria (8/5): Very good - I like the pool table, the living room and the tv with broadcast free service. The host was very kind and fast replying to our needs. We couldn't leave the car inside the parking lot because another host was occupying the entire space, when we told the host about it he quickly called us and tried to sort it out. Unfortunately there was no solution, we were lucky to find a space outside. There was fungus on the shower curtain, there was a bit of cleaning needed, bedsheets were good but a bit old and the mattresses were old as well.

• Thomas (2/5): Cracky floor no comfort - Location was very nice! While the location of the loft was excellent, our stay was unfortunately impacted by excessive noise sensitivity. We were asked to remove our shoes indoors due to creaky floors, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Despite being extremely mindful and behaving like any regular guests, we were disturbed by a downstairs neighbor complaining about noise. Overall, not the relaxing experience we had hoped for

• Rebeka (10/5): Spacious apartment, close to the main sights - Large loft and spacious bathroom. Parking was easy and secure. Plus walking around the main sights in Brussels was pretty close. The kitchen was helpful so we could save some money for dinner and we were able to use the washer and dryer which is a great help for a long trip. The floors were pretty loud and creaky, so you could hear everyone getting up throughout the night/morning.

This is our case. After I contacted Renaldo, he simply said - don't worry, tell me which are the new convenient dates for you and I'll arrange it. 3 days later we already had a new reservation, even the apartment that was offered to us was in an even better and central location. We can't wait to go.

Would not be suitable for people with mobility issues as there are stairs to climb, but excellent all round There was a slight smell in the sink when we arrived, which the cleaner dealt with and we had to purchase toilet roll...very small complaints as overall was excellent.

• Therese (1/5): UNSANTIARY - DON'T Stay here!!! - The location for our stay and the amount of space were the only good things about this place. The toilet didn't work the entire time we were there. We had to put all toilet tissue in the tiny trash can to prevent it from glogging up and overflowing. The freezer was full of stuff that smelled like fish. The parking space was too small for a normal car and still be able to open any door to get in and out, And the owner first told us "these things happen," about the toilet, then admitted that he knew they needed to replace the plumbing. Then he sent a plumber over at 8am without warning on the last day of our stay before we even checked out so we couldn't even shower before leaving. Worst stay of all 18 places we've stayed in the last 3 months and definitely not worth the price. The least I expect when I stay somewhere is a working toilet.

• Stephanie (8/5): Brussels - It was a good space with good furniture and kitchen. Very spacious and comfortable. I would stay again. On closer inspection, some of the areas were n9t very clean. For example, where the cups were stored, bath plug did not fit, toilet blocked on several occasions. Just a couple of small details which would have made it a perfect visit.

• Schubert (5/5): Underwhelming - The location was great, there were plenty of restaurants nearby so we could walk to any of them. The apartment has a mini pool table that helped to keep the kids occupied while we were in the apartment. There were plenty of beds, the apartment can accommodate a big family for sure! There was food still left in the freezer, it was quite disgusting. The apartment was hot and the fans didn't have screens around them so I was worried about my kids and the fan blades. The apartment didn't have screens for the windows either so we got all the mosquito bites during our stay. Some of the streaming services that they said it offers were not available or they didn't have a subscription to.

Equipped kitchen and a parking space inside a garage was extremely handy. Outside seating area us a nice touch and the pool table. Communication with the host was very good. The accommodation could do with a refresh in general. Clean kitchen sponges need to be left for guests.

• Niamh (9/5): Just magical location! Accommodated our family of 6 very well and we wished we could have stayed longer!! Many thanks to - Location was just amazing. Walking distance of many restaurants, tourist area and metro. Really well stocked kitchen and living area v comfortable. Very helpful host as we had a very large rental car to try to fit in the garage below. Only the bathroom left this apartment down a bit. Shower wasn’t great and there was an issue with toilet during our stay which was a problem as it was the only one. The loft bed might need a better safety rail to stop younger kids rolling out but our teenagers were fine.

A very well organised loft very convenient for 4 people. Excellent cleanness. A very professional, kind and helpful host. Excellent WIFI connection. The mattresses on the beds were a bit too soft. The night of our stay was very hot and we dreamed of air-conditioning or at at least some fans.

• Danny (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - Very clean and spacious apartment, with ample room for 6 guests. 5 minute walk to tram stop for direct access to train station. Excellent value for money and great communication from hosts. Nothing. Note third floor apartment with no lift, but not a problem for us.
• Yury (8/5): Very good - Central location, spacious rooms and terrace, parking slot available. Air in the district, car exhaust. Garage door lock was damaged, one must open it from inside to drive in (hope this is fixed by now), the parking slot is relatively narrow.
• Wong (1/5): WORSE STAY EVER!!! - NOTHING! The whole apartment is so dirty. All the bed linen is so old, smelly and full of stains. The sofa is dirty and worn out. It's totally run down. Don't waste time looking at it. The toilet can't even flush properly and the washing machine still have dirty clothes inside 🤦‍♂️. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!

• Kathryn (2/5): Although we were booked for three nights, we left after one nights stay. - When we arrived, there was a note behind the toilet indicating toilet paper could not be flushed in the toilet. We respected the host's request, however when the toilet was flushed, solids did not go away. With a family of four using one bathroom, this was not acceptable. At 6am the tenants below us came in and were screaming and yelling until about 9am. It was an extremely uneasy and unsafe feeling. When I contacted the host to let them know we were checking out, although they indicated they would respond within 15 minutes of any messages, it was several hours before they responded. Their response was disappointing to say the least.

• Michael (10/5): Warm, cosy & comfortable loft with outside space and parking! What more could you want! - Perfect location. The loft is a short walk to some lovely bars and restaurants and a 10-15 min walk to the Grand Place. We walked everywhere but you also have the metro and the tram within minutes. The loft itself was clean and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and plenty of room to spread out! If you have children with you then Battlekarts is a must. Great fun and walking distance. No negatives. Lovely stay at the loft and great time in Brussels. Perfect for a city break. We didn't use the garage but it was available if needed.
