• Heike (8/5): Nähe zum Flughafen und Shuttle-Service - super - Wir hatten eine frühen Flug ab München und sind deshalb einen Tag vorher angereist. Das Hotel ist Flughafen nahe und bietet einen Shuttle-Service, den wir genutzt haben. TOP! Das Personal (Aly mit Y) :-) war super nett und freundlich.

It was a little stuffy but we couldn’t open our window as people were smoking out of their van in the parking lot outside.

• Bret (6/5): Good enough for an airport crash-pad. - Location and staff were great. Beds were super comfy. Room was large and quiet. The one guy doing everything was very kind and helpful…but he was one guy doing everything. So, breakfast, for example was an unattended afterthought. There was some bread in the oven and some milk in the fridge and a coffee machine but otherwise, it was like being turned loose in a hotel basement to fend for yourself from the fridge, as able. The rooms, although large and comfortable were worn and ours, for example had a shower head/wand with no way to attach it so it just dangled on the floor. You are paying for the convenience to the airport not a tremendously well appointed guest experience.

• Mustafa (1/5): Terrible stay - the hotel is like a without star one.. rooms and balconies are pretty dirty and untidy In the price breakfast was included but you can never find the receptionist (who is the owner of hotel).. He leaves his number but not reachable.. Then I couldn't have my breakfast and there is no refund back !! I strongly recommend not to use this hotel.. It's pretty dirty one and in the entrance there's an incredibly bad smell (I think the sewage system).. There's no water in the room and because of this smell, I couldn't even drink the tap water whole night ! There's no shops or markets available in the zone.. It's like in the middle of nowhere (in a forest area and pretty scary in the night).. Just give 10 euros more and choose another hotel at another location.. I will never use this hotel again !!

• Steve (7/5): Basic, adequate.and that’s it - The location. Not too far from the airport with parking available. I picked this property on the basis of several criteria. Close to airport, parking available, 24 hr reception ( we were arriving after 11 pm on Xmas Eve) and wrote to them requesting a ground floor unit if there was no lift and if there was a walk in shower. These last two are important as my wife has limited mobility. No problem with the first two, but the reception was not manned, we were on the ground floor but the shower was over the bath. I would have picked somewhere else if they had told me these things. In fact, reception wasn’t even manned when we left in the morning. We didn’t see many or beast during our stay.

Mussten auf dem Bett essen ! Der bereits mit Kreditkarte beglichene ShuttleService wollte bar nochmals kassieren. :( Nur 15 Minuten zum Flughafen wird nicht eingehalten ! Wir haben den Flughafen Shuttle gebucht, dann 45 Minuten lang an verschiedenen umliegenden Parkplätzen noch weitere Passagiere abgeholt, bis der Transporter voll war. Somit waren wir leider erst 50 Minuten später am Flughafen Zentral (Terminal 1 pder 2 werden auch nicht direkt angefahren) War sehr ärgerlich !

Parking was on the grass behind the building, very tight. No breakfast until 8:30 and no coffee. The blinds were on the outside of the windows? Could not figure out how to close them? There was no heat in the room and it got very cold.

• Laura Maria (10/5): Perfektes Hotel nah zum Flughafen - Die Lage ist sehr nah und es gibt Shuttle Service. Man wird vom Flughafen abgeholt, oder zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war perfekt sauber. Das Bett und Kissen sind sehr bequem. Wir hatten einen Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr leise. Man hört keine Autos und auch nicht Flugzeuge. Das Frühstück ist gut mit frischen Brötchen, Käse, Schinken, Wurst, Butter, Marmeladen, Kaffee, Müsli, Haferflocken, Säfte, usw. Alles war perfekt

• Cathrin (5/5): Durchschnittliches Appartment, was ich jedoch insbesondere aufgrund der schlechten Kommunikation kein zweites Mal buchen - Die Nähe zum Flughafen München und die Größe des Appartments. Wir hatten zweimal über Booking geschrieben, wann wir im Hotel ankommen. Generell wurde auf meine Nachrichten per Booking nicht geantwortet. Trotzdem war niemand dort und wir mussten versuchen jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen. Der Fahrer, der Telefondienst hatte, war dann jedoch bemüht. Das Bett war extrem durchgelegen und hat die Nacht weniger angenehm gemacht. Der Flughafen Shuttle war morgens um 05:00 15 Minuten zu spät. Da gerade bei Flügen zu frühen Morgenstunden weniger Puffer eingebaut wird, war das weniger schön und sorgte für Stress auf unserer Seite.

• Lisa L. (10/5): Great Close to Airport Lodging - Aly was so helpful when we couldn't figure out where to go for the shuttle. It had been an extremely difficult travel day for us, so when he offered to come get us himself, it brought much needed relief. He is kind and curious. The hotel itself isn't real special, but very clean and perfect for when one is flying out the following day. I will definitely use this hotel when I find my way to Rome again.

• Blaž (8/5): - Zelo velika soba. Čistoča na nivoju. Hladilnik, krožniki, kozarci, pribor in mikrovalovna pečica so prišli zelo prav, da si lahko narediš kak sendvič ali pa pogreješ hrano. Zelo dober javni promet, do centra oz. letališča. Parkirišče za doplačilo, pričakoval bi navadno parkirno mesto, ne pa da je bilo treba stiskati avto med kante za smeti in živo mejo, ker ni bilo nikjer drugje prostora.

• Mona (8/5): Gut ausgestattete Appartments in ruhiger und zugleich verkehrsgünstiger Umgebung - Einwandfrei sauber, ruhige und grüne Umgebung, bequemes Bett, Bad und Küche waren gut ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Rollläden ausgestattet, was nachts sehr angenehm ist. Das Personal war super freundlich. Der Kühlschrank hat kurze, aber häufige Kühlphasen, in denen er ein bisschen laut ist. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen ist dies nachts zu berücksichtigen. Zudem war der Parkplatz ziemlich voll, ich bin froh, dass ich den letzten Platz zu meinem Anreisezeitpunkt bekommen habe.
