• ketevan (7/5): While the apartment itself has potential thanks to its location, quietness, and comfort, the late and poorly handled che - Excellent location, close to the center and tram line, with a beautiful large park right across the street. The apartment is very quiet day and night, nicely decorated, beds are comfortable with good mattresses, and the linens were of very good quality. The biggest issue was the check-in. Despite informing the host well in advance that we would arrive early (and that one of the guests was 6 months pregnant), the apartment was still not ready even by the official check-in time of 4 PM. Cleaning was only finished after 5 PM. The host suggested that we could enter the apartment and wait inside while the cleaner finished, but after a 20-hour journey we needed proper rest, not to sit in the apartment together with a stranger still cleaning — so this was not an acceptable option. At the morning, After refusing early check-in, we asked if we could at least leave our luggage in the apartment from the morning, but the host also refused and He told us that there was no storage box for our suitcases at home (as if we couldn't leave them in the room) and offered to leave them in the city, in storage boxes. Because of issue with check in, wewaited outside in the rain for over an hour. When we finally entered, the apartment was not properly cleaned: there were cobwebs, dust, and even hair left behind on surfaces and glasses. The entire place had a very unpleasant odor that never went away, forcing us to keep the windows open even at night. For the fifth guest, no bedding, towels, or pillows were prepared — these were delivered several hours later. This caused additional stress after a 20-hour journey when all we needed was rest. Instead of going to sleep, we waited for them to bring us sheets and towels.

• Fernando (9/5): Superb - The apartment was really spacious and bright, thanks to the big widows and the big doors connecting the different rooms. Also, the kitchen was nice, and the bathrooms were very good too. When we arrived, the keys to the apartment were in no place to be found, and the host wasn't very helpful, we had to wait 1 hour until we could enter the place.
