• Villerius (4/5): Verblijf viel tegen. - niet veel Bij binnenkomst vieze geur. De dekbedhoes en de dekens waren niet schoon, niet prettig om als nieuwe gast te gebruiken. Het verblijf is niet gratis. er is geen gesloten kast. De dekens liggen in de open kast en vangen veel stof op. De badkamer en speciaal de douchecabine is niet schoon. Over het algemeen blijft er veel te wensen over de schoonmaak. Geven aan dat als er iets is kan je bellen, maar wij hebben dat geprobeerd maar er is niemand komen kijken. Er was maar alleen een prullenbak in de badkamer en er was geen zeep. De slaapbank mag een schoonmaakbeurt krijgen. De flat op zich is goed. Zeker als er goed schoongemaakt wordt.

• Andrés (10/5): Excelente - Todo estaba prefecto, todo estaba limpio, muy bien equipado de fácil acceso, tal vez un poco lejos del centro pero tiene dos estaciones del metro a 5 minutos caminando , ósea que está muy bien conectado. En si todo estaba perfecto.

• Tania (3/5): La ubicación y los comentarios positivos hicieron decidirme, pero francamente no fue lo esperado - La ubicación, cerca de una parada de metro y cerca en coche del aeropuerto EL sofá cama del salón estaba muy deteriorado, no podía abrirse bien. La parte del sofá estaba muy sucia, con manchas enormes en los asientos. No pudimos llegar a usarlo, así que plazas para dormir no fueros 6, sino 4. Uno de los baños no funcionaba la luz, lo comuniqué al anfitrión pero no me devolvió respuesta alguna. La limpieza de los baños, en concreto las mamparas, estaban llenas de lamparones y en el baño principal se inundaba la ducha al usarla. Las camas crujen mucho, es ruidoso y las toallas son de poliéster 100%
• sonia (10/5): - Tudo sem nada,apontar. .casa super cómoda, limpinha,tudo basico que precisamos..facilidade estacionamento..recomendo muito! Nada de mais apontar..a tv do quarto não ligava,e 1 casa d banho n tinha luz..mas tv pouco precisamos,e casa d banho usou se n mesma..

• Guest (9/5): Just right, but need to better getting in touch w property owner. - After a long travel and it being so hot in Spain, coming to this booking that had excellent A/C and great shower pressure was sooooooo relaxing. I slept so good. Apartment was very clean, near a Dia and metro so it was easy to move around. Would stay again. Only living room and twin beds unit have A/C unit, the full bed does not. Would add or a fan at least. The couch had a lot of stains from previous guest I suppose, was a bit of a turn off. No elevator which is ok because the apt is on the first floor (2nd to some ppl) so if you have a lot of luggage it will be a pain. Also I tried calling owner to open door but they didn’t answer, call wasn’t going thru and number is non existent in WhatsApp, thank god tenants were around to let me in.
• Raquel (9/5): - Todos Estaba todo muy bien. Lo único, que no hay es ascensor para la persona que lo necesite.
• Manosk (8/5): Value for money - Spacious apartment, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, Great value for money. Not close to center but there's a metro station on a 5 min distance. Hot water in shower all the time and good water pressure which is usually a problem in hotels/apartments. We only needed it for sleep.and shower so for that was overall a great choice. -Lack of face towels (we were given the next day after request). -No shampoo at showers (and no soap at one of the bathrooms). -There was no change of body towels for 5 days of staying.
• Charlotte (6/5): basic but pleasant - Location good, near metro, nice little bar on the corner. Bit of confusion about collecting the keys, we were meant to phone a number but that phone was switched off. Fortunately the main door opened and we could get the keys from the safe using the code. The apartment smelled of cigarettes. The mattresses were too soft. But it was clean and pleasant apart from this.

• Kelly (10/5): Luminoso - Good location, close to, yet away from the busiest areas. It's quiet a roomy. The kitchen was a huge bonus. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We had a small issue with access. The phone number given to call to enter the building was incorrect and the keys to the apartment were not in the lock box. Turns out the cleaning crew was running about an hour late. We were finally able to gain access just after 5 pm.
