• Janice (1/5): Nice owner but would avoid. We moved out to anoth property - Nothing. We arrived at approx 3pm and were unable to access the property. We were stranded outside on the street with no house number. I was really anxious as the owner did not answer his phone straight away and it took residents on the street to help. When the owner arrived he said he thought we were coming at 3am the next day. I told dont know why he should have thought this. The flat has 41 steps to get to it which are steep. It has a ice cooler fan which was inadequate for the apartment and ice was not provided just some cooler blocks which you use in cool bags. The owner said past clients has burnt the furniture smoking so everything had sheets over which were not sparking and neither was the bedding. But the owner is a really nice man. Nothing
• Waleed (1/5): Nightmare 0/ 10 my evaluation - Bad bad nothing to like it is a real disaster,better to find somewhere else Disaster a real disaster When I saw the property I was like what is this , how could such property got high review it is nightmare The bedding is worn out wrinkled greyish colour ,every thing was literally so bad ( very steep stairs ,no air conditioning and hot weather ) ,I asked them if there is a chance to cancel my reservation ( I booked 6 nights ) or at least deduct one night and refund the others they refused, so I scarified my whole payment for 6 night ant left the property and booked in another hotel .

• Inozemtsev (10/5): If you want to feel real and old Istanbul and you have some Romanism in you - this is the place. - It is very atmospheric building. Old and romantic. If you like terraces with a lot of fresh air - this is the place. High potential. Some additional efforts should be applied to improve cleanliness. There is a gas oven so kitchen appliances and surfaces should be cleaned every time.
