• Helene Anna (1/5): Ich würde nicht wiederkommen. - Nichts. Die Unterkunft ist im Erdgeschoss, es war extrem laut und zwar die ganze Nacht! Handwerker die Morgens um 5Uhr rumhämmern im Zimmer nebenan. Kinder die rumschreien. Wir konnten kaum schlafen. Es hatte nur eine WC Rolle, dass Zimmer wurde 4 Tage nicht geputzt, das Schlüsselsystem sehr mühsam, nur einen Schlüssel und viele Codes. Es war neimand da als wir ankammen, mussten alles selbst herausfinden.

Me gustó la ubicación, cercano a estación de metro y solo a 3 o 4 estaciones de la Catedral del Duomo. Buen sector Pase frío en la noche, le faltaron frazadas

• Hanneke (8/5): Fijn verblijf. - Fijne warme douche en fijne bedden. Ook met de metro ben je zo in het stadscentrum. Er is een koffie en water automaat. De koelkast op de kamer is ook fijn voor water. Check in gegevens kregen we pas op de dag zelf toen we voor de deur stonden. Persoonlijk had ik die liever 1 dag eerder gehad.

• Vincenzina (2/5): Disappointing.i have raised a complaint as we chose this property based on the fact it had three beds! On arrival there - Location Cleanliness. Description said that there was three beds in the unit when in fact there was only two!

Mislim da je za ono što nam se nije dopalo ovoga puta kriv Booking, koristimo jako često usluge, i ovoga puta poruke koje smo slali su kasno poslate ili nisu uopšte otišle ka smeštaju, takođe mapa je bila pogrešna, kada smo sleteli, koristili smo nju da nas dovede, odvela nas je četiri ulice od smeštaja..

• Jeneview (10/5): Small but Spot-On! - The room was definitely small, but since I booked it for one person, it made complete sense—and it was just right for my needs. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a surprisingly spacious wardrobe, which was a big plus. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the city center. A great choice for a solo stay in Milan! I honestly can’t think of anything I disliked.

It is better to add a simple introduction of how many doors need to be opened. 1st door main entrance to be opened by telephone call. 2nd door Casati door to be opened by 6 digital password. 3rd door room door to be opened by 4 digital password.

• Ahmet (1/5): It is not to worth to pay that money. - location Heating system is reall bad, there is only a cheap AC, it is not even warming up the room with 30 degrees set up. Hot water last no more than 10 minutes, 2 people cannot take a shower one by another. The refregerator is so small, it has very very tiny freezer.

• Gaby (8/5): Lovely little place, good for couples. - It’s very close to the metro station and walkable to Centrale station. Good shops round the area and some amazing places for food too. The walls are thin, so you can hear the room next door if they are loud, and you can hear people in the communal area if they are on speaker phone.

When the apartment main door was opened and closed the smell permeated into our room. Made worse if used the air conditioning. Smell improved when bins emptied. This was beyond the apartment owners control but not pleasant.

It is border line is you plan to stay alone for 1 night only - the location is in Milan downtown very convenient, close to central rail station and metro the room was quite small especially compared to the pictures showed in Booking.com. Dimensions were not specified. The check in is completely un-manned. Instructions were provided clearly but it is an odd process, there is no contact with the owner besides some text messages.

• Malak (8/5): Great Location, Clean room. - The location is amazing and is surrounded by alot of stores and very nice restaurants. The room was clean and it had a smart TV and air conditioner. The room is super small so we had to maneuver with our luggage a bit but manageable. Also no one came to clean our room.

At street side door two choices ring local number to buzz open main gate. Sometimes did not work. Owner knew this and left backup key in lockbox on pole in street. When go to get key box may be stinky from dog pee as on floor. Not nice. Had to use at least 3 times. Interior main door had lock access code. Okay but could do with a light over door to see to enter code. Tea and coffee facilities were in hallway. Only 2 cups for upto 6 rooms!! Bit poor. Two cups ceramic. Lot of plastic cups but cannot use in nespresso machine as they melt due to hot liquid. Happened to me once there.
• Marc (10/5): Well situated room in great condition and superb real time communication with the host. - The location is right off a main thoroughfare among dozens of restaurants and shops and one block from a main Metro stop. The property is accessed through a secure gate, then suite door, and then a key lock box, all easy to navigate. The room is in great shape and provided enough comfort to act as our hub visiting Milan for 3 days (then on to Verona by bus). I can’t think of anything that would have improved our visit!
• Curtis (8/5): Great location, friendly hosts. - The location is very good. Loads available to walk to, and there is public transportation close by. The room and bathroom were quite clean. The owner was responsive and friendly when we needed help. Finding the place was a challenge. Part of that is our fault for not using WhatsApp as much as Europe, but there should be a better sign at the street. We met another couple at the entry and explained to them what we had to call the owner for.

• Susan (7/5): It was a clean place to stay. - The location. The staff was helpful. The room image on the Internet appeared much larger, this room was very small, the bed took up the room. No need for a fridge, there was no place in the room to sit and have a glass of wine. The room and bathroom were very clean. There should be a safe in the room.

The unit is accessible through the courtyard separated from the street with heavy gate. Every time to access the property you need to call provided European phone number to open the gate to the courtyard. Communication with host through messaging only.
