Steven (9/5): - Great room in a perfect location, close to everything we needed. Housekeeping was excellent, and room was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible, it was impossible to do your make-up and for my husband to shave.

Abbeygael (10/5): Valued for money and great stay and near to some good cafes. - I don't often write reviews most of the times is feedback for not so great things to improve on but this I must say it warrants a good review. The staff were absolutely amazing. Very warm and welcoming, smile on their faces and always willing to help. I had to heat up my wheat heat bag for 2 mins, many times and they were very happy and accommodating. Our rooms were both serviced every day, rubbish was emptied which was so convenient as we were in and out because of family funerals we were in Sydney for. We had a wonderful stay, very central to where we needed to go and free carpark.

Nick (8/5): Brilliant stay while travelling with small humans - the room was perfect! - Size of the king room with a family of 4 was awesome. Leaving a little birthday present for our 1 year old that our whole family to enjoy was AMAZING! Overall a fantastic stay, the convenience of being next to west hq is second to none. We'll be back for sure! The coffee at breakfast out of the automated machine was almost cold.

Dirty marked walls in the hallways, what looked like a vomit stain on the carpet. People’s room service trays left outside in the hallways. My room had a dirty towel left in the bathroom and the toilet was not clean.

(Early check in as we travelled far and arrived early) The bed and pillows were super comfy. Close to venue (at the Coliseum theatre) Easy check out. Hot water took ages to work that night. But that said had rectified by about 10pm and the lorning was fine

Restaurant is okay , but across the road more variety of restaurants. Its worth a stay again . not updated power points and no free water or milk. A bit out dated but it is still pleasant stay.

Christine (7/5): Comfort and convenience - absolutely ideal when competing at SGAC. - The location was ideal as our son was competing very close to the venue. We could return to the room to rest between events which was fantastic! The breakfast was OK but not a good gluten free section, which we really like when we stay at the Novotel at Sydney Olympic Park - so we were disappointed that it wasn't a standard Novotel feature. The in-room dining wasn't great ... we were disappointed with the standard of the food for the price and the limited gluten free options.

The building next door had multiple restaurant options which was handy for pur large sporting group as well as the Timezone arcade which was handy for the kids. The pool was in a different building which was a walk through the carpark, it was busy and not available most of the time due to public swimming lessons.

Jessica (9/5): - Location and facilities at Novotel Sydney Blacktown were excellent! The gym facility they arranged through the precinct was awesome. We definitely enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and all the active facilities nearby. We were there for a sports event, and it was the perfect spot for convenience and comfort. It’s a bit dated but it’s was fine comfortable.

Ro (8/5): Nice motel, a bit far from anything. - The room was well decorated. There were good modern facilities. Tea and coffee and free soft drinks x2. The room was clean and well maintained. I went to take my child to the pool twice once on evening and was closed and once on morning and there were swimming lessons on and we couldn’t swim. You have to walk across street out of building to use public pool.
