• Andreas (10/5): Great experience, top notch furnitures and home appliances, good quality amenities..... - Very easy There is construction project on going in Astrum building, just across the unit, and also some noises from train and traffic, but they are minimum compared to other places we had been staying so far.

• Archie (4/5): Decent for Transit, But Needs Upkeep. - Ideal location for a quick rest or transit stop. The two side-by-side parking spaces were a huge plus, and self check-in made our late arrival effortless. Decent for Transit, But Needs Upkeep. Okay for a night’s rest, but could be much better with small upgrades.
• Riikka (9/5): Perfect place even for longer stay - Really nice and comfortable apartment. There is a washing machine with drying feature. The sofa was bigger than you usually see and you can make a bed out of it, so the apartment fits four people. TV was huge! You can log in with your own Netflix account. Location is great, few minutes from the metro station. There is a shopping mall downstairs with some good shops and restaurants. This was our third time here and we’ll come back if we ever come back to KL. The bed was a bit small and hard even I prefer hard beds. The kitchen chairs were uncomfortable. No detergent and no drying rack. No water filter. All these are minor things but maybe easy to change :)

• Halimah (8/5): Very good - Nice view. Staff not efficient. No keys (card) in the mailbox, had to call the staff and wait for the cleaner to come down to pass the keys which take a while.

• Norazamharun (5/5): Nice unit but i could not stand the noise of the train every 15 minutes during peak hours. - The location is strategic in the city center with LRT station and shopping complex are within the vicinity. Well secured and new facilities. I'm overwhelmed with the noise from the LRT which is very loud starting from 5 am. Even though the unit is further up but the sound is accumulated at the center of the 3 blocks of building and its echoing. Parking lot can be challenging to find like a maze and the number is so small at the floor.

• Liyana (6/5): Pleasant - This is the 4-5th time we stayed here. Easy self cheked in, deposit returned in 3 days. Comfortable stay for family. This time,when we open the door, there was strong unpleasant smell from this unit..the bathroom need scrubbing. Need to do something about the smell.. or else u will lose regular customer.
• Tina (8/5): Very good - Facilities are great and view from the swimming pool is incredible. Very convenient location as shopping mall is located below the complex with everything you need and train to the city is only four stops away. Room is modern, large and has all amenities. Deposit required before check in - I paid the deposit but this did not registered through the system and no self check in details were provided which made it very difficult when I arrived. Room wasn’t very clean stains on sofa and carpets and very bad odour coming from the bathroom.

• Firas (9/5): Easy access location, clean facilities, and new unit. - Overall, the apartment and the building were newly built. The unit was clean and has all the necessities needed. The check-in and out were smooth. I do like the facilities in the building, mainly the swimming pool with awesome view. The location is an added advantage. The building is connected to light rail train LRT, and there is a shopping centre as well at the same building. I definitely will book here again. Overall, it was a good stay here, except a little bit of noise from a new building construction next to the datum.

So if you are not local you won't be able to move in. Staying so, they have a 100% cancelation fee. So after you won't be able to check in, they will charge you a 100% cancelation fee. So this is the scam listing that needs to be removed from booking. Be avare
