• Paula (5/5): El peor anfitrión que he tenido. - Para poder ingresar el anfitrión me envío un link que se supone funcionaba con el internet del lugar, sin embargo en la puerta del edificio el internet ofrecido no tenía alcance. Al contactar al anfitrión, este fue muy grosero al indicarme que debia comprar una tarjeta esim para entrar al edificio ya que que según el "no es recurrente que haya huéspedes sin datos móviles en pleno 2025". No tuvo absolutamente ninguna disposición a ayudar más que recomendarme donde comprar una tarjete esim. Yo habitualmente viajo con datos móviles para uso de redes sociales y llamadas por whatsapp ya que nunca había necesitado algo así para poder acceder al alojamiento, ya que lo razonable siempre es que el alojamiento lo provea. En cuanto al alojamiento en si, había escaso equipamiento en la cocina, debajo de la cama estaba muy sucio, lleno de polvo. El televisor jamás funcionó porque requería internet y por más que ingresé de forma manual la clave, nunca se conectó por lo que no fue posible usarlo.
• Karina (9/5): Excelente estadía en Madrid - La ubicación es excelente,el departamento es tal cual las fotos,las camas muy cómodas,viajamos en familia 4 adultos y estábamos perfectos. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la puerta del baño,es corrediza y se quedaba atascada,un poco incomodo.

• montse (8/5): - La ubicación era perfecta. A 15 minutos andando al centro y supercerca del metro. El apartamento está correcto para alejarte unos dias No hay calefacción centralizada, hay aire acondicionado con bomba de calor en la zona de dormitorio, pero no en el baño.

• Lucía (3/5): Disappointing. Stressful. - The location was very good. Actually, we are going to put a formal complain to the customer service. We contacted room to rent and told them that the room wasn't as advertised. It was dirty, dark, the smell of dirty tuberies or something. The heating didn't work after 1 use. There were black long hairs in the pillows, with stains, disgusting.The hot water in the shower just had capacity for 1 person and it was cold after it. The walls were all dirty with stains in the kitchen, the noises at night were tremendous. My sister and I rented this place because we wanted a place to relax our trip was for a very difficult situation, and it was nothing as advertised. This is against the law. It advertises as just reformed and that is a total lie. It was horrible. We want our money back. You can't be advertising something that it is a total lie. We will not stop until we get our money back. The reviews, many, says the same and some from 2023 complaining about the same issues! Nothing done. We are so dissapointed!. It is a fraud. Against European consumer laws. We will be posting this everywhere as we feel totally ignored by the persons we were chatting to on WhatsApp while in the apartment.
• Natalia José (8/5): - El lugar era pequeño para cuatro personas pero sin embargo tenia todo lo necesario para que la estadía fuese comoda. Estaba todo bastante limpio. Y quienes lo alquilan fueron muy atentos cuando necesitamos contactarnos con ellos

• Rodrigo (8/5): - Espacio amplio y luminoso, cama y sillón cómodos. Muy cómodo el sistema de llaves para ingresar y dejar la unidad. El control remoto de la tv no tenía pilas y las mesitas ratonas del living tenían las patas rotas.

• juarez (10/5): - La zona donde está ubicado el departamento, la comodidad, bien equipado con lavarropa, el sistema de apertura de las puertas. La ducha un poco pequeña y un poco incómoda. Pero todo funcionando perfecto, así que es algo sin suma importancia.

• Ricardo (8/5): Good location in an old building. Without any view. - The location is great. Good bathroom. Difficulties with the system to open the exterior and interior door. If you do not have internet at the time you cannot enter the property. The WiFi password was incorrect.

• Ralitsa (6/5): It was ok. - The location was very good and the apartment was clean. The bed was very comfortable but the extendable sofa - not comfortable. The water in the bathroom was great and very hot. We also liked that there were black-out curtains, and the kitchen was nice. What made the stay not so nice is that the electricity went out 5-6 times a day whenever we wanted to turn the AC on. And the AC had to be on because it was very cold when we arrived. So we had to turn on and off the buttons for the electricity multiple times a day. Importantly, if the electricity went out while we were out, then the electronic key to open the door did not work. We tried contacting the host to get the electricity problem fixed but no one came. It was very annoying. Another thing was that the drain in the shower was very very clogged. If those two problems did not exist, the loft would have been perfect for 3 people.
• David (1/5): Disaster. - The room was so cold that I did not stay overnight. They offered to come the next day and check things, but this was unsatisfactory. So I left and have been trying to get a refund. It was cold, very cold. I could not get on the internet. I did exchange some messages and phone calls, but all they offered was to come the next day and check things out (no time given). I considered it uninhabitable. And after a while, even while they were still charging fo the room, they ceased replying to my messages.

• Sian (9/5): Good location, great communication, well-equipped apartment. Many thanks - we had an enjoyable stay! - We were very impressed with the communication from the host. And the smart locks on the street, and on the apartment door, made for an easy stay.
