• Stephen (10/5): Convenient location and excellent host - The apartment is conveniently located -- near a major commercial/retail area, close to numerous good restaurants, walking distance to many enjoyable flamenco venues, and only a few steps to the bus stops for the important routes to the Alhambra and the Albaicín neighborhood. I single out for special mention the exemplary hospitality and helpfulness of the host, Brenda, who quickly answered various requests for tourist information (remote communication was no problem, as the dialogue via the booking.com/messaging function was expeditious and responsive), and who arranged our departure taxi to the airport. The photos in the booking.com listing give an accurate representation of the facilities. One caution: Folks intending to use the sofa bed in the living room in the first-floor Apartment with Balcony where we stayed should be aware that some late night street noise from a nearby bar penetrates the windows and the drapes, and may be a problem for a light sleeper.

It was clean which is something I really check. The flat looked recently refurbished. We didn’t cooked in the flat, just had breakfast and it has what we needed.

• David (10/5): Great stay, great location - We received very good instructions for check in from our host, Brenda. She also provided many recommendations for eating/entertainment during our stay. This was a very comfortable apartment for the two of us. We didn’t cook, but there is a small kitchen. We brought food back a couple of times and enjoyed the dining area. The balcony was small, but large enough for a chair. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower one of the best. We used the washing machine several times. The wifi was good. There is a bar right downstairs that gets loud, but the bedroom isn’t on that side of the apartment. With the bedroom door shut you don’t hear any noise. We would definitely stay here again! There was nothing we didn’t like.

• YING (10/5): 很满意 - 住了四晚，地理位置距离大教堂700米左右，去坐小火车或是到阿尔拜辛区上观景台都步行可达。周围餐馆很多、超市也不少，去阿尔罕布拉宫走几步就有公交车。这家民宿提供了小点心、冰箱小食、调味品，以及各种民宿需要的物品，是我此次旅行中四家民宿中生活最方便的一家。主人尽管未曾谋面，但网上交流很迅捷。要说吵，边上有家生意兴隆的酒吧，周末会热闹到深夜，但对我们没有太多影响 每住两晚，最好能来换一下毛巾和垃圾袋

It is modern but retains character and is tastefully appointed. Brenda was helpful in many ways before and until the end of my stay.

It isn’t the biggest deal and it certainly doesn’t change our minds about the place but it would have been good to know that our apartment had no view/balcony. We usually like to enjoy the balcony space for a coffee or afternoon tea but ours didn’t have that. Perhaps contacting the owner when you book to ensure that is available would be good if that is something that is important to you too. It doesn’t change our minds about the place though - great option and we’d do it again.

We didn’t like the noise from the bar downstairs. We also struggled with parking, as there was nothing available nearby.

It is a great apartment with everything we need: good location, elevator, interesting design, clean and spacious room, kitchenette, washing machine (with washing powder prepared!) a big fridge (where we find milk and juice, butter and jam, cold cups and ice cubes), balcony, spacious bathroom with air exchanging system, and many useful advice from Brenda (and her colleagues maybe). • Judy (9/5): Very spacious apartment with lots of extras - A very spacious apartment in a great location for getting around Granada. Fantastic communication from the host prior and during our stay which was appreciated. A long list of things to do and where to eat and a recommendation for the bar next door which was fantastic and often very busy with mainly locals. The apartment is very large and there are lots of extras provided including chilled beer mugs in the freezer. We ate in and it was easy to prepare a meal and a great size dining table. Washing machine is in the bathroom and there is a laundromat downstairs if you needed a dryer but there is a good drying rack provided. E lock option on your phone was great too. There are 4 steps up to the lift but these are clearly shown in the photos and not uncommon and we had heavy bags but managed easily, just to note. We chose an apartment that was on the side and consequently didnt have a lot of natural light, would be great in the height of summer as it would be cool, although there is aircon. There are other apartments that face the street and these would have had more light, contact the host prior to booking would be my recommendation if this is important to you. It didnt impact on our stay though and we would come again.

The host was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions and helping us with any issues that arose. We received a fantastic list of recommended restaurants and supermarkets from them, and every place we tried from the list was excellent. The host even went above and beyond to help us with our luggage problem—since we had large bags that were inconvenient to carry while visiting the Alhambra. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and support! As for the apartment itself, the rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed in stylish wooden tones. Everything is quiet and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom is large, the living area is spacious, and the overall atmosphere is just perfect. We were in walking distance to everything- the cathedral, Plaza Nueva, bus stops, etc. It was also in an excellent part of town that was fun to explore and wander in and if itself- beautiful hidden alley ways, squares and fountains, tapas bars and coffee shops. We also felt very safe staying there despite its central and busy location. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for two. Having a kitchen that also had a washer was very convenient. The bar next door was busy late into the night. We loved it but someone wanting quiet at that hour may not. Construction in the building next door for a couple of days was loud but is not the fault of the property we stayed in. We would have loved some instructions on the use of the stove etc and some extra paper towels would have been better.

• Murray (10/5): This is probably one of the nicest short term rentals I have ever stayed in. - This property is very well located to see everything in Granada. It’s done in industrial chic and looks like a lot of thought has gone into making the place functional and beautiful. It looks new and had everything you could possibly need for your stay including coffee, cream and sugar plus some breakfast items. They also offered some eating recommendations that were great and close by. To top it off they have a laundromat next door that will store your luggage while you spend your last few hours exploring the city. I would definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Granada. It doesn’t have a view but we knew that before booking.

• Roula (9/5): Would book again! - The location was excellent! The room was spacious and felt very new. The treats were very thoughtful. Coffee was not that good. Only bad thing. Also, TV not hooked up to basic channels.
• Deborah (10/5): Would definitely recommend. - Host provided the codes for the building and apartment before we arrived. Prior communication with host was excellent and they allowed us to get in a little earlier as it was ready to be occupied. This certainly helped us as we didn't need to put our luggage in storage until check in. The apartment is in a great location on the main road up to the Alhambra - the bus stop is diagonally opposite the apartment. There are plenty of amenities around and only a short walk to the main street. Others have complained about the noise from the bar next door but we didn't have any issues at all. Bed was comfortable and bathroom good. Plenty of great local restaurants close to the apartment. It was all good.
• Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable visit. The location was ideal, just a short walk from many famous attractions and restaurants in Granada. The person in charge of the apartment was very kind, allowed us to early check in and provided us with snacks and capsules of coffee. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this place.
