• Kerry (8/5): Lovely view and location - The apartment is in a great location, everything in Venice is easy walking distance. The train station is 10 minutes away, and St Mark's Square about 20 minutes walk away. The beautiful Grand Canal is amazing to watch, the windows that look out are wonderful. I really like the bustle of the canal, it may not be for everyone. The noise from traffic and people is continuous throughout the night. The apartment is fairly basic, but covers all that you may need for a short stay. The lack of cleaning materials are a little disappointing. The noise may be an issue for some. Venice streets can be narrow and not well lit, so this could be a worry for some. The bed is memory foam, so naturally lumpy in places, with pillows that need replaced.

• Katalin (8/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, bolt, éttermek, vaporetto nagyon könnyen elérhető. A szallas eléréséhez nem kell lépcsőt használni, az utcáról nyílik, földszint. Az utca nagyon csendes, mert a csatornában végződik, így senki nem jár rajta. Az ablakok a csatornára néznek, amin rengeteg hajó jár, nagyon érdekes látvány, nagyon szerettük. A szállást magas ára ellenére nem fejlesztik. A zuhanykabin régi, elhasznalt. A szilikon penészes, pedig pár perc alatt ki lehetne cserélni. A fürdőben az egyetlen tárolási lehetőség egy keskeny üvegpolc. Több akasztó és több tarolo felület kellene. Zuhanynal egy kis tusfurdo tartó kosár jól jönne, sokkal kényelmesebb lenne a zuhanyzás. Az ágyrács többször szetesett, de a matrac megfelelő volt.

• Lucy (10/5): A little gem! Good location. Great value for money. I would choose to stay here again! - Great value for money. Lovely quiet location with views of the canal. Easy access to the station, vaporetta and supermarket & restaurants very close by. Clean apartment, good cooking facilities, comfy bed and soft towels. Very good communication from the owner/agent.

• shmuel (10/5): מצויין - נוף יפה מהחלון והמקום שוקק חיים ומעניין, וברור כשיש פעילות יש קצת רעש ואת זה חיפשתי בונציה ולא איזה רחוב שקט ולא מעניין , ואם סוגרים את החלון זה אטום ואין רעש כלום
• FRANCISCA (9/5): Excelente ubicación - Me encantó el barrio dónde se encontraba el alojamiento. El apartamento tenía todo aquello que puedas necesitar en el día a día. Aceite, azúcar. café... Por poner un pero diría que el colchón quizás un poquito blando però se dormia perfectamente y ademés la ropa de cama ideal per a abrigar-nos porque el día era un poco fresquito. Me encantó las vistas desde la ventana. No puedo decir nada que no me gustara.
• Nerea (8/5): Estancia muy agradable, repetiría sin duda - La ubicación del lugar muy buena, bastante cerca de la zona más céntrica caminando asi como cerca de parada de vaporetto para poder movernos con facilidad. La cocina contaba con utensilios básicos para poder hacer alguna comida en el apartamento. Y nos dejaron entrar un poco antes para dejar las maletas. ¡Y las vistas al canal preciosas! En algunos utensilios de cocina les faltaba un poco de limpieza, y al estar justo enfrente del canal, algunos días pronto por la mañana ya se escuchaba el ruido y pitidos de los barcos por el canal. Por lo demás todo bien.

• Alejandra Anaisa (10/5): Excepcional - Fue muy facil acceder a la habitación, la encontramos facilmente con el maps y estando ahi el anfitrión abrió remotamente. La habitación estaba muy limpia e incluso olía muy bien. La vista al canal es hermosa, nos sentimos realmente en Venecia! Puedes escuchar el movimiento del agua del canal. Proporcionaron cosas basicas como cafe, azucar, aceite y servilletas, excelente para iniciar tu mañana. Todo excelente
• Christine (9/5): Zicht op Canal Grande was héél mooi! - We hadden een schitterend zicht op Canal Grande! Er was geen enkel persoonlijk contact, deur gaat automatisch open bij aankomst. Gewoon een Whatsappje bij aankomst en deur zoemt open. ‘s Avonds wilden we even naar het tv-nieuws kijken, maar neen! TV werkte niet, we vroegen elke dag (via whatsapp natuurlijk) om een oplossing, en die kwam er nooit.

• Nikolas (7/5): - Die Lage direkt am Canal Grande, fast auf Höhe des Wasserspiegels, mit Blick den Canal und den Schiffahrtsverkehr, bei Sonne auch mit Sonnenuntergang vom Fenster aus gesehen, war sehr speziell bzw. sicher einmalig. Andererseits ist man da natürlich mit der entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse konfrontiert, woran man sich zu gewöhnen hat, auch an den Umstand, dass vor der Wohnung auch eine Anlegestelle für Transportschiffe ist, die Waren zustellen. Gut ist auch, dass die Anlegestellte für Vaporetti nahe liegt und zahlreiche Gastronomie in der Umgebung zu finden ist.

• Ricardo (8/5): - Era un espacio amplio , pueden quedarse 4 personas, estaba la cocina equipada, la ventada con vista al canal es maravilloso es muy bonito para ver y está cerca cerca de la estación de trenes solo tienes que pasar un puente, lo que lo hace muy fácil para cuando llevas maletas y cerca hay la vía principal con tiendas y restaurantes Si hay algo de ruido de los barcos pero nada del otro mundo , con las ventanas cerradas duermes muuuy tranquilo
• Michele (9/5): Location can’t be beat! - Great location, and easy to get to from airport via Alilaguna. Easy to get to many sights, great places to eat and drink nearby, very quiet. Incredible view from the windows! There was no microwave which would have been helpful. Got a v informative email about the area the day before arrival. It would have been great to receive that sooner - perhaps when stay was charged.
• Svetlana (10/5): Un charme fou - La situation est parfaite, pas loin de la gare, mais dans une rue très calme. La vue est magnifique. L’appart est charmant et bien décoré. Les hôtes très efficaces, même si on ne les a pas vus. L’air conditionné coule un peu.

• Meredith (10/5): - The location was amazing. A really simple walk from the train station, at the end of a super quiet street with a view of the water. On one evening I got a takeaway Spritz and sat by the water next to the flat and just watched the boats go by. Flat itself was nice. Kitchen looked good but I didn't use it much as I ate out a lot (many restaurants/cafes nearby). Kettle included which is nice. Bed was comfy, bathroom fine. As with anywhere in Venice there was a slightly damp smell - owners have done their best with air fresheners etc.

• Sharon (10/5): Apartment, Location, View … 5 Star!⭐️ - Amazing apartment! Amazing Location! No stairs! Everything you need self contained unit. Look no further & it’s so close to the train station, just a short walk! We walked all over Venice & think this place is the best! The view from the apartment is bliss! We loved Rubino Flat Canal View! 5 Star!
• Rachel (5/5): Beatiful view in a good but very busy location - The view is exceptional from the two windows. Communication was also great. Friendly and extremely informative, with easy to follow instructions. The bed was very uncomfortable- you sink right down into the middle of it. The noise from the canals- it’s in an extremely busy position so constantly hear the ferry’s driving past, turning the corner and tooting horns. During the week they pull up in front of the windows for market food delivery (there is an alley immediately next to the property they use to transport it). This is as early as 6am. There is also a damp smell that though it’s tried to be disguised is still present especially when it’s been closed up. Also to note there is a kitchen to use but no tea towel or plug provided.

• Matteo (7/5): Good - Great position, fantastic view above water and nice flat. The position is simply great ... but extremely noisy, at 7 am you will have horns and engines in your room. Memory foam mattress: please change it, is the dummest technology ever.
• Roman (9/5): Superb - Amazing cosy apartment, location is perfect, close to the train station and to all the major attractions, breathing canal view from the windows. The staff is super polite and helpful. The mattress should definitely be changed, the right side of it is absolutely ruined.
• Gj_nz (4/5): Good view and location, but there are better options in Venice - The view & location were absolutely lovely. Being able to easily walk around Venice so close to the accomodation was greatly appreaciated, and looking out the window directly onto the grand canal was a rare treat The communication with the host left a lot to be desired. Check-in was slow as we had to wait outside a Ring doorbell for them to let us in. The upstairs neighbors were noisy at all hours. The room was inundated with flies which were incredibly difficult to get used to. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I had to take a cushion from the couch to put under the mattress to sleep. The shower door didn't close.

• Lisa (9/5): Amazing and would definitely come back. - The location was amazing and the view was INCREDIBLE. The host made the check in instructions very easy to follow. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The property had an odd smell. I’m not sure if it was because it was so close to the canal but there was a very prominent odd smell inside the property. I got used to it so it was okay but just something to note.

• Dziabu (10/5): Exceptional - ofc the view!! it is truly amazing to wake up and drink coffee by the window or wine in the evening. aparment is very clean, spacious and simple, like on pictures. you get what you booked (and that is great). it has everything you need (coffe, tea, shower gel/shampoo etc, air conditioner). this place is also very quiet and private (and that's not so common in Venice). it is close enough to the bus station (15min walk) and to the rialto bridge (also 15min walk) also contact with the owner is simple and easy, via whatsapp. he provides all needed informations for self check in and also some advices where to eat and what to see. i definitely want to come back there. and i would recommend this place to everyone. thank you for great stay!
• Margaret (10/5): Amazing place - Amazing location and view. Perfect for anyone who wants to live in the Jewish quarter, close to kosher amenities. The view from the window is amazing - with boats passing right in front of us! But at the same time if you need quiet, you can close the windows, and you don't hear a single thing. We also really appreciated that when we contacted the owners, asking if we could have an early check-in time, they tried their hardest to give us that. There was no guarantee, but in the end, we did get an early check-in time! And they were very patient with us when we had trouble finding the apartment (our fault, not theirs).

• Neil (9/5): Generally superb, made for a great trip. - Location superb : down a quiet well-lit alley just off the busy main street through the neighbourhood. Some waterbus-stops nearby. Also a post office and luggage storage. Manageable walk from the train station and bus stops. Water-level view from the windows straight out onto the busy Grand Canal. Property was warm dry and comfortable, no dampness. I spotted one or two mosquitoes, but dozy (mid-November) and not a problem. Good tv and wifi. Just nit-picking... We would have liked a microwave. There is a kettle, but it was not mentioned in the property description. So we packed a travel kettle, which we then didn't need (I have now spotted a kettle in one of the pics). Personally I would have provided bedside tables and lamps.
