• Sara (7/5): - El apartamento era espacioso y bien ubicado, playa cercana, restaurantes, el estadio y la estación al lado. La cocina está muy bien equipada y el apartamento cuenta con cosas para bebés como parque o trona. Las persianas silbaban ya que las ventanas no cerraban bien, tenía humedades en algunas de las habitaciones y uno de los somieres de las camas individuales estaba partido. Además, olía bastante a cañería desde que llegamos y cada vez que volvíamos o cerrabamos todo, teníamos que ventilar para que no fuera molesto.

El piso está muy bien, es amplio lo único que necesita algo más de mantenimiento No tiene parking y es una planta 11, se nos averió el ascensor en varias ocasiones y tuvimos que esperar con dos personas mayores. La maneta de baño estaba rota di aviso pero no pasaron a arreglarla.
• perparal (9/5): Apartamento cómodo, amplio y bien situado - Ubicación, ciudad con muy buen transporte público. Comodidad del apartamento, con camas para 8 personas y sofá. Instalaciones completas. Algunas deficiencias (pomo del baño roto, luz techo baño fundida). Quizás un aseo de cortesía iría bien, solo dispone de un cuarto de baño. Falta un armario en el dormitorio grande.

• Feride (4/5): - The appartment it was big and the kitchen war good 👍 The sheets aren't clean, there were hairs and stains on the sheets. All the rooms on the wall a lot of mold.
• Kamil (2/5): Sin desayunos y solo camas en los quartos - Localización Nos prometieron desayuno y nos dieron tostadas, dulces y té. Pedimos el reembolso del desayuno, han pasado dos semanas y no hemos recibido nada. Mucho espacio, pero en todos los quartos solo tenía camas. Nada más. El Água en el salón al lado de la ventana. La calidad no corresponde al precio.

• Oscar (1/5): No volveria a quedarme aqui. - Habia un olor a pescado muerto combinado con humedad intensa. El olor recorria todo el apartamento. No habian suficientes toallas para 6 personas. La ubicacion puesta en la plataforma esta incorrecta, haciendonos perder tiempo. El ambiente no se sentia limpio.

• Maria (4/5): - It has good localization, it is clean. - It started from problem with getting access code to the apartment, probably something went wrong with the deposit. - the owner of the apartment is not speaking English, communication is only via Whatsapp and it is taking him a very long time to respond. - We received instructions regarding breakfast only after our intervention. The owner messaged us, saying we should go to a restaurant about 15 minutes away. However, at that restaurant, they also didn’t speak English. When one of the guests helped us with translation, it turned out that they hadn’t received any information that we had paid for breakfast there. Due to very poor communication with the owner, it took us about 45 minutes and caused a lot of stress to clarify everything. - The apartment was rented for seven people, but there were only six chairs at the table. - While taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor gets wet because the glass wall is too narrow. - Towels are very small. -The door to the building is opened via an application, so it’s not possible to get inside if you don’t have internet access or if your mobile phone runs out of battery. - We didn't receive password to the internet and owner didn't answered on on our question regarding the password.

• BENOIT F J (2/5): Definitely not going back - The apartment itself if pretty but - one room door handle was broken, we almost got locked it twice. We informed them it was a safety issue and we wanted it fixed ASAP. Nobody came, they said they would come the next day but said we didn’t confirm so they wouldn’t come, but when we got back home it felt like someone had come in, but the door was not fixed. - coffee machine didn’t work. We ended up spending money to buy pods but it didn’t work, and they didn’t provide any replacement - the stay came with breakfast but they didn’t give us any. We were told to go to a restaurant 10 mins away on the 2nd day and the restaurant turned us away. They refunded us €35 for breakfast (for 5 people for 2 days, really? You’re telling me breakfast is only €3.5 pp per day?) - the washing machine had a door on the front that didn’t close, and kept opening into us making it difficult to work in the kitchen - the cupboard of the 1st room doesn’t open because of the bed. - bathroom door doesn’t have a lock. When shared by 5 adults it is inconvenient

Hay cosas que se podían mejorar, por ejemplo de cisterna de baño que había que darle varias veces para que dejara de echar agua, alguna de las camas sonaba en exceso o había un hueco muy grande en el techo junto a la puerta de entrada
• Diogo (1/5): This place is a scam. - DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Cleaning left a lot to desire, as you can see in the picture a dirty diaper was left in it. Also breakfast included was a lie, we were asked to fill a form with infornation, part of it breakfast information, however when later accesing this form that information (breakfast) was missing. When pressed about it, we got a response to go to a local shop and give the reservation number since the breakfast would be served there....THIS WAS NOT THE CASE !! The place has no idea of such arrangements, and we were not first people to show up there in the same situation. And we are more inclined to believe the local shop owners, who have started reporting this place to the authorities, than some people who hide behind an automation service like SmartRent.

• Tibor (2/5): - Nem kapunk kulcsot a lépcsőház bejárati ajtóhoz annak ellenére, hogy a zár a kapott alkalmazásból nem volt nyitható. Ezt természetesen jeleztük a megadott elérhetőségen, de nem tudtak kulcsot adni három nap alatt. Rossz érzés volt minden alkalommal úgy kimenni az ajtón, hogy nem tudtuk, vissza tudunk e menni. A szálláson folyamatosan csatorna szag volt. Emellett a falak nagyon vékonyak és az ablakok sem szigetelik a zajt. Az apartman a 11. emeleten van, mégis nagyon hangos volt. A kilátás inkább a városra néz, az ablakból sem a strand sem az óceán nem igazán látszik. Senkinek sem ajánlom.

• Checco_78 (1/5): - Nulla! La presenza di scarafaggi vivi dentro a un mobile della cucina che uscivano da un buco come da fotografia in allegato. La muffa sui muri, le lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi. Il palazzo molto vecchio e tenuto male. La proprietà Smart Rent non si è fidata della nostra segnalazione e ci ha chiesto delle fotografie degli scarafaggi, come se gli insetti aspettassero di mettersi in posa per una fotografia. La proprietà ci ha cambiato appartamento ma anche questo era tenuto male, struttura vecchia con mattonelle rotte, battiscopa scollati e lenzuola sporche. Area esterna condominiale sporca e con forte odore di urina.
• Isabel (7/5): Apartamento cómodo pero con carencias - Alojamiento moderno y útil para viajar en grupo El apartamento no estaba demasiado limpio y contaba con detalles que no han hecho la estancia tan cómoda como nos gustaría. En la ducha cuenta con dispensadores de gel y champú que directamente estaban vacíos. Por otro lado, el check out es a las 12 pero ha sido bastante incómodo que a las 11:55 esté la persona encargada de la limpieza tocando el timbre.

• Martagg94 (5/5): Muy normalito - El acceso fue muy sencillo mediante código. Fueron amables por whatsapp y la ubicación del apartamento es perfecta. La limpieza deja mucho que desear: lavabos y ducha atascados, el aire acondicionado con tubos abiertos desprendía un olor muy muy desagradable, nos encontramos una cucaracha en la cocina, etc. Desde luego para el precio que tiene deberían darle un buen repaso. Es cierto que cuando dijimos lo de los lavabos (e insistimos, porque no nos contestaron hasta pasados dos días) vinieron, pero tampoco fue una respuesta inminente.

• Elaine (1/5): Bad - Black mould in main bedroom everywhere along with a hole in the bedroom ceiling which was leaking water on to the floor. Mould behind bed in one of the other bedrooms. Smell of damp strong mould throughout the apartment. Overall, it was a horrendous apartment and would not recommend it!

Nowhere is mentioned that the flat is in the 11th floor (the house has 14 floors), to enter the building is only possible via application. There is no sea view from the flat like on the picture

• Dan (8/5): Very comfortable apartment a short distance from downtown Cadiz; comfortable beds and beach close by - They provided coffee pods, cereal and some bread for breakfast so some effort was made but I wouldn't stay at this location for the "free breakfast". The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, good bathroom shower and water pressure (sometimes not the case in an apartment tower!) and a great deal of sleeping bed options (so excellent for families of 4, 5 or 6. Unless you are familiar with the area, it is difficult to find a "location address" posted on the building. I would include additional directions to offer that the apartment entrance is between "the small corner store and the gelato store" or something more for the renters to find. This is the only reason I did NOT recommend the apartment more highly: the coded entrance system. You need a code to enter the apartment complex and of course another code to enter the actual apartment/door which is not entirely user friendly the first time you enter. We are in our mid-late 40's with kids and have NOT used this particular type of entrance system (many other coded types) but ultimately, with luggage in a strange spot, you want this aspect to be VERY SIMPLE! Not worried about wi-fi and your cell phone reception in the building, etc, etc. Meet your tenants at the apartment - out of respect to them - then you get a 5 star rating!
