I would not recommend staying here - Nothing Very disappointing stay – would not recommend We stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The apartment was not as described. It said it was “in the center,” but in reality it was in a bad area, far from the main attractions, and felt unsafe (more like the “center of the mafia” than the tourist center). The apartment was very poorly equipped: • Towels were not enough — we only had one towel per person for 6 days, with no face or hair towels. • There was no bath mat, so the bathroom floor was always wet. • No shower gel, no shampoo, not even enough toilet paper. • No trash bags provided for the bathroom bin. • The sheets and towels were very old, like they were brought from someone’s home — not hotel quality at all. • The water smelled strange. • The place was not clean, and there was no way to clean during the stay (no housekeeping or equipment provided). Also, the space was too small for 3 people. It only had one proper bed. The sofa was not a real bed and very uncomfortable — not suitable for sleeping. The apartment is on the ground floor and felt very damp.

• Jan (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was nice and clean. It was close to the station and to the center. The night was quiet and we slept well. I can recommend this accommodation for visiting Naples. There was no seat in the toilet and we were slightly cold in February.

• Bedford (7/5): Would recommend this property and it's location but it could be better - The location at the start of the historic centre was very cool. The property was very secure, with good locks, bars (openable) etc. The property was newly decorated. The property was comfortable with a good bed and sofa. The property looked out onto a mural of the virgin Mary breastfeeding jesus which was quite atmospheric. Lots of great shops, cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Historic centre around the corner was so cool, lovely, cultured, fun, exciting, loved it. Showers not good, doesn't drain away quick enough and not enough hot water for more than a few minutes shower. WiFi connection with the TV kept dropping out meaning watching movies on YouTube didn't work. The property doesn't have Netflix or prime or Disney plus accounts so unless you have your own and know your login your not gonna be able to get best use of the smart TVs. The space under the stairs should be finished to make space to store your shoes rather than left over building materials.
