Meals are excellent and cooked to our preferences. Reception staff are patient and attentive to our needs. Laundry room is comprehensive and laundry brought back to us when we have left the hotel for the day. Nothing to improve. Everything was perfect! Please continue your good work.

- filippo (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno per posizione/qualità/prezzo - Posizione strategica a ridosso della fermata della metro linea 3 (dista due fermate dalla stazione centrale dell’alta velocità di Futian per chi proviene da Hong Kong) e per andare a piedi al museo nazionale (non perdetelo, specie la sezione folk) ed a quello di architetture. Personale estremamente accogliete e professionale (offrono subito all'arrivo del the caldo), anche la responsabile si è prodigata in tutti i modi per tentare di risolvere un serio problema che ho avuto arrivando in città. Stanza moderna, ampia, accogliente e pulita. Ottimi cuscini e materasso (il più comodo del mio giro della Cina del sud). Presenza del frigobar, pantofole offerte di ottima qualità. Box doccia tra i più ampi mai visti, con anche comodo filo stendibiancheria. Bagno con buon sapone profumato. Presente anche antizanzare elettrico all’occorrenza. Eccezionale schermo tv di almeno 55/65 pollici davanti al letto che trasforma la stanza praticamente in una sala cinema! Ottima la colazione, con angolo asiatico a vapore degno di un ristorante. Meno ampia la scelta occidentale ma sicuramente di livello. Stranamente non è presente alcuna cassaforte (molto comoda per i viaggiatori). Wc senza doccino di cortesia. Se avete il sonno leggero fatevi assegnare una stanza sul retro perché quelle sopra la hall pur molto carine con ampie vetrate risentono dei rumori del traffico esterno (io viaggio sempre con i tappi per le orecchie al seguito per cui non ho avuto problemi)

- Benjamin (1/5): Awful - Arrived at 16:00 but needed to wait until 17:00 until the room was ready. Paid a premium for a room with a bath but the bath was tiny and couldn’t fit one person in. At 1:30am the reception phoned to say a delivery was on the way, I was sleeping and hadn’t ordered a delivery and told them this. 5 minutes later they called back saying the delivery will arrive at my door and wouldn’t accept I didn’t have one. 1:40am I had a knock on the door with some medicine. I phoned reception to say it’s not mine and left it outside the door. Couldn’t then sleep for several hours. In the morning they apologised and said it was the wrong room. Missed breakfast as was so tired. Terrible service.

- Shu Min (10/5): 地點 - 地點非常方便，3號及10號線地鐵蓮花村站A2一出站就到。房間比想像中大也很乾淨，各種備品齊全，服務人員態度親切。除了早餐，晚上9:30過後也有提供簡單的宵夜。以後到中國住宿可以首選亞朵了~ 住宿前要確認訂房情形，因在國外，不方便打電話，但用Email, 微信,小紅書發訊息的方式聯繫，都得不到回應

- SIEW WAH EDDIE (9/5): Pleasant, warm, helpful services provided, make one welcome & happy to stay. - Good breakfast. Location perfect, MTR station just outside the hotel. Hotel is only 3 storeys high, like very much because it is very convenient (low floors). Near city, near HSR station, only 10-minute taxi HSR to Hotel. Behind hotel has variety of food serviced in confortable restaurants/shops. If long stay, would be good to have short tours available via the hotel.

- Gene (7/5): A Good Utilitarian Option without Tourist Charms - Great location if you want to be near HuaQiang digital center area. Metro is directly across the street. Rooms are decent size, clean, and pleasant. Afternoon tea and late night food are good touches, unusual for non Chinese clients. Convenience to shopping center, food, and foot massages downstairs. The hotel is on the upper floor of a commercial building. While it has a dedicate elevator, commute gets tough when there's high traffic as the elevator takes only 4-5 people each time.

- alex (9/5): Simple but very high value. My first time with atour, coming from outside china. Really good. - I was utterly impressed by the attentiveness given by all staff members on minor things such as giving me drinks, ensuring i know what to expect in the pantry, preparing free supper for late travellers and having sufficient seats in the lobby for check out guests to wait. The hotel price does not match the value this hotel gives, it has the best price-value point u can expect anywhere. Please keep up the good work, i expect atour management to go into the higher end market as china continues to grow. Atour, u can do it. The rooms corridor was designed a bit like a maze. It can get slightly confusing but its not a big deal.
