• HELENA (5/5): - La ubicación es perfecta La limpieza deja mucho que desear, Los cabeceros son de tela y para un alérgico es mejor separar la cama.
• Francisco (4/5): Buena ubi y precio, mal servicio e instalaciones - Lo único bueno del alojamiento es ubicación y precio Poca limpieza sobre todo en cocina y poquísima inversión, el termo de agua caliente daba error y se paraba, avisamos al anfitrión y ni caso , el sofá impracticable. Para salir del edificio se necesitan llaves y solo nos dejaron 1 llave para 4 personas. El trato del anfitrión muy descuidado y con exigencias de horario para check-in más estrictas de lo que indicaba booking

• Audrey (6/5): - L'emplacement est idéal et il y a ce qu'il faut dans le logement. Le ménage n'était pas fait, le gaufrier tout sale et des mitons partout. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle d'eau.
• Germán (5/5): - La ubicación La limpieza, el suelo estaba sucio y en las sábanas habían pelos largos cuando las abrimos. Un olor fatal, entiendo que es por las tuberías, pero los sifones y los sanitarios no estaban sellados y eso hace que tenga más olor. La cocina muy vieja y con todos los utensilios contados solo 4 de cada cosa.
• Almudena (2/5): Un engaño - Ubicación El piso no estaba como en las fotos, ni cumplía con todo lo que anunciaban. El piso estaba muy sucio...telarañas, polvo, sabanas sucias, aseo sucio (se supone que lo limpia una empresa profesional).El baño tenía la tapa del desagüe suelta, el olor era insoportable incluso en las habitaciones con puerta cerrada. El lavabo no se podia utilizar, perdía agua por abajo y se inundaba el baño completo. La ducha y techos tenían moho y toda la casa humedad.
• María (1/5): Pésimo se queda corto - La ubicación. Bien situado Olía muy mal, nada más entregarnos las llaves ya nos sorprendió el olor. La tapa del bote sifónico estaba rota y tuvimos que taparla con una toalla mojada para que pudiéramos aguantar un poco el olor, que por otro lado se extendia por toda la estancia. Paredes sucias y rincones con telarañas. Sabanas con pelos de otras personas y pelusas. Suelos sin barrer. Se salía el agua del lavabo del baño. Moho en las esquinas del baño. Sofás y sillones llenos de manchas. Pañuelos usados debajo de las camas. Muebles con polvo. Por no mencionar al chico que nos entregó las llaves que no nos explicó nada.
• María (9/5): Recomendable - La ubicación es inmejorable y el apartamento en sí está muy bien, sobretodo las camas que son amplias y cómodas. Lo único a destacar fue el mal olor a tubería del baño

• Maria (6/5): - La ubicación es excelente La casa era muy fría aunque había aire acondicionado en el comedor, el baño necesita una reforma y olía a desagüe, la cocina pequeña y poco menaje, éramos tres y solo había tres cucharitas de desayuno por ejemplo.

• Alba (1/5): - L’experiència en aquest apartament ha estat molt decebedora. La neteja era clarament deficient, especialment a la cuina, on els estris estaven bruts, amb restes de menjar enganxades, cosa totalment inacceptable. Els llençols estaven molt bruts i feien una olor desagradable, fet que feia impossible descansar amb normalitat. A més, el bany feia una olor insuportable, donant una sensació general de deixadesa i manca d’higiene. Per acabar-ho d’adobar, tot i preguntar fins a quatre vegades per les hores d’entrada i sortida, ens van donar informació incorrecta i es van equivocar, cosa que va generar confusió i una gestió molt poc professional. En conjunt, l’estat de l’apartament i la manca d’organització no compleixen ni els mínims estàndards, i no el recomanaria en absolut.

• Thierry (3/5): Bon emplacement mais appartement à éviter // Good location but apartment to avoid - L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville. L'appartement en lui même est bien. The location is perfect for visiting the city. The apartment itself is nice. Il y a une odeur de remontée d'égouts qui arrive par la salle de bain. C'est horrible on ne peut pas rester dans la SdB et l'odeur est dans l'appartement. Les vêtements ont du être lavé a notre retour car l'odeur s'était imprégnée. La propreté de l'appartement n'y était pas. La cuisine n'est pas propre et il faut apprendre aux propriétaires a dégivrer le réfrigérateur. There's a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. It's awful; you can't even stay in the bathroom, and the smell permeates the entire apartment. We had to wash our clothes when we got back because the smell had soaked in. The apartment wasn't clean. The kitchen wasn't clean, and the owners need to learn how to defrost the refrigerator.

• Belén (6/5): - La ubicación es genial. Al segundo día de nuestra estancia olía a cloacas. Era muy incómodo estar dentro del apartamento sobretodo a la hora del desayuno, pues compartir ese aroma mientras comes es bastante desagradable.

El olor del baño asqueroso, sabanas manchadas, alguna toalla rota, nos exigen tirar la basura cuando la basura estaba previamente llena antes de llegar nosotros, en ningun apartamento en mi vida me han dicho que tenga que tirar la basura para recibir de vuelta la fianza. En el baño se salia el agua no se de donde pero se llenaba gran parte del suelo, ademas que hay una tapadera abierta, de donde pueden salir cucarachas y mal olor.

• Jane (7/5): Great location, nice apartment (apart from issues mentioned above.) Communication was difficult. - The location was great. The look of the whole complex was lovely and it was very quiet. Very poor bathroom. Too small, nowhere to hang towels(or anything) The worst things were that the sink and toilet leaked constantly throughout and the overhead metal shower head fell off while someone was in the shower! This could have resulted in a nasty injury, had they not managed to stand back in time! The wardrobe in one of the bedrooms was extremely damp and smelt of mould-it was unusable. The apartment has many great features and looks nice, but is in need of freshening up? It would have been helpful if written and spoken communication could have been in English?
• Tanja (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment in the old town is very good, most attractions are walkable. The apartment is very adequate but doesn't entice to 'hang-out' in. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood to do so though!

• Nicolas (8/5): Very good - Great location. Very central. Good layout. Bed comfort ok. With kids, very nice because ground floor and wide doors for the stroller/pram. Nice to have a washing machine too Biggest problem: The "online" in-advance staff/communication was very annoying (very long wordy messages with a lot of different fees and conditions which are not advertised on the ad. We said we would arrive 16:30 and we did so it was overall not a problem but you could feel potential complications if anything went wrong). Minor stuff: Welcoming staff does not speak English. Average cleanliness (i never use shoes inside so my socks can prove that) Useless coffee machine (Nespresso dulce for which they give 2 capsules), there is no other coffee machine. No water boiler, used stoves or microwave. The washing machine drum was rusty so I cleaned it before making my laundry.

• Kitokate (6/5): Pleasant - Very quick wifi (they probably changed it compared to the previous comments) Nice location in the city, in a calm street Kitchen was functional Owner was quick to reply to us when AC stopped working. But it was due to power AC is in the sitting rooms, and there's ventilators in each room Power cut whenever we want to use the oven, so could only use the mini one The sheets and towels were really dirty. I even doubt that they have been washed, there were dead insects on it

• Bianca (5/5): Central and secure location - The apartment is very central, a short walk from shops, restaurants and the central station. It had everything we needed for our stay. Even contacting the host during our stay was easy.

• Anonymous (9/5): Good place to stay! Would come back :) - Location, cleanliness! Apartment is warm even during the winter with the help of heaters. It would be perfect to have some basic things in the kitchen, like: salt, sugar, oil and etc. to make cooking in the apartment possible.
