• Peter (10/5): We needed a break from business and we certainly found it here. - We needed a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment with a Front Line Sea View near to the Tram and this Apartment was Perfect. Really comfortable beds and and I sourced excellent Coffee Beans for the Bean-to-Cup machine at Consum (a large Supermarket not too far away). We enjoyed excellent meals in El Campello & Alicante - lunch at La Linde (El Campello) and dinner at Taberna del Gourmet (Alicante). I enjoyed walking, walking & walking and more walking along the beach - Fabulous Very Busy Public Transport on Sunday from the Airport and also on the Tram. Alicante Airport Security still has a 100ml restriction on liquids.

Todo está organizado a un alto nivel — desde la comunicación hasta la llegada. También quiero destacar la atención y la disposición para ayudar — realmente crea una sensación de cuidado y buen servicio. Recomiendo de todo corazón 🙌 Si están planeando un viaje a Alicante, es una opción fiable y muy agradable para alojarse. Valoro mucho este nivel de servicio y atención hacia los huéspedes.

Tömegközlekedés karnyújtásnyira található. Villamossal Alicante belváros 25 perc. Kiváló lehetőség tengerparti sétára és strandolásra ezen városrészen A lakás kiválasztásakor az volt az elsődleges hogy az itt megszállt vendégek dicsérték a csendet és nyugalmat. Nem volt szerencsék mert felujitàs zajlott a házban, az éjfélkor megérkezett vendégek( gurulós bőröndökkel), zajától volt hangos a ház, a felettünk lévő lakásokban asztal és székek húzogatása álmatlan éjszakákat okozott. Ez mind a vékony falaknak köszönhető

• Tordis (10/5): Wundervoller Ausblick aufs Meer aus stilvoller Wohnung. - Sowohl die Lage als auch die Optik/Ausstattung dieser Wohnung sind spitze. Beim Frühstück (bzw. bei den Mahlzeiten) konnten wir den Blick auf das Meer genießen und uns bei weit offenem Fenster die Sonne ins Gesicht scheinen lassen. Die Wohnung mit den zwei Bädern ist sehr modern eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es ausreichend Zubehör, sodass man gut kochen kann. Auch die Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hochhaus mit eigener Tiefgarage, in der man einen Parkplatz bekommt. Zur Straßenbahn, die alle 15 Minuten in die Stadt fährt, sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Der nette Besitzer ist äußerst zuvorkommend und bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Eigentlich war alles fantastisch. Vielleicht wäre ein Staubsauger schön gewesen, aber das ist kein Muss.

But we really didn't need it as the rooms didn't heat up in the day and the electric ceiling fans worked brilliantly.to keep cool even at 33 degrees. The host was responsive and gave great travel information. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Location was perfect as quiet but close enough to all facilities with a tram line running regularly up and down the coast for a couple of euros. No need to hire transport. The apartment had everything we needed. The only thing we missed was a couple of beach towels as we hadn't packed any but they weren't listed so was our error. Nothing. All good 😁

Location is perfect and tram is 2 minutes away to get to Alicante center. Secure parking. The host gave us many great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. I highly recommend especially for longer stays. It’s quiet and perfect. Modern and clean. The doors to exit the complex should not be locked.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and exceeded all our expectations. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – the kitchen alone has more than you'd expect. The view of the sea from the windows is absolutely breathtaking. The place is very quiet, with extremely comfortable beds and large bathrooms featuring excellent rain showers. It’s ideal for a family getaway. The location couldn’t be better – right by a wide, sandy beach that stretches for miles. Just steps away there’s a lovely promenade for walks, and a TRAM line that runs along the coast (we highly recommend visiting Altea and, of course, Alicante). The host was very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back! Nothing

Alvaro also sent us helpful links to local restaurants and places of interest. And the sunrises from the balcony are quite incredible, and the transport links (tram and bus) north and south are excellent.

A very kind and helpful host. Loved that I could hear the sea and see the sunrise from my bed then be over the road and in the Mediterranean in literally a minute. Couldn’t use the pool as it was under maintenance but have the beach literally 3mins walking from the main entrance. The apartment have a terrace that have a beautiful view to the beach, and the sunset. Everything was great.

• Leroy (10/5): A truly wonderful apartment fitted with all the necessities and tech you will need for a short stay - Extremely comfortable and the decor/styling makes the apartment feel like a second home rather than a hotel room. It is the level of detail that scores this apartment such a high score - normal and filtered taps, AV for presentations, smart LG tv and Apple TV, each room having it’s own shower and toilet. it is extremely close to a quiet beautiful beach where I was able to also fly my drone which was a huge bonus. The apartment was perfect. No faults whatsoever. Outside the apartment block could benefit from additional street lighting but low level street lighting tends to be the normal in Spain.
