Ronald (10/5): Great location, very clean, and comfortable stay - Easy access and a very convenient location. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was very clean and the accommodation was very quiet. The kitchen was super well equipped, and the room had a very comfortable bed.
Stefania (9/5): In the heart of Florence - The location is amazing, close to everything, shops etc. It was clean when we arrived. Some food was there, it was clean, but it smelled very bad in the wardrobe upstairs, just a lot of stuff stuck up together that smelled bad. WiFi is good. Overall, it was worth it. Although a bit pricey but its comparison to other places in Florence still worth it. The people managing it were nice to us. That although they had a washing machine, there was no drying rack, so where are we supposed to dry our clothes? It could have helped if we had a broom and a scoop to clean after ourselves, it does not cost that much. On some nights it was colder than others, and we wished we would have an extra blanket, we found one in the wardrobe but again, it smelled bad. The duvet that was given to us had actually no cover, it was between two sheets and during the night you move and of course you are left with just the duvet.. I still don't know why some hotels and flats do this…Oh, and some recycling bins would be amazing! People in Italy seem to not want to recycle!!

Llaves en un candado que debo abrir bajo una tormenta eléctrica, ni rastro de los dueños, me hacen pagar 20e pro entrar antes por darse prisa para limpiar. Allí no había nadie limpiando antes, fue una emergencia. LAMENTABLE EMPOBRECEN LA Ciudad ESTOS SITIOS. IDEAL? SI, PERO NO VOLVERIA JAMAS

Eriko (7/5): Good - Walk to centro easily. Rapid respond from owner. Relatively cheap compared to Florence's price range in that zone. We stayed for 4 nights and were outside almost all the day so it was ok but... There was leak of bath drain and the light in the kitchen didn't work. The closet smells musty.
Janae (9/5): very enjoyable, great location and comfortable apartment - i loved the set up of the apartment, it was well decorated and very cute. the bed was very comfortable. the door was very difficult to open and it took up to 5 minutes sometimes
