• Anna (3/5): Apart from seaside location (as expected) extremely disappointed by level of cleanliness, and moreover- the owners’ lack - Seaside location, well equipped kitchen We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at the apartment in Zahara de los Atunes. Despite paying a premium price of €500 per night, the experience fell far below expectations. The beds had not been changed since the previous guests, and there were wet linen and towels—clearly used by earlier visitors—still drying on the racks upon our arrival. The floors were dirty and grimy, which made the whole apartment feel neglected. When we raised these concerns with the owners, they refused to acknowledge our frustrations and instead accused us of making false claims. They made no effort whatsoever to address or rectify the issues, simply pretending we were lying. This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable for what was supposed to be a premium accommodation. We would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

• Juan Francisco (9/5): Estancia agradable - El trato recibido por la persona encargada de la gestión desde el primer minuto fue excelente, el tener una plaza de garage en las propias instalaciones y la facilidad que nos dió para el check-in, llegando antes de tiempo, a parte de los detalles que nos dejó a nuestra llegada. El apartamento estaba limpio con todo el menaje y toallas listas para su recepción. Perfecto para 5 personas. El acceso a la playa, es inmejorable ya que estás a unos minutos a pie, para no tener que utilizar el vehículo. Esa noche (27/07/2025) desde las 2:00 horas pasadas la medianoche (llegamos al apartamento después de cenar y tomar algo) no disponía de agua corriente (estaba cortada) y llegó al día siguiente sobre las 9:00h de la mañana, pudo ser una avería o si fuera el caso que el Ayto. corta el agua por la noche, se debería haber informado.

• Janine (8/5): A compact and comfortable apartment in an idyllic location, with easy access to a beautiful beach and numerous lovely re - The property is within a complex that is literally on the beach. You can hear the sea from the balcony. Simple furnishings and a comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you could need, lots of appliances, and plenty of cookware. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating, wrap around balcony, lovely views. The rental contact was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. There wasn’t anything to dislike, and the small issues we had were dealt with. If I had a complaint it was that the internet was flakey, but it really didn’t affect our holiday.
