• Yvonne (9/5): - Check in/out war super, genaue Informationen wurden mitgeteilt. Nähe Bahnhof Stötteritz. Ruhige Lage. Wohnung war sauber und mit Balkon, wo man den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit.

• Antje (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung gut und sehr geräumig. Bei unserer Ankunft waren einige Mängel festzustellen: Ein aus der Wand herabhängendes Regal. Eine lose Toilettenbrille. Ein fehlender Waschbeckenablaufstopfen. Ein tropfender Waschbeckensiphon , es stand schon ein Kochtopf zum auffangen des Tropfwassers darunter. Ein nicht zu betätigendes Rollo im Schlafzimmer

• Meike (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - L'appartamento è bello e si trova anche in una buona posizione con la fermata del tram nelle vicinanze. Il letto è molto comodo, il bagno grande e funzionale. Cosa non ci è piaciuto, allora iniziamo dal check in. Siamo arrivato al buio, abbiamo fatto tanta fatica a trovare la scatola nera delle chiavi che si trova in un parcheggio non illuminato sul retro di un cartello pubblicitario. Le indicazioni erano più che fuorvianti. Poi su booking non era scritto da nessuna parte che l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore. La cucina è bella ma poco attrezzata, mancano cose basali tipo forbici, apri bottiglie, cava tappi, scodella per l'insalata etc. Se io prenoto un appartamento perché voglio usare la cucina, altrimenti avrei prenotato un albergo. Inoltre la cucina era l'unico posto dove la pulizia non era eccezionale. Poi dappertutto mancavano delle piccole cose, tipo la tenda oscurante rotta in camera, la mancanza di una tenda nel soggiorno, piccole cose che però mostrano un certo senso di disattenzione di chi affita. Avviso gli altri viaggiatori che sotto casa passa il tram e si ha la sensazione che passa in casa, molto rumoroso, niente per persone con un sonno leggero.

• Jack (10/5): Exceptional - Nicely prepared and set up with a great view and lovely balcony Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on but overall a great apartment with a great view and central location
• Greg (8/5): Overall a nice play to stay just needs better communication. - We stayed for 5 days. The apartment was very clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped and had almost everything we needed during our stay. Some things that can be improved would be better pillows as the ones in the bedroom offered almost no support. Also, there was no bottle opener in the kitchen. This was a minor inconvenience but would have been a nice addition. I think our biggest problem was communicating with the host. In this situation I think we were speaking with a property management office. The woman we spoke with on the phone and exchanged messages with could not understand English or German which caused a big inconvenience for us. We had to pack and move out during our stay so cleaning people could come in. The “host” we spoke with on the phone couldn’t comprehend how ridiculous it was for us to have to move out for cleaning. We were also told there was a locker in the basement for luggage however the basement door was locked and we couldn’t access it.
• Greg (9/5): Clean, spacious apartment in a good location. - Great location and easy access to transportation into the city center. Very clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. This review is for one night but we actually stayed for 6 nights. Our son lives close by and we were visiting him. My previous review explains some communication problems with the host but otherwise it was a great stay. We would consider staying here again if there was better communication.
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Great place for short or long stay. Apartment is easy to reach from train station and city center, just 15min ride with the tram. It’s cozy and warm, bed is really comfy and kitchen is well equipped. Host is very friendly and check in and out was easy. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

The place was - Nice Appartement but only for 2 guest … Not suitable for more then 2 guest , dirty broken sofas are impossible to sleep on , even for kids ! The place was just not clean , rubbish on the kitchen floor and nasty surprise of old crumbs, dirt and dust when opening the sofa beds and the dirty linen from previous guest was left behind in the bedroom. All very basic and simply not acceptable!
