• Amanda (7/5): Overall a pleasant stay but some details let it down - Air con in living and both bedrooms which was welcome. Good location and lovely view. Fairly modern but bit run down in parts. Lots of amenities to help self to which was appreciated. Asked for double set of keys as there were 3 of us and we had different plans. Not told until arrival two sets not available which meant I had to cancel my plans I had looked forward to. Only way to get the apartment number and the keys is to meet the owner at the premises. This is old fashioned and put us under pressure as owner wanted specific time of arrival which was impossible given travel arrangements. The street number was not provided which made it difficult to find the property. Had to phone a couple of times to get specifics. Washing machine but no clothes line to dry clothes on. No rubbish bin in bathroom and no bin liner in kitchen. No hand towel in bathroom. Wifi info was hard to find. Finally located on back of router.
• Saxon (10/5): A very quiet apartment in a central location with outstanding views. Thoroughly recommend. - Great views from the 11th floor. Balcony was lovely. Well appointed apartment Only a very minor point but no dishwasher.
• Bertele (9/5): Next time in Almeria I would definitely book again - Nice location, very friendly host, nicely renovated apartment in old building with sea view. Floor was a bit dusty. I think it was cleaned but not rented for while.
• Richard (10/5): Comfortable apartment with a great view! - The location is directly off Paseo de Almeria in the heart of downtown. The apt is on the top floor allowing for some relief from street noises. Perfect view of two worthwhile monuments as well as the sea. The apt is very open with modern fixtures and cabinetry done very tastefully. Jesus, the manager, was very cordial, efficient and accommodating. His English is good and made for effective communication. Definitely recommend this flat. I have nothing negative to criticize about my stay at this apartment. Wish I could have extended my stay here.
