Robinetul de la chiuveta n are difuzor si curge apa in toate partile si te stropeste. Femeia de la curstenie a intrat peste mine in camera fsra sa fie pancarta cu curstenie pus la ușă. Cel mai rau lucru, nu am avut APA CALDA deloc in ultima zi de sedere.

• Atikur (8/5): This was a very good, budget friendly and local spot to stay when visiting Old Istanbul. - The customer service was exceptional from this small boutique hotel. The place was very clean and cleaned everyday. Location was amazingly close to everything but not in the busy sides. Some of the hardware of the property was breaking, like the doors didn’t have hinges or draws had no internal parts. The flush was operational but loose. But very clean.

They said we can’t help as we are not owners of the hotel. - Location was good and staff was courteous Hotel was not at all what it’s shown in pictures at the booking.com. Unhygienic and smelly dirty carpets. Blockage in sewage line due to which extremely bad smell inside room. The door railings came off when opened the door for first time. The 5th floor has absolutely naked stair case anyone can fall and die literally, elevators don’t go up till there. The breakfast was horrible for the money I’ve paid. I have taken pictures of the hotel to show booking.com but unfortunately despite my compliant they never got back to me. I’m very disappointed. I could have got a far better hotel at same price in same season as I had checked prices of the nearby hotels too which were really good.
• Beata (2/5): To nie było dobre doświadczenie konsumenckie. - Lokalizacja jest OK, natomiast bliskość meczetów powoduje wybudzanie podczas snu. Brudny obiekt, kurz, brudna podłoga, okna, brzydziłam się dotknąć do pewnych rzeczy, pościel w plamach. Dywany brudne, jedzenie na śniadaniu nie było świeże i zachęcające. Słowem totalna prowizorka, jak np. piana montażowa wystająca ze źle zamontowanych drzwi łazienkowych, nieszczelne okna przez które gwizdał nam wiatr na 5 piętrze do którego nie dojeżdża winda. Cienkie ściany, słyszeliśmy wszystko od sąsiadów rodziny z Indii, krzyczącej do 2-ej nad ranem, trzaskającej drzwiami, płacz dziecka od 6.00 rano, masakra. Nikt nie reagował na ich zachowanie.

• Hawwah (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Nothing, horrific. The lift couldn’t even fit my son’s pram in, black mould in the room. They put my son’s cot next to windows with NO SAFETY LATCH. Broken tile going into the bathroom. No working AC or fridge. No fan given either. The iron they gave us had exposed wires. We had no choice but to stay as we arrived at 10pm in the morning evening. I spiralled and booked another hotel at 1:30am and told booking.com I no longer wanted to stay here. I went down first thing in the morning and said we’re not staying here I’m not paying the rest of the nights. The owner got extremely hostile until my husband came and spoke to him. He said that’s fine he’d let booking.com know we’ve left the property. Then continued to avoid booking.com refused the refund and I’ve ended up having to process a chargeback.

Clean rooms, nice area to have access to all to - Location is good for transportation access and touristic places. Very clean hotel! The breakfast could be better, should have some more options! It's called a suit on the 4th floor but its a little bit normal size room, not big.

• Sharon (6/5): Underwhelming but practical. - The location was excellent, very close to everything you want to see. I’m glad it had an elevator, I was on the 4th floor in king suite. The mattress was very comfortable. The cleaning lady was lovely, and so was Selin who communicated with me about my airport transfer. The room has dirty and ripped curtains, dirty bed head, peeling paint and wallpaper. The furniture was old and the bedside lamps didn’t work, so you needed the ceiling light on. The lights on bathroom mirror were broken also. The sheets are too small for the bed. No English channels or movie channels, just hundreds of Turkish news and talk shows. Would’ve loved Netflix or something.

• Omar (8/5): This is a very good value hotel that I can recommend if you can overlook the equipment. - The hotel is a few minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The Basilica Cistern and important landmarks, restaurants are close by. The Galata Bridge and the Bazaar are a 15 minute walk. The hotel staff takes care of everything and is very helpful. The breakfast is varied and good. We stayed on the fourth floor in the Sultan Suite room, which has a wonderful view of the bottom h loud so it was not disturbing. I would highly recommend the hotel for its location and the flexibility of the staff. The breakfast is indeed adequate, but the same every day, not varied. I don't recommend the coffee because it's very watery. The soft drink is sweet. And the scrambled eggs are mostly cold. The room's equipment is as described, but in cold weather the air conditioning is not enough for heating, you have to call the reception immediately for a heating device. Otherwise you might freeze. There is a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I recommend that they constantly fill the drains with water. There are many cosmetic flaws in the rooms. The curtain is torn, and the paint is missing in one or two places. (We didn't come for the TV, but apart from the 400 Turkish talk channels, there was nothing but one English news channel.)

Two people one, me and my partner in Sophia suite. For the big room (the other two people) room was large, good light, two doors for the balcony, good shower head, good size. Sophia room: well sized bed good pillows - good duvet, but the duvet cover smaller than it good lighting overall Bathroom: welf sized and the floor tiles very good, non-slippy Breakfast: buffet Overall'd stay again, but I'd ask for quite a few things to be done in advance. The price/quality is good though, we had it with discount Bathroom: smelly a.f. (the other room was smelling and other double room was smelling too - we talked to other tourists) showerhead broken - no proper handle on the "fancy" looking piece showehead was leaking from sides left and right shower tap was leaking too _tap at the sink just fine _cleaning of the bathroom was made daily BUT it wa just arranging stuff: _towels weren't changed, only folded. When towel was wet from showering housekeeping folded it so we found it stinking some days you get soap, others you dont (no rule) socket for hairdryer right next to sink with no safety no soap dish at the sink (we asked for an ashtray for the balcony and ended up using it as a soap dish) no place for the soap in the shower no toilet paper holder (they put it on the bathroom bin! Not very clean) no toilet scrubber Room: socket only on one side of the bed light switch only on one side of the bed and near the entry door So you can't both charge your phones overnight unless you have a really long cable to get from the wall. You can't both operate lights in the room. TV remote not working only Turkish TV (we know from other room) no smart TV (so no Netflix or anything at night) no trashcan in the room no clothes hanger at the room entrance Breakfast;: very few options, mainly omelette because nothing else is filling enough. .they stash food every so often but you're better off asking if you want something and not wait for them to realise the containers are empty.

• Sushant (5/5): Passable - Nice location in city centre Wi-fi - No Wi-Fi was available in the room during stay of 4 days. Wi-Fi was only available near reception. Room - I booked room with quiet street view, but Hotel offer me room with wall view. See pictures attached. I asked to change the room, but hotel staff told, that there are no free rooms. But next days when I was using Wi-Fi in the reception, hotel staff offered room to the guests, who arrive without reservation. It is a tourist trap, to offer rooms on higher cost on booking.com. Breakfast - Breakfast was okay, should have been better

• Azhan (10/5): The Hotel I like most in Sultanahmet. - The staff were very nice and helpful. The officer at reception (Mr.Burke is very helpful he lend me a phone adaptor and help me to arrange for taxi). Overall the stay in this hotel is superb. The hotel is very near and within walking distance (5 to 10 minutes) to historic place like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia. Also a lot restaurant and near to taxi stop. I will always stay in this hotel each time I came to istanbul. So far I enjoy my stay here.

• Nayan (7/5): Stay at the Hotel Bon Hagia Sophia for exploring Sultanahmet - The location was perfect to explore the Sultanahmet area. All points of interest within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room decor and linen were dated and needs an upgrade. To be fair there was some renovation in progress during our stay but it didn't interfere with our stay.

• Senada (7/5): Good - Good location, near Aja Sophia, Sultan Amhed mosque and Top kapı saray. Cleaness is not very well, floor had not been clean when we arrived. They use kind of desinfection in the bathroom which is odour.

• Patricia (7/5): Great value for money in excellent location - Small hotel run by lovely people. Great location just behind basilica cistern, Hagia Sophia and blue mosque. Lots of good bars & eateries but nice & quiet too! It’s a bit tired and could do with a bit of updating
• Marian (9/5): Superb - The hotel is in the middle of sultanahmed area,perfect for visiting the main tourist attractions. Our stay was wonderful. As a suggestion, Breakfast could use a bit more diversity.
• Gabriella (8/5): Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly service - The location is fantastic. A 3 minute walk to all the historical sites in Sultanahmet - Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern etc. were very easy to walk to from this hotel. We had a good view of the Hagia Sofia from our balcony. The staff were also very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very helpful with booking transfers to and from the hotel.

• Isma (1/5): The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at - Avoid - Nothing The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Do not book this hotel for your trip. They ruined my wedding anniversary!! I left halfway through my stay because of bed bugs found in the hotel rooms, no water, broken air conditioning, sewage smell coming from the entire hotel and room and broken hotel room doors. During my time at the hotel, I asked to be moved rooms 3 times before I had enough and checked out myself willingly after I found the room I was staying at had bed bugs. The hotel manager Umud did not apologise for all the issues me and my partner faced during our stay at the hotel between 5th August 2023 - the morning of the 9th August. When we told him we wanted a full refund he stated take it up with booking.com and when they email him requesting the refund he will then accept the full refund request. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to another hotel. I had to pay for a few nights at another hotel and also pay to have all my clothes and items dry cleaned and cleaned to make sure there were no bed bugs in my belongings. Since coming home from my trip, I’ve contact booking.com multiple times regarding my refund and each and every time they have told me this hotel and Umud is refusing to refund me for my stay. Details of my experience at this hotel: Upon check in - day 1 - hotel room air conditioning did not work. The hotel staff stated it would be fixed the following morning. There was no duvet provided in the hotel room Day 2 - Next morning we found there to be dirty towels, no toiletries in the bathroom and the water wasn’t working. Breakfast which was included in the price was so mediocre that me and my partner stuck with coffee and water and had to go out for breakfast Later that day when we returned to the room, we noticed the air conditioning had not been fixed Day 3 - air conditioning was not fixed. We demanded a room exchange and was told to wait another day.

• Daniele (8/5): Right behind Hagia Sophia - Central location and friendly staff. The rooms are big and the bed comfortable. There is an open buffet breakfast and from the window you can see Hagia Sophia. The central square is just 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms are a bit old so they might have little issues. In our rooms the toilet paper hanger was broken
• Audai (9/5): Superb - Staff were very helpful people, specially the hotel manager, he tried to help us always.. very kind person. Breakfast is good, not too much variety but fresh and tasty and located on the roof where the view is very nice. It is very good value for money with the discounted price I got. They arranged a taxi from airport and to airport at good price .. It is located very close to Hagia Sofia, 4 min, but there is a short distance of steep street, it was very difficult for me as I have my mother and my pregnant wife, so it was difficult for us, for young people definitely no problem. The rooms' appliances are old.
