• david (9/5): A great apartment, well equipped and a friendly helpfull host who allowed us a later checkout to sui - Friendly owner kept us well informed about everything It was in a hilly area and as ive recently needed oxygen for walking it was tough going coming back from the town as it was uphill most of the way back, it was very easy walking down into town

Pool was lovely and peaceful .About 10 min walk from Apartment to the new town and 5 mins to the beach.Would highly recommend this Apartment. Thoughtful, friendly and helpful host. Just a bit far out to walk back to after nights out. Steep hills and slippery pavements.

• Sylvia (10/5): Family stay August 2025 - We went as a family of 4 in August. Fantastic accommodation, pool was lovely and never too busy. Owner was very helpful, and easy to communicate with. Only 10 min walk down to beach, and plenty bars / restaurants in walking distance from accommodation. Lidl is also less than 10 mins so easy to walk over to get supplies in (tho we did use the closer hyperdino for heavy stuff) Nothing, would definitely return!
• Murt1 (10/5): We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment with a host who stayed in touch regularly. - Loma Verde has a quiet and peaceful location. The apartment was well supplied, close to the entrance and a short walk to the pool area. The apartment facilities were very good. There are some shops and restaurants nearby. The main area of Puerto del Carmen is a 15 minute walk. I liked everything about this apartment.

Buena ubicación, amplio salón, cocina americana y dormitorios Nos permitieron quedarnos 2 horas más y nos facilitaron información de muchos sitios Piscina muy buena La televisión del salón tiene que ser cambiada es defectuosa El apartamento está pegado a una zona de paso, y los dormitorios pueden ser un sitio ruidoso cuando pasa gente ruidosa cerca, sobre todo si tienes el sueño ligero

Pool is good size with nice sun beds and quiet. Superb supermarket, Mexican and Chinese just 2 min walk from property We got a few taxis back a few times from strip because of hill back up. Max taxi was €5

• Rhys (10/5): It’s absolutely amazing, perfect to go to the strip, everything is so clean. FYI the shower is amazing. Responsive owner - Clean, comfortable and overall brilliant. Pool is awesome! Owner is amazing, always available to answer any questions. Smoking is a no go inside, Internet isn’t the best but 5G works. Overall it was an absolutely amazing experience! Nothing.
• Emma (8/5): Very good - Great communication with owner. Had an issue with the fridge on arrival which was very quickly sorted with the owners- could not fault the service from them. Very clean and modern. Had everything we needed in the accommodation. Pool is a good size, plenty of sunbeds. About a 10 minute walk down to harbour- 15 uphill on the way back. Quiet, friendly complex Only fault was the very squeaky bed in the main bedroom. Nothing else to complain about otherwise.

Location did not reflect where it was. In pictures looks like your getting a house that leads into pool area. It does not. It leads to a car park

• Siobhan (8/5): Very good - Was easy to get in contact with owner. The apartment was well laid out. It had everything you could need. It was quite a walk from the main strip. The bedding was clean but it had been on the bed for a while as it wasn't fresh. Bathroom door kept getting stuck. Heads up if you are staying here you have to pay extra for the air conditioning which is fair enough but I think it should be made more clear as I didn't know that when I booked.
• Jitka (10/5): Perfect location - We really liked the accommodation, we felt safe there and it was just a short walk to the promenade by the sea. We really appreciated that the bus stop and a small supermarket were only a few minutes' walk away. The owner is nice and responded to our questions immediately. We had wonderful weather, it was just great.
• Carmel (10/5): Making memories. - Was a good location in walking distance from old town new town a bit Further still in walking distance, taxi were prompt also around 4.00e to new town. Very quite at night. Would say there again. Only thing a bit annoying was Only one key I like to go walking in the morning and if I lock the door the two grandchildren (in late teens) are locked in . And can't let door un locked as they are in bed asked about a second key but not one available host said put key in key box, but that only works if all are going out together apart from that all good
