Es muy tranquilo y está en buena zona (Navigli), bien comunicado con transporte público y si no te molesta andar se puede ir al centro paseando. El anfitrión excelente, nos explicó dónde estaba lo importante para ver y nos trajo un trozo de tarta hecha por él que estaba deliciosa. La presión del agua de la ducha era floja. La mesa y las sillas para comer nos parecieron muy incómodas. Aunque en general estuvo todo perfecto.

• John (10/5): Excellent way to start a European trip! Will come back if I can! - This place was fantastic! Fabio was an exceptional host, and answered all my questions about the accommodation and about getting around Milan. No detail was forgotten, he kindly explained where I could go to get food, etc. He also provided a brilliant range of delights for breakfast, which was much appreciated after a long flight. The room was not huge, but had everything I needed to be comfortable. Highly recommend for solo travellers or couples. Go Fabio! Go Monolocale Morimondo! The only thing I can think of is it was a bit of a stress to get there after a long-haul flight. The directions for how to get there from the airport were very clear, but unfortunately taxis were not available in the City when I arrived, as there was a big kerfuffle with the arrival of the Olympic torchbearers. The accommodation is a bit over a kilometre from the nearest railway station, which is fine as there are trams and buses, and a nice walk. However it's not so ideal when one has a big suitcase!

• giovanni (10/5): Milano da bere - Appartamento silenzioso, in zona tranquilla, accesso sicuro, vicino alla fermata del tram DUE-Pestalozzi con la quale si arriva veloce veloce alla zona navigli e prosguendo direttamente in piazza duomo. Frigo e dispensa ben fornite di dolce e salato,. Monolocale con letto sul soppalco dove uno alto non sta in piedi ma nonostante ciò comodo anche per due persone. Locale ben arredato non con qualche oggetto di design e alcune opere (quadri, installazioni, ...) di autore. Nelle vicinanze numerosi locali trai i quali notevoli 10gradiNord (pub birreria) e Donburi House Zumbini . Ramen Izakaya non mi viene in mente niente

• Rose (10/5): - The flat owner was super nice, nothing was too much. Although the studio is small it has absolutely everything. He is always on hand for information. There was food in the fridge, drinks! Couldn't ask for anything more. Very nice area with tram just outside. Lovely bars and restaurants in the area. The ceiling over the bed is quite low. You can't stand up, so you need to crawl into bed. However that did not spoil our stay. I would stay there again.

• Elena (10/5): Cómodo y excelente desayuno - Está súper bien conectado, y EL DESAYUNO! Llevaba días sin desayunar algo tan sencillo como huevos, en el hospedaje había de todo! Muchísimas gracias a Fabio! Y también hay que recalcar que la cama , las almohadas, el duvet es delicioso. Dormimos súper bien! No se escuchaba ningún ruido de la calle porque el departamento está dentro de un complejo habitacional muy privado. Todo nos gustó.

• Tomasz (10/5): - Pobyt w tym apartamencie to była czysta przyjemność! Komfort i warunki na poziomie dobrego hotelu – wszystko niezwykle czyste, zadbane i bardzo przytulne. Na śniadanie w lodówce czekał ogromny wybór produktów, które można było samodzielnie przygotować, co było świetnym rozwiązaniem. Właściciel, Fabio, jest po prostu cudowny – niesamowicie pomocny, życzliwy i uprzejmy. Doradził nam, co warto zwiedzić i jak najlepiej się poruszać po Mediolanie, dzięki czemu pobyt był jeszcze bardziej udany. Lokalizacja również bardzo dobra – tuż obok znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy, więc dojazd do centrum nie stanowił żadnego problemu. Podróżuję dużo i często, ale dawno nie zdarzyło mi się być tak zachwyconą miejscem noclegowym. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę! 🌟

Er hat für uns Extra das Gepäck bei sich zuhause eingelagert, da wir das Zimmer bis 11uhr räumen mussten ,aber unser Flug erst um 20uhr ging. So hatten wir noch einen entspannten Tag in Mailand. • CLOTILDE (10/5): MÁS QUE EXCEPCIONAL, MARAVILLOSO!!!! - Antes de nada tengo que hablar de nuestro anfitrión, Fabio. Nos explicó cómo llegar a los sitios más emblemáticos de Milán, además de ponerse a nuestra disposición para cualquier duda o problema que nos pudiese surgir durante nuestra estancia.El apartamento es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto, luminoso, con aire acondicionado y no le falta detalle....secador de pelo, plancha, tabla de plancha y dos paraguas pequeños por si llovía. La nevera estaba llena de mucho más de lo que se espera para un buen desayuno: leche, quesos, yogures, mermeladas, mantequilla, huevos, beicon, pan de molde etc. El miércoles me quedé sin leche y me la dejó en la puerta para no molestar, maravilloso! Estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. La ubicación es perfecta. Es una zona tranquila y segura y estupendamente comunicada con el centro. Además está en el barrio de Navigli, zona muy agradable para comer, cenar y dar un paseo en barco por el canal. En resumen, Fabio es un excelente anfitrión, además de una buena persona y muy educada. Para rematar, hoy nos ha llevado a mi hija y a mí hasta la estación de metro para evitarnos ir con las maletas en el tranvía. Muchísimas gracias por todo, Fabio. Si vuelvo a Milán, tengo claro a dónde volver. No puedo decir nada negativo.

• Zhamilya (10/5): - Хозяин этих апартаментов просто лучший. Он нас встретил, объяснил, как доехать до города и в целом очень дружелюбный. Квартира чистая и в ней есть душа, чувствуется, что хозяин действительно в нее вкладывается. В холодильнике было куча продуктов (фрукты, разные виды сыров, бекон и т.д.) в шкафу разные джемы, куча видов чая, печеньки разные, круассаны, нутелла. Также есть кофемашина с капсулами. До центра Милана на автобусе минут 20-30 (честно говоря уже не помню, но ездить было комфортно). Советую, не пожалеете ни на секунду.

It looked onto a quiet residential area but remained private The tram line and bus stops were within a short walk with options straight to the Navigli, Duomo and Metro which took you to central station areas for trains and buses An abundance of places to eat and enjoy drinks or coffee nearby It was the best stocked apartment we have ever stayed in. Fridge and cupboards were full of fresh fruit, meats, cheese, yoghurts, milk, juices, sweet treats, eggs, bread, coffee and teas The bathroom had a full stock of essentials like shampoo, shower gel, shaving foam, pharmacy items, face cleaning lotions and a wide selection of towels The bed area was very comfortable with crisp, clean bedding and charging stations for phones and a music docking station There was nothing that we felt we disliked during our stay but if you are someone who likes to prepare full meals then the minimal work surface in kitchen MAY frustrate you however, we managed fine Head room on mezzanine bed area is limited if you are tall or want to stand up fully but in no way did we find this a problem as the dressing area is downstairs and the space is plentiful despite low ceiling

• Soma (9/5): Superb - Fabio was a great host, he filled the apartment with all the food and drink needed for the breakfast as well as all the necessities in the bathroom. Getting and giving back the keys was smooth as well. The location was wonderful in a nice area, easy to reach by public transport. For a tall man the shower is not the most suitable, but can be solved.

• Ion (9/5): Superb - Very good location. It's easy to take a tram close to the apartment that goes directly to the center. Breakfast was very good with a lot of diversity. You can even cook something if you want, since there's a full kitchen in the apartment. The mattress is very confortable. The host Fabio is very helpful, he knew I had a knee problem so he helped us carry the heavy luggage upstairs and he also explained how to better use the public transport and also get to the airport. The "bar" type table and the chairs in the apartment aren't very comfortable for me. Also, would be nice to have a hand shower in the bathtub, since there's only one big shower. And if you're tall like me (1.85m), you'll probably find it a bit difficult upstairs, but it's manageable.

The place was very clean , comfortable and had lots of little extra touches like toiletries and a small bar. Fabio made contact prior to our arrival with detailed directions etc to the property and met us there on arrival. Fabio spent some time explaining the accommodation and showed us around. Fabio also took the time to give us a map of the local area with attractions etc that we might be interested in . Fabio was very responsive and available to give us hints and tips via WhatsApp at anytime. We loved the Navigli area bar and restaurant scene and with a travel pass it was easy to get around. The only minor suggestion I would make is that I would have liked a coffee table rather than a bar table but that is only my personal preference. Fabio has done everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible

Across the street from public transport and many cafes/restaurants in the area.The host is amazing,very welcoming and is exceptionally hospitable. Fridge stocked with delicious food ,lovely books to read in the apartment. Milan is fantastic.
• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful Apartment. Very Clean with an Amazing Host to Welcome You. The fridge was fully stocked up - Desserts, Yogurts, Bacon, Eggs, Fruits, Drinks and Water. Throughout my stay, I didn't even go out to eat Breakfast as I just made it myself. Fabio the host would check up on me everyday to make sure everything was ok. I would 100% recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a place to stay in Milan. P.S The apartment is not close to the City but Uber is readily available. I however was using Public Transport to get around. If you know how to use the London Underground, you will certainly find it easy to navigate Milan using the Metro System and Buses. Nothing really.

• Ömer (10/5): Incredible - I liked everything. Clean, cozy, comfortable, host was amazing, even though he didn't speak English very well, he managed to find a way to communicate with us. He even brought two pieces of cake that he made at home. Refrigirator was full, everything you need for breakfast. Kitchen was packed full of snacks, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and even free alcohol. Bus stop right next door, but before checking in, you need to figure out on which bus you have to hop in, since Milan transport can be complicated at first. Exceptional and we highly recommend coming here. Nothing. Everything incredible.

• Holta (10/5): Cosy little apartment - The apartment is recently renovated and it was very clean. The location is very close to the tram station and in a nice area. The host was on time for check in and check out and very helpful with every information we needed during our stay. WiFi is fast. We even had everything needed for breakfast in the fridge: fresh fruits, bread, cheese, milk, eggs, dessert etc. The towels have a wonderful aroma. Only one minor thing: to get into bed you have to lower your head, since the apartment has only 1 room. It is not very convenient, but overall the mattress was very comfortable and the pillows too.

The apartment is located in a quiet area but close to the city center by a tram and/or a subway, and close to restaurants in the Navigli district. Fabio is an excellent host, very caring and attentive. He speaks French. In the mornings, you can hear the tram.

• Bierach (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy small apartment, spotlessly clean, great location on tramline #2, host Fabio and his sister Bruna most helpful. Bed is on a mezzanine, which is great. But you have to be nimble enough to climb a little ladder. Was no problem for us, but might be one for more senior people.

The owner is the kindest, I ever saw, the apartment and the service super cute. The kitchen and the fridge was full, include the coffe, snacks, alcohol. The apartment and every corner is extra clean!!! (for me this is the most important!)

Metro station is in 10-15 min by walk from the appartments. Navigly district is very colourful. There are a lot off small restaurants, pizzerias, etc. The appartment is very cozy, well designed and equiped with all needed to stay. There was a feeling that the apartment was prepared for the friend - new towels decarated with ribbons, new tableware, shower kit. Breakfast requested separately was waiting in the fridge - yogurts, ham, proshutto, drinking water. Tea, croissants, some busquits, muesli were available also. Big bowl with fresh fruits and welcome drinks met upon arrival. Nespresso machine made mornings more friendly)) Wi-fi is strong and stable. Fabio (the Oner) is very friendly and helpfull even he speaks English a little only. He was on-line if needed and was chasing from time to time if the guest is safe or needs anything. nothing
