- Alaskar (1/5): Ужассно,,, - Нечего Очень устаревшее место. Ремонт не делали наверное лет 15. Мебель очень старая, в номере практически нечего не работает. Матрас старый и неудобный. Освещение слабое. Ощущал себя в 1960 годах. Больше похож на советскую гостинницу. Максимум цена за ночь там должна быть в райное 30-50 манат, но не больше. Затрак слабый, практически нечего съедобного. Цена в 130 манат это ужассно. Не советую.
- Sanam (7/5): It was overall ok! - Местоположение. Структура утопает в зелени. Очень тихо и спокойно. 1. В каменных домиках отсутвует кондиционер. Даже если по ночам и бывает достаточно прохладно но днем очень душно. Поэтому прм бронировании советую вам обращать внимание чтобы был деревянный коттедж. 2. Персонал, ленивые, просто не хотят работать. Когда звонишь в ресепшн это напоминает цыганскую почту. 3. Нигде нельзя платить наличными. Приходилось загружать карту отеля а потом тратить как кредит. Бесполезная трата времени.

Официанты работают не охотно оставлял каждый раз на чай даже на завтрак подсовывал деньги под тарелку,мелочь но думаю будет приятно.Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего,сладкого вообще нет и в помине,за такие деньги можно было бы и получше отыскать место с достойным завтраком. В общем больше не ногой.

- Atul (3/5): Not worth the travel . Poor service and poor rooms - The property is beautiful and the swimming pool was good Service is extremely poor . They make u wait to get to the reception . There was only buggy which wld take u from the main gate to the reception to the rooms . Which means a 30-40 min wait just on the outside gate . There is an assumption that the place becomes quite cold even during summers . This has allowed the property to not have any fans or conditioning The rooms were unbearably hot in the scorching heat ( August ) . It might be pleasant outside but the rooms are a bad experience . No room service - constant calling at the reception was on deaf ears . Language might be a barrier but you expect a little more hospitality from a 4 star property .

- Elgun (2/5): My worst experience in booking.com history. Hotel reception blamed booking.com for not giving them information about my - Location of hotel I rented 2 rooms rooms for 2 groups. Even though I selected one of the rooms to have twin beds, they had full beds only. As soon as I checked in, I asked reception to change it. After I came back in a few hours I saw nothing has changed. The guy in reception said it is not possible to change the beds. Because booking.com did not gave instructions about beds to them. Finally us one extra folding bed after asking them to call supervisor several times. Very unprofessional staff. I attached image of my booking and actual rooms. Bathroom drainage did not work well. Had to turn off hot water a few times in the middle of shower while waiting drainage to function. In breakfast because there was not enough plates for everyone. Waited about 15 minutes for clean plates. Only 1 electric kettle for whole hotel’s guests. Electricty kept turning on and off inside restaurant. It is unacceptable to receive such a service for this kind of price. For this price you can find way better hotels.

- Hakem (1/5): - Location only I lost my T-shirt during my stay, and unfortunately, the staff did not assist in locating it, even though I believe it falls under their housekeeping responsibilities
- Ali (8/5): ممتازه ولكن سعر بوكنق كاذب ومرتفع جدا عن الواقع - الاكواخ جميله الاهتمام جميل الحراسة الليليه ممتازه السعر مرتفع جداً ، ايضا المواطنين المحليين السعر بالنسبه لهم اقل بكثير (( السعر على بوكنق مرتفع كثيرا ))

- Guest (1/5): Disappointing - We were given a nice room CAUTION: Only pay cash. We arrived late Friday night with no cash and were asked to pay with credit card. In reception the machine failed according to staff TWICE!! When I went to breakfast, I was met with three large staff members, who immediately told me, that I had to pay. I was escorted to the car park , where a second machine was used and this time the payment went through. At the end of the month on receipt of my credit card bill, I discovered that I HAD PAID THREE times. I requested a refund and was informed, that it would be sent. Two months later and many whatsapp requests, I have still not received any money. MY advice, PAY CASH !!

Некоторые блюда так и не достались гостям. Выбор блюд был очень скудным. Персонал неопытный. В баре у бассейна на улице старые продукты. Мороженое просроченное. В отеле часто выключается свет.»

- Вугар (9/5): - Заселили нас в номер Deluks вместо Standart, при этом не просили доплату. Deluks конечно лучше - это 2 комнаты: спальня отдельно, столовая отдельно. Великолепный вид из номера. Номера кстати все с балконами - это тоже дополнительный плюс. Завтрак очень хороший - большой выбор разнообразных блюд. Территория красивая, чистая, народу не много. Персонал очень услужливый. Санузел в очень приличном состоянии В номере ремонт и мебель староваты, если бы их обновили - было бы прям супер-пупер. Но в общем все хорошо. Блюда на обед и ужин не достаточно большие - я одним блюдом не наедался, хотя по идее 1 блюдо должно быть такого объема, чтобы человек насытился. Но все было вкусно. При тех ценах в меню я бы рекомендовал администрации увеличить порции, чтобы впечатление от отдыха было на 10+

- Huda (7/5): مكان جميل لفترة قصيرة - مكان جميل و استقبال الموظفين 👍🏼 و مناسب وهادي جدا للي يحب الاسترخاء يوم او يومين جناح صغير مع إطلالة على المنتجع و اصوات الطبيعة ًالمطر ماشاءالله👌🏼 يوجد مطعم و الإفطار جيد والحمدلله و قريب لها بحيرة . تحتاج سيارة تناسب العوائل لا يوجد خدمات قريبة مثل سوبرماركت تحتاج سيارة

- CEYHUN (10/5): - Привет. Предоставленный коттедж был очень комфортным, чистым и красивым. Завтрак был выше всяких похвал. Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый. Планируем отдохнуть здесь еще раз.
